Castiel stares at you from across the bunker with a confused face, you sit reading a lore book in a pair of pajamas and hair thrown into a quite messy styled bun. Your pajamas consisting of shorts and a cute matching cami. Your feet rest on one of the tables in the bunker's library as you sit in one of the comfortable chairs.
Cas stares at your bare legs before his eyes move to stare at your face. As he does a feeling starts bubbling up in the blue-eyed angel's stomach as he continues to stare at you.
What is this feeling? thinks Castiel as he tilts his head in confusion
Castiel has been feeling funny lately whenever he is around you. He gets this sort of weird feelings in his stomach not in an I need to puke way or I'm upset way. Castiel feels like something is running around in his stomach. His heart rate increases and he can't seem to stop staring at you. Castiel has always found you stunningly beautiful but lately, it seemed somehow you got even more pretty if that's somehow possible.
Am I under some kind of spell? thinks Castiel as he stares at you until a hand being placed on his shoulder snaps him out of his thoughts
"Dude...if you keep staring at her, you are going to freak her out." says Dean as he stares at his best friend
"Sorry...I just I...I have a problem." says Castiel
Dean looks down before his eyes return to his best friend's face.
"Nah, you're good dude." says Dean with a shake of his head
"Not, that kind of a problem. I mean I have these...weird feelings." explains Cas
"What kind of feelings?" asks Dean as he crosses his arms over his chest
"I get this, um, weird feelings where it seems I have something running around in my stomach when I look or talk to Y/N. Not in a pukey way though. Also, I get this bubbly feeling too. Again not in a sick kind. I also get this symptom of my heart rate increasing." answers Castiel
"And you get all of this when you look or talk to Y/N?" questions Dean as he eyes his best friend, who then nods
"Am I under some kind of spell?" asks Cas as he looks at Dean
"Yeah, just not in a witchy way." mutters Dean but before Cas can say anything in response Dean speaks up again
"I think I know, what's going on, but I'm going to test something to be sure." says Dean before he heads towards you
What's he doing? thinks Cas as he curiously watches Dean carefully
Dean quickly walks to you placing a hand on your shoulder before he leans his face down to where it's next to yours.
"Hey, Y/N, looking hot today." says Dean with a smile while Cas feels another new feeling bubble up in his chest but it was unlike the others
You give him a confused look wondering why Dean would say something like that. Dean was known for being flirty but that was normally when you said something that sets Dean up for a pickup line that he likes. He normally doesn't just say something like this out of nowhere.
"Thanks, Dean." You say giving him a small smile though confusion is clear in your eyes
Dean gets closer to you until his lips are right next to your ear. A small shiver runs down your spine due to Dean's hot breath falling onto your skin. Castiel's hands ball into fists as he watches the display in-front of him.
I don't enjoy this. Thinks Castiel as he watches this interaction
What's going on? You think about weird about Dean's behavior
Dean pecks your cheek causing Castiel to glare at the Winchester as a pink tint now covers your cheeks.
"Can you make me some pie?" says Dean with a goofy grin making you laugh
I should have know. You think as you smile
"Sure, cherry or apple?" You ask
"Doesn't matter, as long as you make it." answers Dean standing up straight with a smile
You chuckle at him as he walks away.
Dean returns to Cas's side who has an unhappy look as you head to the kitchen to get started on the pie.
"How do you feel now?" asks Dean as he stands next to Castiel with a grin
"Like I....I want to punch you hard." replies Cas a bit of anger and jealous still evident in his blue eyes
"Yep, you caught the love bug." says Dean causing Cas's eyes to widen
"Good luck, man." says Dean patting Castiel's shoulder before he walks away from the angel
I'm in love with Y/N. Thinks Castiel internally freaking out since he had no clue what to do
"Sam, I need your help." says Cas as he appears in Sam's room 10 minutes later with a serious face
"Okay, what is it?" asks Sam curiously
"I....I have caught feelings for Y/N and I don't know what to do. Dean thinks that I am in love with her." explains Castiel causing Sam's eyes to widen
"Well, um, Castiel....normally the first step is to try and figure out if Y/N has feelings for you too." says Sam making Castiel tilt his head curiously
"How-how would I do that?" asks Castiel making Sam
"I'll find out for you." replies Sam
You stand in the bunker's kitchen listening to music as you put Dean's pie in the oven.
"Hey, Y/N." says, Sam, as he enters the kitchen with a smile
"Oh hey, Sam." You say as he walks closer towards you
"Can I ask you a question?" questions Sam making you laugh
"You already did." You say giving Sam a playful smile
"But you can ask another." You add as you hop up to sit on top of the kitchen counter
"You don't like...have feelings for someone at the moment right?" asks Sam causing a blush to now cover your cheeks
"I would think we are close enough friends that you would tell if you did." continues Sam
"I....I...what's with you and your brother today?" You ask trying to change the subject
"I-I don't know what you mean." says Sam nervously
"I'm talking about your brother being really up in my personal space this morning, then you asking me if I have feelings for someone, and I haven't seen Cas all day." You say as you hop off of the counter
You move closer to Sam with a determined look on your face as Sam grows more nervous
"So what's going on Sam?" You ask curiously
Abort mission, abort mission. Thinks Sam internally freaking out
"I...uh, nothing, I got to go." says Sam before he scrambles to leave almost falling on his face like the awkward moose he is
Something definitely is going on. You think with a shake of your head
"Okay, well that didn't go exactly as plan." says Sam with a sigh as he returns into Castiel, who has now been joined by Dean
"What happened?" asks Dean
"Doesn't matter. Okay, so I didn't exactly get out of her who she has feelings for but she does have feelings for someone." replies Sam Winchester knowing by the blush and defensive attitude you that you definitely have eyes for someone
"So....what do we do now?" questions Castiel curiously as he looks between the two brothers
"Well, you can grow some balls and take a chance by asking Y/N out." answers Dean
"Or you can play it safe and not ask her out." adds Sam
"That's called being a little bitch." says Dean with a cheeky grin
"Well...I don't want to be a little bitch." says Castiel with a tilt of his head
Dean smiles largely before he pats Castiel's back.
"Then let's get you ready tiger." says Dean
You pull the pie out of the oven before you cut a piece for yourself since you didn't bake it for nothing.
This is going to be so good. You think with a smile until someone clearing your throat interrupts your train of thought
You turn around to see Castiel standing at the entrance of the kitchen.
"Oh, hey, Cas. Where have you been all day?" You say with a smile as a nervous Cas approaches you
"I've been with Sam and Dean." replies Castiel
"Oh, cool. Do you know what's up with them? They have been acting a little weird today." You say
"Yes, I do." admits Cas as he now stands in-front of you
"They were trying to help me." adds Castiel, his words immediately confusing you.
"Help you with what?" You asked
Castiel nervously reaches out and takes your hand in his like Dean told him to.
"They were helping me with my feelings that I have for you." answers Castiel
"You-You have feelings for me?" You question surprised
"Yes, I do. I can not look or talk to you without getting the feeling of something running out in my stomach which Sam has told me is called getting butterflies. Which I don't understand because I don't actually have butterflies in my stomach. Also, my heart race, not in the heart attack way thankfully. I thought I was under some kind of spell, but Dean has assured me I am not. I'm just in love with you." says Castiel and by the end of this little explanation your face holds quite a huge grin
"I...I have feelings for you too." You state with a smile
"Do you get the butterflies also?" asks Castiel curiously causing you to let out a small giggle
"Yes I do, and my heart also races." You answer causing Castiel to smile
"Dean said I should kiss you now, is that alright with you?" asks Cas
"Yes, Cas it is." You answer smiling
Your answers makes Castiel grin before he leans down as you lean up. Your lips contact with Cas's and immediately you feel sparks. You smile into the kiss as one of your hands moves to rest on Cas's cheek deepening the kiss.
"Glad to see you didn't chicken out Cas." says Dean with a smirk as he enters the kitchen
Castiel and you move apart a bit once you hear Dean's voice. Castiel immediately shooting Dean an annoyed look
"I knew I smelt pie." says Dean with a smile as he walks over to where the piece you cut for yourself is
"Hey, that's mine." You say pulling away from Castiel
"So? Just get another piece." says Dean
Well, at least I got one chick flick like moment in before Dean ruined it. thinks Cas with a smile as Dean and you continue to argue
