"Is it really that hard to ride the escalator up to the second floor?" I huff. "Well sorry... They kinda scare me a bit..." Takashi says, finally reaching me after coming off the escalator. "Don't make this like 'Elf' Takashi. They aren't that bad." I roll my eyes and giggle. "Why are we coming up here anyways? I thought you had already gotten something for your secret santa back at the other shop." Takashi and I begin walking around, window shopping. "Well..." I say. He looks at me a raises an eyebrow. "You bought that for yourself didn't you?" He asks. "Uh... Yes?" "Was that a question or an answer?" I hide my face from him. "Okay... Maybe it was for me... But so what? A girl can treat herself too." I say. Takashi begins to chuckle to himself. "W-What's so funny?" I ask. He shakes his head. "You're such a girl. And by the way, you're cute when your mad." Takashi smiles. My cheeks begin to heat up and i can tell that im blushing. "Shut up." I tell him.

"Welcome to the host club christmas party!" Tamaki yells, rushing to me and kissing my hand. "Um Tamaki... Im a part of this party. I work for you guys." I tell him. He laughs. "That doesnt mean i can't come over and kiss the hand of you, my princess." He says with a wink.
BAM!
"Why do you have to be so cruel?" Tamaki asks, now laying on the floor holding his shin in pain. "Next time i would suggest not hitting on me." I say, flipping my hair over my shoulder amd wanting towards the tree to put my secret santa gift under.
Turning around I see all the host club members in their own little groups, and i felt alone. Then i noticed... Kyoya wasn't talking to anyone either. The twins were talking to Honey. Takashi was talking to Tamaki and Haurhi, but kyoya was standijg by the refreshment table, drinking some punch.
His eyes meet mine and he smiles a bit, motioning for me to go over to him. I make my way over to him, never breaking our gaze. "Hey stranger." I say to him. He chuckles. "Hello. Nice party huh?" I smile. "Yeah. I'm happy I was invited. I didnt think I would be allowed to come." Kyoya's eyebrows furrow. "What do you mean? Of course you would be able to come. You're a part of the host club." He explains. "Really? I thought i was just the person who serves you guys drinks and cakes." Kyoya shakes his head. "You're way more than that, Rina. You actually help out a lot." He says with a smile. I blush and look away.
"Okay guys! Time to eat!" Tamaki announces. Kyoya look at one another then make our way to the dining room to eat dinner.
When I got to the dining room, kyoya has already taken a seat and everyone else was talking and sitting down. I look around to see what chairs were open. There was a seat next to Takashi open, a seat next to Kyoya open, and a seat next to Kaoru open.
I haven't talked to Kaoru yet tonight.
I make my way over to kaoru and take a seat. "Hey Rina!" Kaoru exclaims, grabbing my hand excitedly and kissing it. "I missed you!" He says. I blush and giggle a bit. "I missed you too Kaoru. I didnt get a chance to talk to you." I say with a bright smile. "Hey are you gonna spe-" before kaoru could finish his sentence, he is interrupted by Tamaki. "Dig in guys! Its seafood tonight!" Tamaki says excitedly.
I happily take my share of honey walnut shrimp and some crab legs. Kaoru looks at the mountain of food on my plate. "Are you gonna be able to eat all of that? Thats a lot of food." Kaoru says. I look at him and smile. "Then you dont know me very well Kaoru. Watch. And. Learn." I say as I begin to dig into my food. Takashi laughs. "Dont test her Kaoru. She maybe tiny, but shes mighty. She can eat way more than I can." I glance over at Kyoya and he smirks in my direction as i chow down on my food.

"I still cant believe you ate all that food, Rina." Kaoru says as the host club gathers around the gigantic christmas tree. "Takashi told you so." I say. "Yeah Kaoru. You shouod listen to Mori when he actually says more than a few words." Hikaru laughs.
"Alright. Now that we're all here, its time to exchange gifts. So everybody grab the gift that you bought and exchange it with the person you bought it for. And I made sure that you person you had was also the persson who got you a gift as well." Tamaki explains.
Wait... So that means...
"Well that means Rina has me." I look in the direction of the voice. A smiling kyoya walks over to me and sits beside me. I smile back at him. "I hope you like my gift... I tried my best to find something you would like." I say, handing over the gift i had bought. He hands me his gift. "I also tried to find something that you would like, so i hope you enjou this gift." He says. I smile and unwrap the present as he does with his. Behind the cute nutcracker wraping paper, was a blue box with silver sparkly ribbon tied around it. I giggle and look at Kyoya. "I had to make you work for it some how." He chuckles. I roll my eyes and untie the bow neatly.
Taking off the lid of the box, tissue paper and silver snowflakes covered the contents inside of the box. "Wow! This bowtie is so nice! And so is this button up! Thank you Rina." Kyoya exclaims, happy with the contents in his box. I look over at him with a smile. "I'm glad you like it. I usually see you in ties so i thought a bowtie would be a nice touch to your wardrobe." I say. "Well open yours." He says.
I remove the tissue paper to reveal pink silky fabric. I pick up the fabric and hold it up. My cheek immediately heat up. "Oh wow... Its..." I say. "Its a new night gown! Made with the finest of silk and its hand stiched." Kyoya says.
I'm completely in love with this gift, but Kyoya and i aren't even together... So its a little weird to receive this as a gift.
"Thank you so much Kyoya! I love it!" I say, hugging the material to my chest. He smiles at me and takes my hand in his. "Only the best for you, Rina." He replies, causing my cheeks to warm up.

"What?! I was never told we were having a slumber party." I say as Tamaki tells everyone it was getting late and to go to the rooms to change clothes and get ready for bed. "Did I not tell you that? Oops. Silly me." Tamaki says shrugging his shoulders. "Tamaki, if i weren't holding myself back right now you would be dead meat." I say as calmly as possible. Tamaki holds his arms out. "Now lets not get hasty now, Rina. Just go get changed and get ready for bed. Haruhi and you are sharing a room since youre both girls."
Up in the bedroom that Haurhi and I were sharing, we talked about the host club boys. "So Haurhi. Who do you like better? Tamaki or Hikaru?" I ask her. Her eyes widen and her cheeks turn a shade of pink. "Oh come on. We're both girls! We can talk about this stuff together!" I tell her as I brush my hair out. She sighs. "Honestly... I think I'm leaning more towards Tamaki-Senpai." She says. I smile. "Tamaki-Senpai is pretty charming. And he seems to really like you, Haruhi." I say. She smiles. "What about you, Rina? You have three guys that like you in the host club. Mori, Kyoya and Kaoru." She says. "Im honestly really conflicted with that situation. I dont know what i want. Just need sometime i guess." I explain. She nods in my direction. "Shoot!" She says, remembering something. "ill be back Rina. I forgot to drop something off to Tamaki-Senpai." I smile. "Go ahead. But behave." I say, patting her shoulder. She rolls her eyes and leave the room.
As I sit on my bed, I look out the window. The sky was so dark that no stars could be seen and neither coukd the moon. "Oh no... Its gonna storm." I say. I had always been terrified of thunder storms since i was a little girl, so this wasnt going to be good.
I await for Haruhi's return so I wouldnt be alone tonigjt fir the storm. As I'm waiting I hear thunder in the distance and can see the rain hitting the window. My heart begins to pound as i hear the storm rolling in. Thats when it happened. The lightning struck and the lighrs went out.
I scream and run out of the room and into another room. As i close the door to that room, my breath is heavy and my eyes are squeezed shut as i slide down the door.
"Rina?" I hear a voice call out. I look up and see a dark haired man who was tall and slender. "Kyoya." I say. He grabs my hand and helps me up. "What are you doing in here? Aren't you supposed to be sharing a room with Haruhi?" He asks. I nod at him. "Yeah... But she went to go see Tamaki so I didn't want to be alone." I say, nit wantijg to tell him i was afraid of storms.
He leads me to the middle of his room. As i hear him breathe in about to say something, another strike of lightening happens leaving behind and big roar of thunder. I scream and run to a door within the room and shut it hiding myself in the corner.
"Rina!" I hear someone yell. The door swings open and someone slides into the room with me. An arm wraps around my shoulders and the other around my waist. I'm pulled in to a tight hug, and i hug back. "Kaoru..." I say, remembering his scent and slender arms holding me. "Here... Come into my room with me. Ill protect you there." Kaoru says, opening the door and leading me out of kyoya's room and into his.
He leads me to his bed and lets me sit down on it. "I didn't knkw you were afraid of thunder storms." He says. "I have been ever since I was little." I say. I could hear his soft breathing as we sat on his bed.
More lightening and thunder strike all of the sudden and just as im about to scream and run away, Kaoru takes my arm in one hand and my chin in the other, leading my lips to his. He locks our lips together in a passionate kiss.
A passionate kiss so powerful that when we pull away, he take a couple breaths and then go back to kissing.
"Rina." Kaoru says in between kisses. I pull away. "Yes?" I ask. "You know Haruhi is afraid of thunder storms too right?" He says. I laughs and playfully smack his shoulder before locking our lips together for another kiss.
"Please tell me you're gonna stay the night in here." Kaoru says. I smile against his lips. "Of course." Kissing Kaoru and being in his embrace completely hypnotized me from the storm.
Kaoru... So gentle... So sweet... So calming... Im falling in love with you as your soft lips kiss mine... And i just want you... All of you...
