ROSE POV
Yesterday I slept on the bed while Malcolm slept on the couch , i could say he wasn't really comfortable on the couch , he was restless on the couch because he is actually bigger and longer than the couch , one part of me wanted to ask him to come to the bed but the other hurtful part of me want him to lay there and take the pain .
I mean its not even more than the pain I've gone through , am i heartless for letting him sleep in discomfort?i slept in discomfort for years, so with my bitchy he artful heart i went to sleep leaving him to earn his pain after all i told him i wanted to stay with my son but he insisted i stay with him .
But i wasn't able to sleep really , because I couldn't help but think about those times that we made love on this bed, old memories were really killing me, I had cried silently last-night Hoping he didn't hear me, how can I be okay when everything around this house brings back old memories, both happiness and pain, it was this same room I was handed a divorce paper.
FLASHBACK

Malcolm had been acting weird for the last two days,each time i try to talk to him he ignores me and I can't help but wonder what went wrong .
This morning I woke up on the bed not finding Malcolm anywhere, I began to wonder if he came back last night, I wasn't happy the distance that was between us, I felt my marriage is breaking but yet I don't know what was the issue .
I decided to go freshing up and probably see if he will come back soon, after freshen up I got of the bathroom only to see Malcolm seated on the bed , his posture wasn't pleasant at all and I moved closer to him, after I sat beside him I gently touched his arm but he moved it off him , my heart sunk with fear .
" Mal... colm...wha..... what's.,... wrong? I asked fearfully.
"Get dressed " he simply said with a hard tone, but didn't look at me, his voice was filled with anger and it got me more scared, Malcolm was never like this towards me, what's happening.
I quickly got up and changed into a gown from my closet, i didn't bother with any make up or arranging my hair which I washed from the shower, I just wanted to do what he says so we can talk .
I walked back to him and before I could talk he handed me a paper, I gently took it from him but my eyes was on him, he wasn't looking at me , I looked at the paper and what I saw shocked my whole system and I remained like a magnet on my spot my eyes wide with shock and mybody screaming to die.
"Malcolm.....why...why ...are you ... giving...me a divorce, ...what ...did I do ? I asked as panic settled in my system my eyes teary of what was about to come .
" Your asking me ? he looked up, his eyes so red, he got up and I got scared and moved back, fear so evidence in my whole body for this man that stood right Infront of me .
" Are you asking me? He barked again making me to jump, all of a sudden he grabbed my arm forcefully digging his nails into my flesh , I cried out in pain he shoved some pictures on my face .
" Take a look at this shit? I trusted you Rose but I suddenly became boring for you that you had to open your legs for another man" he yelled as I looked into the picture, that moment I knew something was off , it wasn't me this was fake, this picture I was half naked and a man was ontop me, kissing my neck, my hands shake, this can't be me no it's not me.
" No Malcolm, please believe me I swear, it's not me" I tried to plead with him
" Don't fuckin shit me off Rose cause it's you, you think I don't see all the messages in your phone, let alone having an affair behind my back , you thought I'd never know, you were so busy enjoying the pleasure he was giving you that you didn't think about the consequences? He shouted and i broke down crying.
" Please Malcolm....it's not me , I love you I can't cheat on you I don't know how this picture is made ...I really don't kn......
" Just shut up before I hit you Rose, if you know what's good for you sign the fuckin papers and get the hell out of my house and life your nothing but a bad egg, you just pushed your self into my life to crush me,i don't even know how many men you must have screw behind my back, claiming to be a faithful wife to me" he shouted.
All his words hurt me it cut deeper than a knife , I quickly knelt down, and grab onto his ankle .
" Please Malcolm don't do this to me, you know i'm innocent, you know i won't hurt you, you know I love you, for goodness sake just think Malcolm, after everything between us you think i'm capable of cheating on you ? You know me so well Malcolm, you know me to know the truth " I cried hugging his knee's.
He started pushing me away, I could see tears in his eyes .
" I don't believe you anymore Rose, I don't trust you anymore, and right this moment i don't love you anymore, just get out of my life and never come back" he said and my cry became loud.
" No, you don't mean it, please let's work this out , you know I can't.....
" Enough Rose, just sign the fuckin papers now " he barked , Right there I saw the hate in his eyes for me.
And with shaking hands i grabbed the pen and paper and signed it, and my heart broke into million pieces.
FLASHBACK OVER
Right now we sat in the car going to Malcolm's parents house and i'm feeling really nervous, although I didn't come to them when we ended the marriage, but non of them also would had hear me out when there was enough evidence to prove it, besides I don't know why Malcolm had to just believe the pictures like that and message , atleast was divorce the best option? A question I myself can't answer only him can .
" Rose we are here " I heard Malcolm's voice and i looked round we are now in his family house , I felt reluctant to get out .
" Daddy this house is big, grandpa and grandma live here ? Marion asked happily.
" Yes big man, your grandparents stays here, and they can't wait to see you " Malcolm said kissing his cheek and ruffle his hair Marion giggled and just looking at his happy face made me forget my anxiety for the moment.
We got down from the car and I carried .Marion in my arms cause I know he will soon run, and i don't want him to get bruised.
" Mommy I want to walk " he winned with his puppy eyes .
" Don't give me that look Kitten cause it won't work " I said .
" Oh mom, i'm not a Kitten i'm super Mario" he said Happily and Malcolm Chuckled.
We reached the front door and Malcolm pulled it open as we walked into the living room.
" Welcome Mr Rodriguez" a young girl maybe 20 below greeted us .
" Jane where is mother and father ? Malcolm asked .
" I will get them immediately sir" she said and hurried away, I looked round the house and it's still the same nothing changed.
" Wow mommy, this place is very big like daddy's house " Marion said happily as he rushed down from my arms.
I smiled at him and I looked round the room, then I saw Hanna and Austin's wedding picture on the wall, probably when they were still young and what caught my eyes was the picture beside there's it was Malcolm and i's wedding picture, they still left this picture hanged here? I couldn't help but keep staring at it .
" Rose" I heard my name from behind making me turn and then I saw Hanna and Austin, my ex mother and father in-law if i'm correct, once I looked at them they were looking so sad and Hanna looks like she was about to cry , she rushed me with tears in her eyes.
" Oh Rose" she hugged me tight and I hugged her back, trying to fight my tears that's about pulling out .
" Rose my Child" Austin hugged me too and when he left me I could see he was trying to hold his tears as he touched his eyes, I couldn't help but feel bad seeing them like this,funny enough i don't know how to react to elderly people crying .
I mean they know they've hurt me so lets leave them to their conscious yeah ?
" Rose, you got us so worried , we can't say how sorry we are not to believe and fight for you instead of letting those horrible information get the best of us, we are so sorry even if we know you so much hate us " Hanna cried.
I try to hold back my tears but it only falls disappointing me ,i really didn't know I will be touched like this.
" No mom, don't cry " I said , i hate when old people cry , what am i supposed do?
" But how can you ever forgive us, for what you past through for the last 4 years ?" Austin asked , I moved closer to him.
" It's all over now dad, everything is over now and i'm glad you all realized the truth " I said .
" i'm so glad you came back Rose, you don't know how happy you have made us" he said and kissed my forehead, something he does at the time when i and Malcolm where still dating and even when we got married, it seems old habit never dies I smiled at him.
" Oh Rose, I seriously miss you , but now i'm very happy" Hanna said and i went to hug her again .
" Hey...i'm Marion " my son introduce himself to his grandparents who looked at each other and to little Marion, we Chuckled.
" Oh I can't believe my grandson looks exactly like Malcolm" Austin exclaimed picking Marion up he was smiling at him .
" Hello big boy, my name is Austin Rodriguez and i'm your grandpa , and here beside me is my wife and your grandma her name is Hanna " Austin introduce.
" Hello grandmother, I've been wanting to meet you " Marion says cheerfully I was so happy.
" Oh my grandson, and I've been dying to see you come give grandma a hug " Hanna extended her hand and Marion went into her arms , she kissed his both cheek and Marion looked at his grandparents with so much love .
" Oh please Rose, why don't we have lunch , " Austin said gesturing us to the dinning table .
I smiled and we walked there, Malcolm pulled out a chair for me and I thanked him before sitting down, he looked at me with so much happiness, that I've never seen before, Marion now was sitted with his grandpa.
And as we ate our lunch , Austin is telling Marion how he will take him outing and buy him lots of things and then they will drive around new york, Marion was so happy as he kept shouting yes and right this moment, i'm happy that my son has gotten to meet his family and love them .
I noticed Matthew Malcolm's younger brother wasn't home .
" Umm where is Matthew? I asked and they smiled at me .
" Oh I sent him over to get some things for me from a client " Austin answer " he will be so happy to see you " he added and i smiled .
" Grandpa, you will teach me how to ride a car " Marion says cheerfully we all chuckled.
" big man, but that's when your like me,then grandpa will teach you " Malcolm said looking at his son with so much love .
" No daddy , I won't be like you before I start to drive , i'm already a big man, so you will buy me my own car , got it? He asked with his face serious and with an authoritative voice and pointing his little finger at Malcolm , we all chuckled with amazement i cant help but compare him to Malcolm, he talks exactly like him.
" Oh my goodness, this boy is no difference from his father " Hanna said and we all chuckled.
I know Marion's grandparents will spoil him with gifts , they looked at him with so much love, and for some reason i'm happy too.
