Meghan's POV:
I stood outside of Justine's apartment. I knocked on the door.
"Hello," she opened the door.
"Oh my gosh! What happened?! Come in!" she pulled me in.
"I-I," I started to cry again.
"I'll go get you a blanket, you can tell me what happened after that," she left.
I watched the rain drizzle down the window. It wasn't helping my mood.
"Here. Now. What is the problem?" she put the blanket on me and rubbed my shoulder.
"I walked in on Joey and David," my lip quivered.
"Oh. Um. I don't know what to tell you," she looked shocked.
"I can't take it! How could he lie to me?! How could my own brother do that to me?!" my sadness turned into anger.
"Calm down Meghan. I'm sure it was a misunderstanding," she grabbed my hands, which were clenched into fists.
"Those bastards. They'll get what's coming to them," I mumbled.
"I think you should try and talk to them," she backed away.
"WHY?! I SHOULD GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE?! THEY DON'T DESERVE IT!" I stood up and started to breath heavily.
"Meghan. Calm down!" she was slowly walking away.
"I can't take it," my anger turned back into depression.
I curled up into a ball on the floor.
I started to rock myself. The tears kept coming. I couldn't hold them back.
How? Why me? He was the love of my life. How could he just let me go?
"MEGHAN!" I heard his voice.
