Raymon's POV
Once Rose ran out of the house , I stared at the woman that called her self my mother , how could she do this to her own child ,all this while I thought she loved Rose, she was only pretending.
" Raymon please you have to understand me" she said I shook my head disgusted at her .
" understand you , really? .... Because right now i'm disappointed in you mom" I said and turned and hurried out of the house , i'm going to Malcolm's House to talk to Rose, she's the only sister I have , I love her so much , we had always been best of friends right from childhood, I wouldn't let what mom did pull us apart .
I got into the car and went after her, how could mom even think of killing Mr Parker , even if I knew he wasn't my father , he had never hurt me ,he loves me like his own child , mistakes are bond to happen and it was an accident dad got killed , but was it necessary to put all the anger on Rose? She was innocent it wasn't her fault.
I kept driving till I saw something from afar off like smoke, I speed up and when I got closer I discovered it was a car it was upside down and smoke was covering it , I stopped my car .
A terrible accident must have happened here, then my mind went to Rose, no no ....I quickly ran towards the car and started Looking round it trying to find the door, but the smoke was almost swallowing the car , I started coughing and i tried all my best till I found the door .
" Rose" I whispered when I saw a head , I pushed my hand between the door mirror and i removed my hand , i try to open the door but it was stuck , I coughed over and over again, finally after so much struggle the door opened and I bend well to grab a hold of her hand after struggling with the seatbelt , I started pulling her out and I discovered one side of the car has catched fire .
I kept trying, sweating and coughing at the process, untill I managed to pull her out , she was bloody all her face Neck hand everywhere, I gently lifted her up into my arms , I have to get her far away from the car because this car will explode, so I tried and walked back towards my car and opened the back door, I tried and put her in , still coughing I closed the door and got into the driver's seat , I put my car on gear and zoomed off as fast as I could , that's when I saw from the rear mirror her car exploded .
Thank goodness I got her on time , what do I do ? I quickly got my phone and while driving i found Malcolm's number, I pressed the call button and wait for him to pick .
"Hello " I heard his voice.
" Malcolm, Malcolm there's an emergency, Rose got into a terrible accident" I said trying to control my tears as I kept driving the car as fast as I could, I was still coughing badly.
" What ??...how , where ? oh my god ...where is she ? "He Asked panicking.
" i'm taking her to the hospital right now meet me at Johnson's hospital" I said and end the call,i looked back at Rose and my hands shake which was covered with blood, I had scratched my hand pretty hard when I was trying to pull her out, i looked back at her ,she was covered in blood and all my body too is now covered with blood .
Please nothing can happen to Rose.
Malcolm's POV
After I got the call from Raymon, my heart torn,i felt like million knives were stabbing me , I quickly picked Marion because i couldn't leave only him home I got into the car and I speed like a mad man towards Johnson's hospital, I couldn't help but cry , Rose got into an accident, was this even real , how manage how did it happen?
I quickly called Chris and told him to meet me he was frightened and I told my family too , after I reached the hospital I picked Marion up and ran into the hospital, I dropped Marion down the moment I saw Raymon seated his head in his hand , I rush to him.
" Raymon", I shouted and he looked up then quickly got up, his body was filled with blood , I grab his collar my blood boiling so badly .
" Where is my wife ?"I yelled .
" Calm down Malcolm, Dr. John is attending to her " he said trying to calm me down.
I rushed to the glass door and looked through it, i saw so many nurse's and doctor John surrounded Rose, I looked at her she was so bloody , I screamed hitting the wall hard as i slide down the door and cry my eyes out , I could hear them trying to revive her , Rose is dying, I buried my face in my Palm's and cry.
This cant be happening , not to my Rose.
My family arrived some minutes later with Chris, my mom carried Marion in her arms , I could see how my son was really crying, mom too had tears in her eye's.
" I want mommy " he kept crying and saying he wants to see his mother , my heart broke , mom try to calm him down as he kept repeating wanting his mother.
"Malcolm how is Rose? "My mom asked her eyes filled with tears .
"i don't know mom, i'm so scared" I cried " i don't want to loss her mom " i hugged my mother as my father and Chris try to comfort me.
30 minutes later :
Doctor John came out and I rushed him the rest followed.
" How is my wife, is she fine ?"I quickly asked my heart racing.
He took a deep breath.
" The accident was very fatal Malcolm I must say, she got some broken glasses in her ribcage and arms but we already got Rid of them , thank goodness the glass didn't reach her eyes ,but her state is very critical, we have already done operation on her and she's out of danger for now, but .....
" But what ?" I asked panicking.
" She's in a coma " he said, and my heart was screaming for mercy, she's in a coma , Rose is in a coma .
"And I don't think she will wake up anytime soon, her life is limited and there's a possibility she might survive or might not, in this condition anything can happen" he said I grabbed him at once.
" No she will survive it....she can't die please doctor John, you have to save my wife I can't loss her , please, she's gone through alot in all her life , I don't want to loss her , you have to do all you can that's why your a doctor, please do your best please, I don't want to loss her" I yelled as Chris try to calm me down, pulling me away from Dr John.
"Malcolm like I said she's in a coma , and we don't know when she will wake up , I only said the possibilities, but I will try to make sure her condition improves , i'm really sorry for the pain " he said patting my shoulder I could see the sympathy in his eyes .
" Can I see her please" I said softly.
" Yes , but don't keep the place noisy she needs a quiet environment" he said and i nodded .
Soon I walked into the room , I didn't take Marion because i didn't want him to see Rose in such condition, it will hurt him .
As I walked into the room there she lay dressed in a white hospital wear and covered up , her face held lots of wond and her head is bandaged , I couldn't help but let my tears roll down my cheek , I sat beside her on the bed and looked at her face , she is hurting badly , all her body is full of bruises, I looked into the heart monitor, her breathing is very low which means it's very critical as the doctor said , I turned back to look at her and gently took her hand in mine .
"i'm so sorry Rose, this is all my fault, I shouldn't had let you go all by yourself I should have gone with you " I cried.
"It's my fault that your in this condition, all I ever did was cause you pain , i'm so sorry my love please forgive me" I kissed her hand.
" Instead of being a good reasonable and responsible husband too you , I hurt you when you needed me most, I let you suffer lossing our daughter and now this , I can't loss you Rose, please don't leave me , my life will be a mess without you ".
"Please fight for us Rose, for the love you have for us , my parents, me and especially Marion , you can't leave and you know it, it will break our hearts , and it will affect Marion in a very negative way and what about me , it will kill me , we need you Rose, please my love for the sake of us , fight for us and don't give up " I cried kissing her hand , I carressed her hair gently and leand forward to kiss her forehead, then I gave her a light kiss on the lips .
" I love you Rose, I love you so much " I whispered.
I finally left the room whipping my tears my family sat down looking so worried, my father and Chris walked to me .
" Malcolm son be strong, Rose is a fighter , she will not give up " my dad consoled me and i nodded weakly.
" Malcolm we need to talk " Chris said and I nodded , we moved away from dad who went back to seat beside mom kissing Marion who had already falling asleep.
"I don't think this accident is normal Malcolm, I think this is another set up " Chris said and i looked at him.
"You think so?" I asked .
"Yes Malcolm, just take a look at it, when she went to speak to her mom that's when the accident happened, and also i'm suspicious of her brother , I think he knows something" Chris said and we both turned to Raymon who looked so sad his face swollen from cry , the nurse has bandaged his injured arms , he doesn't look suspicious to me, .
" But he brought Rose to the hospital, I don't think he has anything to do with this accident", I said .
" You never can tell mal...remember we never knew Matthew or Melinda could do what they did" he says and he has a point .
" ......c'mon why dont we ask him questions" he said and i think he might be right so I nodded .
Chris went to him and said something to him , he got up and they both walked towards me .
" Raymon, you were the one who called and brought Rose here , we want to ask a question and we want the truth , what happened to Rose?"I asked , he looked from me to Chris.
" If you both are thinking i'm involved in this then your wrong , Rose came .....
He Started telling us everything that happened in the house from the talk Rose had with Melinda and she running out , he too ran to follow her and he ended up seeing a car that was tumbled over , when he got there he discovered it was Rose and brought her out of the car before the car exploded, as he speaks we stare at him for any sign of lie but it seems he was speaking the truth .
"Are you sure ?"Chris asked .
"i'm very sure " he replied.
" We want evidence to proof this to the police, and what happened to Rose car because this accident looks very suspicious" Chris said .
" We have a CCTV footage in the whole of the mansion, you could get the evidence from when she came to the house and everything we talked about , and there's a CCTV footage outside of the house too , we could look into it and see if anything is wrong " Raymon said and I think I believe him , I and Chris exchanged looks .
" We are going there right now " I said .
" Let's go then " Raymon answered and so we did.
If anyone is responsible for this the person has to pay dearly and I will not stop till that person taste what cruelty really is.
