Chapter 20:
"Dad!" Allison rushed to her unconscious father on the ground and tried to wake him up, doing her best to ignore the growling coming from inside the house.
Imogen chewed on her bottom lip as she kept her gaze on the house, hoping that Scott would be okay. That is until he was thrown out the window, landing on his stomach. Her eyes filled with concern for him and tensed when the alpha jumped out the window as well.
Peter picked Scott up by his collar, growling at him and the beta kicked him in the chest before flipping back as Peter was sent flying back. A porsche pulled up, Stiles jumped out and threw a beaker at Peter who easily caught it. "Oh damn." The human muttered, backing away in fear.
Allison picked her compound bow up and fired an arrow, breaking the beaker which lit Peter's arm on fire.
Jackson eyed the beaker in his own hand and threw it at the alpha, causing his entire body to be encased in fire. Peter struggled as he fought against his own pain to go after Allison who stared at him wide eyed as she found no more arrows lying near her.
Imogen raised her hand once again and flung Peter back away from the brunette and wiped the small blood that dripped from her nose. They watched as Peter transformed back into his human form that was littered in burn marks before falling to the ground.
Scott kept his face away from Imogen when he heard her slow footsteps coming in his direction. His brown eyes glanced at her, watching as she crouched in front of him and gently grabbed his face. There was no disgust on her face as she looked at him, only understanding and another emotion that he feared he'd never get to see.
She slowly leaned in, making sure to keep her eyes open to show him that she wasn't afraid of who he was before gently placing her lips on his. Their eyes fluttered shut as they enjoyed the small brief kiss.
When they opened their eyes, Scott stared at her a bit lost and did his best to hide the pang of hope he felt. "What was that for?" He asked hesitantly.
Imogen's eyes softened, filled with love as they stared into his brown eyes. "Because I love you." She confessed in a soft murmur, relieved that she was finally able to tell him.
Scott couldn't stop the smile that tugged at his lips as he stared at her, wanting to kiss her again but could feel everyone's eyes on them. His eyes briefly flickered over to Chris Argent who was no awake and staring at them both with a frown on his lips. He turned away from his girlfriend when he smelled Derek come outside and looked to see where the older werewolf was going.
Derek stood over Peter's body, staring at his uncle with anger and hate in his green eyes. This man had killed his own niece for power.
Scott instantly figured out what Derek was going to do the man on the floor. "Wait!" He got up, walking towards Derek. "You said the cure comes from the one who bit you. Derek." He saw how he wasn't moving away from Peter. "If you do this, I'm dead. Allison's father, her family - what am I supposed to do?" He didn't think he could handle being hunted down any longer. He didn't care that Imogen was a witch but it wasn't like she was being hunted down for what she was and he knew that if he was normal then he wouldn't have to worry about it either.
Peter stared up at his nephew, ignoring the pain as he hissed, "You've - already - decided." He exclaimed. "I can smell it on you!"
"Wait! No, no! Don't!" Scott stepped back in shock when Derek slashed Peter's throat and felt a lump in his throat.
Derek, despite the small feeling of guilt he felt for hating used and lied to Scott knew that he had to do what he did in order to exact revenge for his sister. He turned back to all of them, his eyes glowing a bright red. "I'm the Alpha now."

After going back to the hospital where her uncle had scolded her for leaving with a hunter that could have hurt her and an alpha that could have killed her, Imogen found herself in her room alone. She was relieved to hear from her uncle that Lydia was fine but he had no clue if she was going to turn into a werewolf since her bite wasn't healing.
But right now all she felt was worry since she and Scott hadn't spoken after watching Derek kill Peter since Chris offered her a ride back to the hospital. It was during that car ride that both her and Allison spoke about how long they knew about the other which wasn't that long. They were still friends despite the obvious wariness that Chris held in his eyes and told her that witches were also hunted.
He explained that just like there were good witches who practiced light magic there was also witches who used dark magic and told her that if she ever used dark magic than she would be facing the same consequences as a werewolf would if they killed an innocent. It had been an agreement that her family kept with the Argents. It was why her Uncle was protective of her especially when the Argents were around.
Even though she knew she had nothing to worry about since she never planned on using dark magic, she still felt a bit wary of Chris' obvious threat though.
The tapping on her window knocked her out of her thoughts and she stiffly approached her window, opening the curtains and her blue eyes filled with confusion when she saw Scott outside.
Unlocking her window, she opened it. "What are you doing here?"
He climbed in through her window. "I thought we should talk." He had finished going to the hospital with Stiles to check on Lydia to see if she was turning into a werewolf like but the two were surprised when they saw the bite still there. The question of what she could possibly be lingered in their minds.
"Here to break up with me?" She mused jokingly as she sat on the edge of her bed.
His eyes widened and immediately shook his head. "Of course not." He didn't want to break up with her.
"I was joking." She laughed softly and he gave her a bemused look. She sighed. "But, you are right. We should probably talk about the secrets we've been keeping from each other."
He nodded, sitting down beside her and began to tell her of the night he was bitten by Peter after Stiles and him had gone into the woods to search for the dead body. She quietly listened as he told her how Derek had showed him a few things about control and using his senses. Telling her about how he found out about the Argents and how Jackson had somehow found out. How the jock had threatened him and how difficult the full moons were for him. That is until he told her how she was his anchor and being around her kept him from wanting to rip someone's throat out.
Once he was done with his own story, she began telling him of how her magic had begun to leak out of her, causing weird things to happen around. She told him about how whenever she touched someone connected to the supernatural that she'd see some kind of image about them and about how it was her uncle who knew about her witchy side. After telling him of how she'd only known for a short amount of time, she showed him her grimoire and how she was still learning.
They both were.
"Wow. We've been keeping a lot from each other." She breathed out, fiddling with her bracelet.
Scott stared at her. "Yeah." He murmured. Despite the secrets, it didn't change the way they felt for one another. In fact, it made them closer because they were both different.
"How about we promise to never keep secrets from each other again." She offered, turning to him as her blue eyes looked into his puppy brown eyes.
"Alright, that sounds good." He grinned softly, the two felt a huge weight suddenly lifted off their shoulders with that promise.
He blinked in surprise when she suddenly began straddling him but didn't protest when she leaned down, connecting their lips together.
He quickly flipped them over so he was on top and began kissing her down her neck, enjoying her soft breathy moans as she tugged on his hair before he reconnected their lips together. Her fingers ran down his back and tugged on his shirt, he pulled away.
She pouted up at him, her cheeks flushed and her lips swollen. "Why'd you stop?" She asked breathlessly.
His own cheeks reddened and he blinked so his eyes no longer glowed. "Are you sure you want to do this?" His voice was soft. "I'll wait until you're ready, Im."
Imogen stared up at him with love and adoration in her gaze with a twinge of lust in her blue eyes. "I've been ready since I realized I was in love with you and I want to be with you." She confessed softly, cupping his cheeks. "Only you, Scott."
He saw no doubt or hesitation in her gaze only love and lust. He was positive that his own eyes reflected the same emotions. "I want to be with only you too, Im." He lowered his head and kissed her, his hands running down her sides.
She smiled in the kiss as her hands wandered back down to his shirt to tug on it, signalling that she wanted him to take it off. He pulled away, sending her an amused grin as he pulled off his shirt.
His grin quickly slipped away when he watched her take off her own shirt and he swallowed thickly, seeing her in her lacy bra that barely covered her breasts. When she kissed him, the nervous feelings he had lessened as he knew that he wasn't the only one nervous about doing this. It was not only his first time but hers as well and he could hear how fast her heart was racing.
He softly murmured comforting words of reassurance as their clothes continued to come off. They were only in their undergarments now.
Imogen rubbed herself against him as she straddled him, pressing kisses along his jaw and he groaned at the feeling of having her on top of him in only her bra and underwear. She slipped her bra off, leaving her bare and she blushed at the intensity of his gaze. "You're beautiful." He murmured, flipping them over as he ran his fingers over her breasts.
She whimpered, feeling him grind into her core and she tugged on his hair, crashing their lips together. His shaft strained in his boxers and he groaned in her mouth when he felt her soft fingers wrap around him. He couldn't help roll his hips and palmed at her breasts as she softly moaned at his touch.
They slipped off the only remaining articles of clothing that separated them and he put on the condom he had.
She cried out when he finally buried himself in a slow, hesitant thrust. He whispered sweet, comforting words as she adjusted to him and it didn't take long before she rolled her hips for him to move and he quickly obliged.
That night the two connected in ways they had long waited for as they made love to one another.

In the cemetery where Viola Lewis was buried, an unknown person stood in front of her tombstone with a sneer on their face as they stared at the tombstone.
"I'm so glad that you're dead, Vi." The stranger said, smirking darkly as the wind picked up. "I'm sure you thought that you could keep that little brat of yours away from me but too bad for you, Ben stupidly decided to come back here of all places. You would think he'd keep running and hiding her but it's obvious that he doesn't think I can hurt her now that she's awakened her magic." She sighed, feigning a sad expression. "Too bad for them though, they have no idea what I'm planning and you can't do anything to save your daughter." A sadistic smile appeared on her lips. "Goodbye dear sister and don't worry, I'll make sure your daughter doesn't join you too soon. I want to drag this out as much as I can before I see the light leave her blue eyes."
The mysterious woman sent one final smirk at the tombstone before walking off towards her car and got inside. An excited look passed through her gaze as she tried to contain herself of the future she had in mind for her unsuspecting niece.
Imogen Lewis was going to die and it was going to be by her hands. And she couldn't wait.
