Jimin decided to order foods from a local restaurant nearby, he knows every restaurant that serves good foods, he rarely cooks for himself and would rather order online unless someone cooks for him like the friend that he told me who loves to cook,
His name was Seokjin, I heard that name a lot from him,
The day came and we received messages from my brothers, asking where we went since I didn't come home last night and spent the night here at Jimin's apartment,
"Here," Jimin came with a plate of toasts and fried eggs that he prepared for our breakfast, he sat across me and leaned over to take a glance at what I was typing,
"Thanks, by the way, I told Mom and Dad that I'm staying with you," I spoke flashing him with a smile and he could only chuckle and took a sip of his freshly brewed coffee,
"What do you want for lunch? I'm going out, will you be okay here?" Jimin asked as he slices the fried egg, munching it,
"Anything. There's no need to worry, I'll be safe here and your apartment as well," I chuckled before stuffing my mouth with the toast and egg on it,
Jimin tilted his head unsure if I meant those words, he knew me so well to the point that I hate it when I say something and he would look at me— no, more like judging me for some things he knew I ridiculously did before,
"Oh please, let me live! That was before!" I exclaimed which caused him to laugh with his disappearing eyes and his head thrown backward,
"You almost burnt our house!"
"Almost! Okay? You're overreacting Park Jimin!"
"Yea, seeing that fire reached the ceiling was nothing but an overreaction,"
"Stop!"

I looked at the time and it's already 1:30 PM without me noticing, time flies. I stood up from the couch and left Chaeyoung who has her eyes focused on the screen, we were watching Bridgerton at this hour, hmm yea?
I decided to wear a comfortable outfit this time, a sweatshirt, khaki-colored shorts paired with white sneakers. Although I know most of them were wearing their office attires since they're employed and I am not,
"I need to go. If somebody knocks, don't open the door and call me if you need anything. Wait for me to come back okay? don't leave. I'll be quick"
And with a nod, I left my apartment and took my car out of the parking and went straight to the restaurant,
Soon as I stepped out of my car, a huge crowd was already waiting outside the restaurant and most of them were the press people and some are the paparazzi swarming around with their cameras pointed to them,
I quietly walk towards the crowd when the security saw me and immediately made a way for me to be able to walk to the restaurant and in an instant, the cameras are now pointed at me as I walk to the path with the securities behind me,
I chuckled when I saw Seokjin hyung looking at me with his arms crossed along with Namjoon and Hoseok hyung shaking their heads,
Their faces scream "You're late",
I guess that's my official role in our group, aside from being jobless,
"Where the hell you've been?" Jin hyung started as I stood next to Yoongi hyung,
"You're 15 minutes late," Jin hyung pointed at his watch which earned chuckles from these guys next to me,
"It was traffic on the way here," I lied that received a look from Yoongi hyung,
"He saw you on his way here," Taehyung said pointing at Yoongi hyung who was hiding from the cameras behind me,
"You must've not noticed, I honked and overtake your car, nice try though" Yoongi hyung replied behind me,
"You badly need to come up with new excuses, Jimin," Namjoon hyung added which I returned with a bitter smile,
"Sir? The customers are waiting" one of his uniformed staff came and handed Jin hyung with the scissor to cut the ribbon,
He gave a short speech and thanked everyone who came and started cutting the ribbon, after greeting a bunch of people and VIPs who came, we finally got to the rooftop which is only reserved for us and the VIPs,
"Was that your ex-girlfriend?" I asked Taehyung and shamelessly pointed at his ex-girlfriend and they all followed where I was pointing which caused Hoseok and Jungkook to chuckle,
Taehyung rolled his eyes before leaning on his chair and looked over his shoulder to see where Jia was,
"Yeah, with her fiancé" Taehyung monotonously said that was followed with a snicker,
"That sucks," I teased and Hoseok hyung tried to stop me,
"I bet it more sucks to not have me as the fiancé,"
"I think not, my cousin deserves a happy marriage life so..." Jin hyung butted in that made us all laugh and Taehyung could only roll his eyes and shake his head,
"May I have your order, sir?" A staff came and Jin hyung started asking us and started giving his orders,
But Jungkook being himself,
"Everything on the menu," Jungkook spoke that made the staff's eyes grew wide and gave him a questionable look,
"Anything just— please, don't mind him," Hoseok hyung said giving her an apologetic smile,
"Let him," Jin hyung said without having a bit of conscience and I feel sorry to his staffs,
We watched her soullessly walk away with not so great news to the kitchen staffs who are the most busy right now,
And what Jungkook wants, Jungkook gets. He's the youngest in our group and the most ungrateful brat I've ever known, he had no conscience at some times and we are already used to it,
"We can just take out some," Yoongi hyung said and we nodded,
"Let's not waste foods, yea?" Namjoon hyung said looking at the two, Jin hyung and Jungkook,
As we wait for the foods to arrive, we were talking about how our lives went these past few weeks and we mostly talked about businesses and companies,
We've been friends for more than a decade now, talking about businesses just felt different to me sometimes, I could still remember all the bull craps we did back when we were still studying, who knew that we would reach what we have and what we are now,
We are those kinds of students who would often ditch our classes just to go to PC방, playing until night, betting on our games and would go to different bar clubs nearby,
Those were the days.

I comfortably leaned on the chair, rubbing my full stomach after eating a bunch with beers on the side,
It's been weeks since I felt this so full, I feel like I already gained a lot of weight which would burn soon as I go back to my daily routine of lifting weights,
"I'm ready to pull some stupid excuses just to go to your beach house, just tell me when" I chuckled at Taehyung, they were talking about Namjoon hyung's newly bought beach house that he's been dreaming and wanting of ever since,
"How about we go now?" Hoseok hyung blurted out that made me burst into peals of laughter, seeing how red he is and how confident he talks as if he's not busy working his ass off,
"Hard pass," Jimin said as he emptied his glass of beer on the table then one of the staffs came giving all our take out bags,
"I'm taking one," Jimin added pointing at one of the bags on the table and Jin hyung just nodded,
"I'm ordering another bucket-"
There was an awkward silence when Jimin suddenly stood up before Jin hyung could even finish his words,
"Where are you going?" Taehyung asked raising an eyebrow at him, all of us are trying to read what's with Jimin.
He came late and now he wants to go home early? He's the one who's usually up for more buckets,
"Sorry, next time. I just need to be home early," Jimin said with an awkward smile, we all looked at each other and they did not tried to pursue him and just let him go without anymore questions,
"What's with him?" Namjoon hyung asked and they just shrugged their shoulders,
I took a glance at Yoongi hyung and he's watching Jimin rushing towards his car,
Yoongi and I were seated across each other and right next to the railings that we could see everything's going on down there,
"Don't pull another lame excuse card, I'm ordering two more buckets" Jin hyung warned pointing his finger at each of us,
"What? You said one!" Taehyung whined looking at Jin hyung who's now ordering buckets of beers,
"Now you heard two"
