mediocre poetry by a mediocre poet (two) More

synopsis plus extras
fresh air
i cannot be your rose
in this tired haze
black dahlia
before you left
hold my hand
i still feel alone
the day the clock stopped
flowers for fingers
the boy who sits between the rose bushes
a lovely lie
those late nights
sin
snow in july
shes the garden
only in dreams

the garden in my mind

a sonnet

my mind is a twisted maze
filled with trees and flowers of all
      colours and sizes
i usually walk around in a daydream
       haze
but i swear to god, these plants have
        disguises
i like the part with the roses and
          sunflowers
and i forget about the further turns
where death seems to overpower
death riddles the bushes and ferns
as i see the petals and leaves wilting
i want nothing more then to stop the
            journey
as my mind just keeps tilting
and i can't stop this madness without a
            key
i like the beginning, i don't like the end
is my mind okay? sometimes i like to
        pretend
