"I hate this." You mutter as you walk onto Alabama University's campus with Jack Kline by your side, who is looking around curiously
The Winchester brothers, Jack, and you are working on a case where a bunch of college professors are dying on campus at Alabama University. You all think it's a spirit. Sam and Dean decided to send you along with Jack to go undercover as college students which you aren't exactly excited about.
"Why?" questions Jack curiously not seeing what could be bad about going to college for a day or two
You start to answer when your phone goes off. You quickly pull it out to see it's Dean and you answer the call with a sigh. Since you know he is about to ramble your ear off about staying safe.
"Hello." You say as you answer the call
"Are you okay?" asks Dean's worried voice from the other line
Dean and Sam both see you as their little sister ever since Bobby introduced them to you. Bobby adopted you after your parent died since they were close friends of his and you didn't have anyone else to take you in.
"Yes, Dean we haven't been here even more than a few minutes." You answer with a sigh while Jack looks around
I don't see why Y/N wouldn't like this place very much. Thinks Jack confused as he looks around
"I just don't want you to get hurt." says Dean softly and you smile finding his protectiveness nice
"I know, but I promise I'll be fine. Besides whatever this thing is, it's going after professors, not students. Jack and I will be okay." You reply trying to calm the green-eyed man's nerves though you know it probably won't work
"Okay, just call me immediately if anything happens or if you find anything." instructs Dean
"I will, I promise. I love you." You say with a smile
"I love you too." says Dean softly before he hangs up on you
"Is everything alright?" asks Jack as he now faces you
"Yeah, Dean was just worried, it's not big deal." You explain with a tiny smile
"So why don't you like being at...college?" asks Jack hoping that is the right word
His question makes you sigh out loud.
"Because the guys are normally a bunch of drunk pervs. Plus, there are seas of students so if there is a demon or an angel here for you it will be hard to spot." You answer
"Those are all....good reasons." says Jack with a nod even though he has no clue what the word 'pervs' mean
"Okay, so we need to get some information from the students. So we can either hit up the campus bar or we can go to a fraternity party? Which one do you want to go to?" You say looking over at Jack
"I don't know what a fraternity party is." says Jack
"Campus bar it is." You say linking your arm with his making Jack smile as you guide him to the bar
Jack has always had some kind of unexplainable pull to you. There is just something about you that makes you irresistible to the brown haired boy. Jack hasn't told anyone about this but Castiel, since he was worried this news, would upset Dean and Sam. Castiel has explained to him that Jack has a crush on you, but Jack has been too nervous to tell you about these certain feelings of his.
You walk into the college bar to see it full of students. You remove your jacket since the bar was quite warm before you turn to Jack.
"Okay, I'm going to try and get some information from some of the students. Just stay here and don't touch anything." You instruct
Jack nods his head in agreement since everything around him was a bit unfamiliar which scares him a little. You start to walk away.
"If you see something don't be afraid to come tell me." You add turning back to him
"Okay." says Jack you shoot him a smile before you turn around heading away from Jack
20 minutes later, you sit mushed between two Alabama football players at a table full of them plus two cheerleaders. You fake flirting with one of the football players trying to lead into a conversation about the victims. Jack's eyes on locked on you not liking how close the football players are to you.
I don't like him. Thinks Jack with a small frown
"So...did you guys hear about Mr.Brown?" asks the redhead cheerleaders seated on a football player's lap
Well, that just made my job easier. You think happily
"Yeah, it is so tragic. I wonder how Chrissy feels." says the brunette cheerleader
"Why would Chrissy feel anything? He was just her chem teacher." says one of the football players next to you, a confused look on his and your face
"Because everyone knows that Chrissy was hooking up with him. Duh, Hunter." replies the redhead cheerleader
So the teacher was dating a student? Cliche. You think with a sigh
"Yeah, remember how Thad reacted when he found out that Mrs.Rogers died. So sad." says the brunette cheerleader
So both the professors were sleeping with students....interesting. You think assuming you have now found the pattern
The football players slings his arm around you, and you don't notice but Jack does. That the player is attempting to look down your v-neck shirt. Jack's hands ball up in anger not liking that at all.
I don't like him at all. thinks Jack then all of a sudden the lights in the bar start exploding one by one
Everyone in the bar including the people you are sitting at the table with starting screaming.
"Let's get out of here." says the redhead cheerleader then everyone scrambles away trying to get out of the building
You hurriedly get up and run to Jack. You quickly take his hand in yours to make sure you won't lose him before you tug him out of the building. A smile forms on Jack's face liking the feel of his hand in yours.
"Was that you or-" You ask once the two of you get a good amount of distance from the bar's building
"I don't know." answers Jack honestly as you continue to tug him along
"Okay, if Dean or Sam founds our about this, we tell them, you didn't. Got it?" You say as you look into Jack's eyes
Jack was too busying admiring you to really understand what you just said
"Yes." says Jack though he has no clue what he just agreed too
"Okay, good." You say
You drive the car that Jody let you borrow while Jack sits shotgun.
Jack lets his thoughts drift back to what happened at the bar. Jack was....angry at that football player for staring at you like he was. Jack knew now that he had to tell you about his feelings so hopefully next time something like this won't happen.
"Y/N, I need-" starts Jack but is interrupted by your cell phone
"Sorry, Jack, just give me a second." You say giving him a small which he returns sheepishly before you answer the call
"Hello?" You say as you accept the call
"Are you on your way home?" asks Sam
"Yes, we are a few minutes away from the hotel." You answer
"Did you find anything?" asks Sam curiously
"We found out that both professors were sleeping with students. I think it could be the reason maybe for all the professor's deaths." You answer as Jack stares at the window looking around at the new sites
"But why would that cause an angry spirit?" asks Sam confused
"Maybe the spirit got burned by a professor they were hooking up with." You answer
"Yeah, I guess that could make someone angry I just don't know if they would be angry enough to become a spirit." says Sam as he thinks while you pull up into the motel parking.
"Well, I'm here and then we can start researching." You say
"Okay." says Sam before you hang up
You start to get ready to get out of the car but Jack grabs your arm stopping you.
"I have something to tell you." says Jack
"Oh, yeah sorry I forgot. What's up?" You say turning your focus to the brown haired boy
"The sky is up." says Jack confused
"No, I mean what do you have to tell me?" You explain
"Oh...okay." says Jack with a shake of his head
A little bit nervously Jack reaches over and takes your hand in his. You look at him curiously noticing his nervousness.
What's wrong? You think confused
"I have romantic feelings for you, Y/N." admits Jack chasing you to let out a sigh of relief
"Oh thank goodness, I thought you were going to say something like you got hurt somehow on the trip or you did drugs." You say causing Jack's eyes to wrinkle up
Drugs? Thinks Jack confused
"I have feelings for you too, Jack." You say with a grin causing his focus to change
"You do?" asks Jack shocked
"Yeah, I do." You confirm with a smile
"Can...I kiss you?" asks Jack with a smile
"Yes, but Jack do you even know what a kiss is?" You ask causing a proud smile to form on Jack's face
"Yes, I do. I saw it on the tv." answers Jack
Father like son. You think though a grin forms on your face
You lean towards Jack as he leans towards you before your lips connect with Jack's hand on your waist.
"I thought you said she was in the parking lot?" questions Dean, who was a bit worried that you weren't back yet
"She said, she was." answers Sam
Dean heads to the window and looks out it to see you and Jack kissing.
"I'm going to kill him." growls Dean starting to head to the door before Sam's hand stops him
"Don't, let Y/N have some fun. Plus Jack won't hurt her." says Sam
"He better not or I will kill him." says Dean with an unhappy grumble
