Jacks POV
I truly wasn't ready for this date with Apsen. Thinking about her just made me sick to the stomach. I didnt want to just leave her and ruin our relationship but I just couldnt stop thinking abiut Helen. Its just turning me inside out. I have to go back to her.
I decided I would tell her I have a family vacation and wont be home for a bit. But then if me and Helen get back together I will be cheating on Aspen.
I'm lost.
I have no clue what to do.
I unlocked my phone and saw I had a text from Aspen;
A; hey are we still going on that date?
J; sorry I dont think I can do this we need to talk come over asap
And shut off my phone right after.

I heard a knock on the door, that must be Aspen.
I opened the door and let her in.
Helens POV
"Daniel, I really cant do this I'm sorry I cant stop thinking about Jack." I whisper-yelled into the phone.
"I understand but he's with some other girl now. He's over you and I incourge you to get over him too."
I instantly hung up the phone and threw it on the ground. I was so mad and upset and... I was feeling like... I was feeling broken, like I lost him forever.
But Daniel was right he is over me and I should be over him. Its hurting me, I'm hurting myself this way.
After that thought I ran out of my room. And slamed the door behind me, I quickly grabbed my jacket and went out side avoiding all of my brother's questions.
Since I have just gotten my license I decided to just drive around for a bit to take my mind off of things.
Jacks POV
I led Aspen to my room and we both sat down on my bed, I took a deep breath and... I couldnt say anything.
"Jack? What was it that you wanted to tell me?" Aspen sounded conserned.
"I'm sorry, so sorry in advance about what I am about to say to you."
"Baby, what is it you're really scaring me."
I took another deep breath and started to talk."I think we need to break up even though weve been dating for 2 weeks," I placed my hand on hers. She slowly moved it away.
"I'm just not over my ex and I cant do this. I thoughtfrom dating you I would get over her..."
"So you used me to get over your ex!"
"Aspen, I'm so sorry please unders-"
She cut me off " no I can't understand and I wont understand, this isnt what I thought of you Jack." She finished her sentence a d stormed out of my room.
Instantly after she left my phone started ringing, it was Daniel.
I declined.
He called again and I declined... Again.
He called the third time so I picked up.
"Hurry, you have to head out now, something horrible happened to Helen!"
