All I do is nod, I don't trust my voice enough to say it. "Don't for some reason she wants him alive" I look up startled at Ian, he has a cold mask on over his face. I push up and go up and hug him. His arms automatically go around me.
He squeezes me before he pushes me off of him and Andrew punches him. I force my wall on Ian immediately so that Andrew can't hurt him." what are you doing?" I scream at him. Andrew walks to the edge of the roof, "You know how I feel about him touching you." before jumping off and running back to the house. I walk up to Ian and help him up, I lead him to the couch and offer up my wrist. Vampires heal super fast, if i don't give him my blood he will heal in about an hour. But when we have another vampire's blood coursing through us we heal even faster. When Ian bites into me he holds my wrist lightly and the pleasure hits fast. That is what happens when we bite someone we give off this chemical that makes the brain think pleasure. Since Ian is only 1000 he won't heal as fast as I will. HE lets go of my wrist and by the time his nose is healed my wrist is healed also. "I'm so sorry" I apologize, I wasn't think when I ran into his arms. "It's okay little butterfly" I touch his nose and since he doesn't wince I assume it's healed fully. I go over to the mini fridge and grab two blood bags. One for me and one for him, once I give him his he pops the top off and starts drinking. I take my time with mine, its type B and it's my favorite. "Why do you want to keep the bastard alive?"

It was a summer day in 1918. We were in a small town and Ian had just became a vampire. He had no mentor so he didn't know we could live peacefully and not feed on humans. I was on my way home one night and walking down an ally these butterflies were stuck in a upside down jar I lifted the jar to let them free but one was hurt. I pricked my finger with a needle I alway carried with me and fed it some of my blood. It flew and flew higher than any of the rest. I remember turning around to see Ian to see him looking at me with confusion. "May I help you sir?"

"Because the butterfly is one of the most innocent creatures alive"

"Okay"we have learned that if you mix a healthy blood does into our food supply then we can eat it and it not taste like cardboard. I put on some skinny jeans and my t-shirt that had vampire written on the chest. I pulled my blond hair back into a high ponytail and put on some mascara on to bring out the green in my eyes. I put on some lip gloss on top. "Oh and put on some eyeliner on while you're at it" Andrew says trying to stop laughing. It was a private joke between us because vampires in movies always had way too much eyeliner on. I stuck my tongue out at him,but i was laughing too. When we get down to the breakfast table Josh and Abby are laughing about how Abby is short. When I enter the room it turns quiet. I realize it's because josh is glaring at me from the other side of the table. "How can you eat human food?" i realize he's not glaring at me but is simply curious. "Well as long as we mix blood into it we can it and it not taste like shit" I laugh. " why does that guy call you little butterfly if you're older?" this came from Andrew, he was talking about Ian. " Well do u remember that summer day in 1918 i came home late?"
"Ya"
"Well I was giving my blood to a butterfly to heal it and Ian saw me. The nickname stuck"
"That still doesn't explain why little was included"
"Because i'm shorter and appear younger than him"
Josh and Abby ask "who's Ian?" at the exact same time i look at Amber and we both laugh. " Ians my best friend, who a vampire. Me and him met in the first year he turned into a vampire." Josh looked uncomfortable. "Josh here wants to know if you turned him" Andrew laughed. I can't help but smile "No I did not, the way you turn someone into a vampire is you have to drink their blood, they have to drink your blood, then we have realise our venom into their system. And as you know I have never had a drink of human blood."

"Ya i thought he'd leave me alone if i thought about that. I didn't realize he'd show everyone" Josh is laughing and so is Abby. Andrew is looking at Josh with serious eyes " what's he thinking Andrew?" i ask because he looks like he could murder Josh. Josh looks up and nods at Andrew giving him the ok to tell me. Andrew looks at me and playing message in the head I still love you, i didn't mean what I said last night. I was scared and freaked out. You are not evil if anything you're still the purest thing i've ever known. Please forgive me. I was so shocked I gasped out loud "yes i forgive you" and ran into hug him. He wraps his arms around me holds me close. "I'm so sorry" "it's okay"
I hold Josh's hand and turn to Andrew and hug him "thank you" I whisper to him "no problem"
We were sitting down again but this time in a better mood. When Andrew yelled something out of the blue"Ian, and Adam come out!"
Abby and Josh were shocked but I wasn't "Hey guys, your plates are in the kitchen" Ian came up and hugged me and when to get his plate when they are both seated in their usual seats i explain "Abby and Josh this is Ian and Adam.... Adam and Ian this is Abby- Andrews girlfriend and Josh- my boyfriend"

How long did it take you two to really form a friendship? She has been unconscious for 24 hours now and should be walking soon. Her bed is destroyed but that's it as far as damage. What I worry about is that the kid Josh seen everything. But he was up in a flash teeth bared and in a defensive stance. I was in the same position though. "Why are you fighting?" Damn it, Elizabeth was awake now we are going to get hell for this. She took the bag down and drunk the rest of it straight. Then once she was done she bared her fangs before laughing. The kid had jumped back several feet, like a frightened cat. She put them away which kinda made me upset, If the kid couldn't accept her as she is the he needs to leave.
