Her name was Jasmine Perry it had been 5 years today since she passed away her best friend oh yeah lets go back 5 years.
5 years ago : Lucy Perry was 13 she was beautiful , smart and happy with her mam, dad and sister Jasmine. Her sister was born with a heart condition and was told she would not live past the age of 19.
