Mother Earth lent the girl a nonexistent handkerchief for her tears, for they were drowning her gradually. A painful long death, they say.

 "It's time for a withdrawal," spoke Mother Earth, softly brushing the girl's ears with a mellow gush of wind.

 The words, too obscure to even be heard, traveled down the girl's mind, into the deepest part of it. 

 And thus came a decision," I have to withdraw from all of this, as soon as possible," said the girl, ending her prolonged cry with a blink of an eye. 

A celebration of resurgence was yet to be held.
