At the Hospital
"Ashish bro please, mein doh din se hospital mein hu na yaar ", complained Kavin."Mujhe ghar jana hai.. abh bhaut hogaya iss Dr.Mohit ka routine check up "
"Lekin ghar jake tu karega kya bro ? Waha bhi aram aur yaha bhi aram. What's the difference yaar !"
"Tune abhi tak kisiko bataya hi nahi hoga.. warna sab bhage-bhage ate mujhse milne "
"Kavin Malhotra tu itna bada celeb bhi nahi hai. Baas Malhotra industries ka agla waris hai "
"You said it yourself !", said Kavin. "Aacha aaj nahi toh kabhi ajayega mere ghar jane ka mahurat ?"
"Doctor batayega na woh toh "
"Kya wahiyaad doctor hai woh ! Kabse bandh ke rakha hai "
"Aise mat bol yaar ! Tu aaj thik bhi ussi ke wajah se hai "
"Thik toh mein Purvi se milne ke liye hua hu ", Kavin smiled gleefully. "Lekin madam hai ki hal-chal puchne aati hi nahi. "
"Meine kaha na bhaut busy hai ! Badi lawyer ban gayi hai "
"Tune sab ke baare mein bataya baas Purvi ke baare mein nahi bataya yaar ", asked Kavin.
"Ha.. woh Purvi.. woh thik hai "
"Uska promotion bhi hua tha doh mahine phele "
"Wow impressive "
"I remember ham kaise chidte the ek dusre se.. ladte the literary.. ". Kavin chuckled while feeling nostalgic.
"Ha abh woh Mohit se jaghadti hai ", muttered Ashish.
"Mohit ?"
"Woh doctor !"
Kavin made a face.
"Ha.. tere liye. Ki isse jaldi thik kardo please "
Kavin smiled cheekily.
"Mein janta hu bhaut miss kiya hoga meri Purvi ne mujhe. Mera aaj bhi intezaar kar rahi hogi. Abhi baas mujhe tadpa rahi hai jaise meine usse tadpaya "
Ashish looked at his brother different things running through his mind. He did not want to lie to Kavin, but he did not have the guts to break his bubble.
Snehal who was sitting at the sofa and resting got up.
"Ashish tum Kavin to sach kyu nahi bata deta !"
Aashish was bewildered. He passed her 'w-t-f look'.
She nodded in assurance.
"Snehal.. kya bata nahi dete !?", asked Kavin.
"Yahi ki Purvi apne life mein move on kar chuki hai. Woh tumhe bhula chuki hai "
Aashish glared at Sneha.
"Snehal... baas kar.. "
"Nahi Ashish. Kavin ko jitne jaldi pata chalega utna uske liye acha hoga. Purvi apne life mein move on kar chuki hai. Why should he be hung up on her !?"
Kavin's grew pale. Snehal's words repeating and echoing in his head. He looked really disappointed, hurt, betrayed.
He had a thousand feelings on his mind which could not be expressed.
"Achi baat hai ", Kavin replied in a firm tone. He maintened a thick composure. "Sabh apne life ke saath age baad chuke hai "
Ashish said,"Kavin dekh-
He interrupted with a wide smile ,"I'm happy Ashish ! I'm happy for her. Meine kyu maan liya ki woh itne saal sirf mere liye rukegi.. it wasn't true love or anything. I'm fine."
Kavin's words and expressions were horribly contrasting each other.
A nurse joined them in the room bringing a tray of food.
She placed a bed table before Kavin and placed the food on it.
Kavin started eating without uttering a word.
"Tum dono bhi kuch khake aao. Jaao ", said Kavin in a firm tone.
"Ha bhar chalte hai ", nodded Snehal while dragging Ashish with her.
"Tumhe apna muh kholna zaruri laga !", Ashish cornered Snehal.
"Dude ! Kabhi na kabhi pata hi chalna. Hopes badake todne se zyda dard hota hai "
"Woh hospital mein hai abhi bhi. Kuch toh-
"Hospital mein humne rok ke rakha hai aise kaho ", said Snehal. "Kyuki ek baar woh bhar nikla usse sab pata chal jayega "
"He looked so hurt "
"Dil tutne par dhukta hi hai Ashish "
"Thodi toh sensitivity dikha-
"Kavin.. ka discharge hai shaam che baaje.. usse leke kai bahar chale jana uska man lag jayega ", replied Snehal while cutting Ashish off. "Yeh sensitivity dikhane ka time nahi hai. Kavin to uske pairo pe khada karne ka time hai "
"Okay ", nodded Ashish while taking a deep breath."Phele mein isse salon leke jata hu adimanav lag raha hai with all that beard "
"Nahi hopping first ", said Snehal
"Kavin ko naye kapdo ki zarurrat padegi, he lost weight na "
"Mall chalte hai dono kaam hojayenge ", said Ashish cheerfully.
"Snehal.. Kavin aisa phela patient hoga joh hospital se sidha mall ja raha hai ", chuckled Ashish.
Some time later.
Hospital
Mohit's cabin .
"TUM LOG MUJHE AB BATA RAHE HO KI KAVIN KA DISCHARGE HOGAYA ", shouted Mohit on the top of his voice.
"Sir, woh aapki shaadi haina toh humhe laga aap busy honge. Dr. Purohit ne uhne discharge kardiya woh mam ke khene par", replied a nurse
"GOD DAMIT ! Kounsi mam ?!
Patient mera hai, mein taay karunga ki discharge kab karna hai aur kab nahi "
"Ashish Malhotra ki wife "
"Ashish ki kounsi wife hai !", snickered Mohit."You may go"
"Snehal ka kaam hai !", muttered Mohit."Inn dono ne agar Purvi ko- "
He immediately called Purvi ."Mein ghar araha hu "
"Thik hai "
"Ready rehna kahi bhar jana hai"
"Kaha !?"
"Raaste mein bataunga. Bye "
He cut the call.
Mohit picked up his car keys, jacket and stormed out of his cabin.
He dialled Ashish.
"Hello Ashish "
"Arey dulhe raja aaj hamari yaad kaise ayi !"
"Kavin ke wajah se ", replied Mohit in a serious tone."Suna uska discharge hogaya hai aur woh bhi-
Aashish immediately cut him off,
"Snehal ne karwaya hai "
Mohit said,"Purvi ko kab bata rahe ho ? Ya phir already-
"Kaisi baat kar raha hai ! ", Ashish growled. "Purvi ko hum nahi batane wale hai "
"Atleast tumhari shaadi tak toh nahi ", added Snehal.
"I think humhe Purvi ko sab sach sach bata dena chayie. Mein apne rishtey ki shuruvat jhuth se nahi karna chahta hu "
"Mohit please understand hum yeh saab Purvi aur tumahri khushi ke liye kar rahe hai "
"Isme mujhe Purvi ki khushi dur dur tak dikhayi nahi de rahi hai Ashish "
"Lekin agar usse pata chal gaya toh woh yeh shaadi tod sakti hai.. iss bare mein toh socho tum "
Mohit went numb .
"Pyaar karte ho na usse reh paoge yeh jankar ki woh kisi aur ke saath hai ", said Snehal. "Bolo reh paoge kya !?"
"Nahi "
"Toh smajah lo yeh tum dono ke khushi ke liye hai Mohit "
"Aur Kavin ka kya ? ", asked Mohit in a unsure tone.
"Tum dono ki shaadi hone ke baad sabko bata denge "
"Mein tumhe soch kar batata hu Ashish. Mujhe yeh sahi nahi lag raha hai lekin mujhe thande dimag se sochne ki zarurrat hai "
"Thik hai ", said Ashish.
"Take your time soch smajh kar faisala lena "
At the mall
"Mohit shaadi ki shopping already ho chuki hai.. hum yaha mall mein kar kya rahe hai ", said Purvi.
"Well sweetheart, movie naam ki ek chiz hoti"
"Ok which one ?"
"Joh tumhari marzi woh dekh lenge. "
"Okay par kounsi ?"
"Joker. Tumhe dekhni thi na "
"Wow ", replied Purvi in an exicted tone. "Acha hua koi rom-com nahi hai "
"I know meri would be wife ko meri select ki romantic movies kabhi pasand nahi ati hai "
Purvi chuckled."Yeah because your choice is weird "
"Come on mujhe sachi mein laga tumhe crime-romance acha lagega "
"I deal with it all day Mohit "
"Crime ya romance ", Mohit asked in a innocent sugar coated voice.
"Crime is kaam. Aur romance hazard ke liye tum ho na "
"Oh right ", Mohit replied cheekily.
On the other hand Kavin was getting haircut at the salon. Snehal was out shopping clothes for him and Ashish was assisting her.
"Yaar Ashish yeh sab karna zaruri hai ?", asked Kavin while glaring at the hair dresser from the mirror.
"Jab teri girlfriend ayegi na tab tujhe realise hoga.. it's importance "
"Meri girlfriend ", he chuckled
"Joh thi abh woh kisi aur ki ho chuki hai "
Ashish felt a pinch in his heart."Agar thoda sa chance hota toh ? For both of you toh ?"
"Usse baat karta ", replied Kavin while thinking. "Uska jawab ke upar depend hota phir.. yeh naubat hi nahi hoti"
"Kavin.. I mujhe kuch batana hai tujhe "
"Bol na phir "
"Woh Purvi-
Snehal ran into the store in a hush."Tumse milna nahi chati hai.. yahi khe rahe tha Ashish "
Ashish nodded while glaring at Snehal.
She dragged Ashish with him to a corner. "Emotional mat hojao Ashish. Hum yeh sab Kavin aur Purvi ke bhalaye ke liye kar rahe hai "
He nodded ."Acha hua tumne sambhal liya "
"Arey Sanu.. Ashish ! Tum dono yaha !", a voice called out.
Both of them turned to around to find Purvi and Mohit standing there.
Ashish and Snehal exchanged worried glances.
"Kyu hua pareshan lag rahe ho !?", asked Purvi while quickly reading their emotions.
"Nahi. nahi. Tum dono ke liye gift lene aye the.. waha bhi tum dono peeche peeche agaye !", chuckled Snehal while looking at Mohit.
"Tum dono yaha !?", asked Ashish.
"Movie ", replied Mohit.
"Toh ruke kyu ho jaao ", Ashish quickly added.
"Arey arey ! Tum dono ko badi jaldi hai. ", asked Purvi suspiciously.
"Humara gift expose hogaya toh problem hojayegi na ", replied Ashish.
Kavin appeared from the dressing room. "Yeh jacket acha lag-
He stopped in his tracks while looking at Purvi and Mohit. He waved at them.
Purvi was taken aback. She stumbled upon her place. Mohit held her back.
"Tum sabh yaha ho ", said Kavin whith a fake smile.
"Purvi suprise !", said Snehal while trying to put on a excited tone.
Purvi fainted in her place.
