People need fear to survive - the fear of future, the fear of life, the fear of losing someone, something or whatever it is, it's hard to get rid of that. And instead of overcoming it, the world itself teaches you fear. Why do we always forget that fear is just an illusion?
Mind you, the moment you stop fearing, you no longer 'survive'. You'll start to 'live'.
