As soon as I was behind the coverage of the trees I striped down and shifted to the black wolf I was. It was painful the first couple times, but you get used to it.

'We have another one' he growled and I got a flash of the dead corpse he was seeing. We could share thoughts and see what our packmates were thinking while in our wolf form. But in human form, only the alpha can hack into our brains then.
I snarled to the green blur around me.

'Vampire' I snarled at the word. Vampires were the most retched of us supernaturals. I thought about Bella...her cuts...they angered me. The thing looked like a too perfect human. Other than the blood thirsty eyes he seemed to be one. I growled at it and saliva dripped from my fangs. I was a large wolf, I was born to be an Alpha...but I didn't want the responsibility, but Ely knew that I could be if I really wanted to. So I'm his right hand man. But I'm more than a Beta.
