PRINCESS PAUPER
Diamond castle in the sky,
expensive gowns in style,
walkin' with a crown held high,
getting everything she desires.
A princess indeed in facade,
Many are envious 'bout her life,
Yet inside she keeps on askin', why?
Why she's a pauper in disguise?
Hungry for love,
longing for somethin' she can't have.
Weeping like a lonesome dove,
She silently sobbed.
A princess and a pauper,
Yes we are!
We all have that side,
We can't get everything we want.
