sinful memoris engraved in my mind
of how we got along just like rain and sun
harmonizing perfectly in a sea of warm colours
however, after sun, comes rain not the other way around
After my sun left me, sinking my world in cold darkness
Memories couldn't help.... they indeed reminded me of you
in a not-so-pleasant world, I craved for more
my desire for you to be here increased to a level of need
You left tracks of your fingertips burning against my skin
reminding me that, they once belonged there
However, no story is a novel;
Every happy beginning of two reunited souls
Would end up as what we are now
A faded memory...I seem to forget that you're not coming back
And let my mind linger to your miss and need
Nevertheless, I resurface again, remembering an ugly nightmare
This seems to be reality though; this pain couldn't exist in a peaceful dream
Numbness is what I crave after living alongside the pain
One that no words or thousand pictures could describe
despite the fact that I once used to fear the grim and eery feeling...
i now welcome the blissful drug that takes away all the sorrows.
