"And we're back. Now then we're currently going through two stories so to speak. Enfive journeys with Blanc to find the human Arfoire while the weakened Terra rests at Vert's Basilicom. Now remember that the times of the two dimensions flow different. For every 24 hours in the hyperdimension, about 5-6 days flows in the Ultra Dimension, so keep that in note. Now then we begin the chapter with Terra at Vert's abode"

It was the 3rd day, with Terra remaining asleep at Vert's abode. It was the morning and Vert was checking him over "Hmm...compared to before he seems to be in better condition. His breathing is softer and he isn't as hot now. Let's see if I can rouse him...Terra, Terra hey"

"Umm...umm...ummm"

"Come on...rise and shine Terra, it's morning" blue eyes peeled open "There we go"

"Hmm...hmm...Vert?" he said sleepily "where?" he sat up, groaning a bit as he got up

"Easy, easy" Vert said stopping him moving so quickly "Now before you begin your questions, you're at my Basilicom. You've out cold for 2 days, this day being the third"

Terra looked round to see the familiar room "What happened to me? And wha...?" Vert rubbed his head

"You saved us all...that's what" she said happily "You pushed yourself beyond what you should've done, reflecting Vert's power. Since then you've been sleeping and even got a nasty fever. Tell me how do you feel?"

"Sore...and woolly minded" he said holding his head "I still feel a bit dizzy and my body is sore"

"That's expected...you endured quite a bit in the battle, but at least you seem okay. Now I had a doctor check you over...and she said you're to take it easy and get in a bath straight away"

"A bath...sounds lovely right now"

"Then I'll go run you one...and see what I can do about your clothes. I managed to get that outfit I gave you replaced"

"Alright"

Terra eased himself into the warm bath, nearly calling out for the water that soaked through. His body almost cried in joy, as he eased himself into the water just lying down "(Knock, Knock) Terra are you in? Is it okay?"

"It's...amazing" he said sighing "I might...be a while"

"Don't be too long. I'll leave your clothes in the changing area"

"Alright...thank you" Terra looked down at his grazed and bruised body "Jeez...I really went the distance there. The whole fight...feels like a blur really and that bit at the end it's...incredible" Terra recalled the scene in which he showed the same light from him, Neptune and Nepgear "I've...got a family, I've actually got a...family"

Terra smiled and looked up "To think...I set off in order to find them, and they were under my nose the whole time. I'm happy I found them...but annoyed that I couldn't be told about it. I mean I gather Uranus brought me here to make sure Enfive couldn't do anything...but leaving me alone wasn't fair. Speaking of Enfive...it's him we'll have to face next and personally I can't know how strong he is, compared to his sister Arfoire"

Terra thought of the fight as he washed himself down "Arfoire...what the hell happened to you? You began to collected and cunning...until it's almost like you mentally eroded as the fight progressed. The hate you have for CPU's...is deep. I'd like to think it's simply you being crazy but...is that all it was? I guess...I won't know"

As he stepped out, he came in dressed in the green training GI, with a blue undervest and green pants with a black belt. As he came out to Vert "there you are, how are you feeling?"

"Refreshed...like you wouldn't believe" said Terra "I don't feel as stiff but my body remains sore"

"That's to be expected...still are you ready for a quest I have for you?"

"What kind of quest?"

"While you slumbered...the doorway to the Mascot of Leanbox appeared, and it's waiting for us"

"What really!? The 4th Mascot!?"

"Indeed...and I thought we could go get it"

"Yeah, yeah alright" Vert got up

"But first...as my own thank you for helping us in the fight, how does breakfast at a fancy café sound?" Terra's stomach growled before he could answer "I'll take that as yes"

"That'd be...great thank you" said Terra

As Vert and Terra headed out, Vert carried Terra through the rather dim skies "This weather...strangely doesn't seem to be getting brighter"

"You don't have to carry me you know" said Terra "I can fly"

"Nope, sorry Terra. You've been given a medication of rest, you still need to relax and build your strength up. Saying that...I'm not at 100% myself, but I do have plenty to carry you"

"Alright then...I won't say no. I'm not even sure I have enough in the tank to change"

"Heyyy....heeeyyyy!" they saw Blanc, as White Heart, fly towards them

"Blanc!" called Terra waving his arm to which she stopped

"Hey Terra...and Vert" she said after a pause "Good to see you up, how are you feeling?"

"Sore...but I'm fine"

Blanc smiled a bit "So then where are you two off too?"

"What business is it of yours?" asked Vert a little rudely

"Vert be nice here" said Terra "we're off to go find the Leanbox Mascot, you can come with us if you like"

"Sure why not...but leave the fighting to us" said Blanc sternly "Just no more stupid stunts alright!? Or I'll put you in the hospital myself"

"Alright, alright I got it"

"Then shall we go?" asked Vert "this way"

They soon made it to the entranceway to the cavern which held the Mascot. A couple Leanbox guards were stood outside, the inner walls lit up by placed lights "So this is it huh?" said Blanc as a human "The way to the Final Mascot"

"I wish I could say with certainty" said Vert "But this cavern only appeared in the last couple days, akin to Noire's that spawned from the ground, so this must be it"

"Still speaking of cavern...Terra are you alright with this?" Terra was already really tense and lightly shaking

"I...don't know" said Terra "I worked after a while...it was Enfive who was the Claustrophobic. He truly hated being trapped in that stone for so long, which carried to me. That's is why I freaked whenever the cave crumbled. To be honest...I can't be sure if I myself are the same" Blanc came forward

"Here...gimme your hand a moment. Like Marvelous did...I'll help to ease your nerves in there. If you're fine though...you don't have to"

Terra blushed quite a bit as he looked to Blanc and her outstretched before offering his to her which she grabbed. She could already feel him shaking in her grip "Let's take it as it goes" said Blanc "Just tell us if it's too much"

"Then let's go onwards" said Vert "That mascot isn't going to find itself" the trio walked into the tunnel, Terra anxiously looking round nervously to which Blanc squeezed his hand

"It's alright...take it easy"

"Sor...sorry" said Terra a little ashamed "The fear might not necessarily belong to me, but the feeling of being trapped in darkness stays with me" a small fragment fell in-front of him making him sharply flinch "Um...umm...ummm" after a moment be continued walking on, Blanc for now letting move forward at his own pace

The small group came to a more open cavern, Terra relaxing a bit "How are you holding up Terra?" asked Vert "Do you...need a break?"

"I'd rather not stop" he said honestly "Let's just find the CPU core and get out otherwise I won't...keep moving forward"

"If you say so" said Blanc still feeling a slight shake from his head before a bit more softly holding it which had the unexpected reaction of making him redder "Oh...did you notice that did you? Oh well it'll serve to distract you"

"You can...say that...again"

"Oh a young man in his thoughts" said Vert teasing coming to one of the pathways "I can begin to sense the energy...we're nearing the centre" as the corner turned a faint light green glow was radiating from the entranceway.

Terra, Blanc and Vert came to a rather oddly small dome-like room with only a tall rectangle brick wall. As they came to...they all seemed puzzled "This feels...a bit smaller than I thought" said Terra looking round

"I know what you mean" said Blanc letting go of Terra "also where's the CPU core. I can feel a sense of power...but it's weirdly strong and faraway"

"So I won't imagining things" said Vert "and must have something to do with that brick wall" she said pointing to which Terra ran up to it

"It looks to be...a normal brick wall" he said tapping the bricks but found something immediately off "But...it's hollow"

"Hollow?" asked Blanc to which Terra knocked to hear a dull thud "Yeah you're right"

"Maybe...there's something behind it" said Vert "like we're meant to smash it or break"

"Do keep in note we are underground" said Blanc gesturing to the rock "Not that I can't do it...but this could be a supporting structure"

Vert came forward "I doubt it...but the concern is there" said Vert going for the wall "Then maybe one of these bricks triggers the switch" upon her touch the lines of the bricks glowed "Oh need a ladies touch" all the bricks now glow a faint blue light

"Or maybe your touch" said Terra having a thought "this is your Mascot, so only you can find it"

"Makes sense" it was then...the bricks 'opened' from the middle open to reveal not a core...but a doorway of light "But that doesn't"

"A door of light?" asked Blanc as Terra curiously went forward – drawing his sword – and stuck his blade into the light to find it vanish before he pulled it away "Well?"

Terra examined his blade closely as he 'stabbed' the door of light "It doesn't seem bad" said Terra seeing his blade undamaged before sheathing his sword "It must literally be just a doorway. Well...the CPU core must be behind this door, there's nowhere else it could be"

"Then shall we dive into the unknown" said Vert with a smile

"What are you smiling for?" asked Blanc with arms folded

"For a MMO otaku such as myself...it's my greatest joy to explore places unknown. That and I look forward to the many places we've yet to encounter in this world of ours"

"Then...let's go on three" said Terra nodding to the others "One...two...three!" and with it they all ran inside the doorway, as the bricks closed behind them.

As the three went through the door...they were greeted with a very strange sight, a lab room. A sort of laboratory with life pods, machines, computers and stretchers were present "Oooo...kay?" asked Terra "Not what I expected. Is alright?"

"All body parts attached" said Blanc before Vert folded her arms to bounce her bosom

"All of them attached indeed" Blanc made an angry stare

"Easy, no fighting" said Terra "But seriously where are we? I mean I know it's a lab-room...but"

"Yes I know" said Vert looking round "But why would a doorway to the CPU core lead us here?"

"Guys over there" said Blanc pointing to a blue door "let's get outside and get our bearings" as they headed over the door slid open "Huh? Electric?"

"Fancy" Terra remarked "As is this place...or more accurate as was this place"

A high tech but abandoned labouratory room was before them. Evidence of experiments in broken test-tubes, Bunsen burners, machines of all things were around them. The computer consoles in the room were either broken or shut down "This is...so weird" said Blanc "Vert I can only assume we're still in Leanbox, and this is no ordinary place"

"I know what you're asking...but I have no clue" said Vert "But while it's true I haven't completely explored Leanbox...I haven't heard of a facility with advanced machinery like this" Terra instead went to a large set of double doors which were covered in a thick layer of dust

"This place...definitely hasn't been used in years" he said looking to moss and plants growing from the ceiling "Now to see the outside" Terra pushed the doors, which seemed stuck "Blanc...Vert a bit of help here"

"Oh hang on we're coming" said Blanc helping Terra with Vert to open the door which slowly slid too...the outside world but as they looked out...they all gasped.

As if fuelled by their sheer-curiosity they all pushed harder, going through the sizeable gap they made and ran outside. They all just gaped, mouths dropping far "Wha...what the...right screw it" said Terra "Where the bloody hell are we!?"

"Vert...this is your land right!? Right!?" Blanc asked almost unnerved

"I...I don't know!" asked Vert sounding a little scared "As I said I've not explored the region of my land...but I'd think I'd remember this!"

"I think to be fair...anyone would remember this" said Terra "But as I asked before...where the bloody hell are we?"

The area around them was a town that could only be described...as ruined. Skyscrapers, houses, buildings and much more were all destroyed and laid empty. Rubble, devastation was all around. Remains of lampposts were on the floor, half-hanging off, while broken sprinklers chugged out small droplets of left over water.

Terra just looked round "This place...it like a scene from an apocalypse movie and judging from the weeds and things, it's being abandoned for years"

"But...this makes no sense" said Blanc "A...I think we'd have noticed a big pile of rubble for a land and B...why is a land that seems older than it should, attached to Leanbox which is the youngest?"

"It does seem a bit of an oxymoron" said Vert

"So...neither of you know this land?" asked Terra to which a wide smile appeared "Oh the inner traveller is calling to me. We have an unexplored land, waiting to have its secrets uncovered"

"You seem awfully eager" said Blanc grinning "Then again...I'm a bit curious to explore the place but it could be dangerous"

"There is a reason it's abandoned" said Vert

"Worth noting...but that's the allure of exploration" said Terra sounding excited "Still before we go any further, Vert can you still sense the Leanbox Mascot?"

Vert closed her eyes, a finger to her head "Yes indeed I can, it's faint though...I can only just feel it towards the back of town"

"Then we haven't missed it" said Terra "First we should see if we can find any clues to what happened it, so that way we don't end up as part of the scenary"

"Then let's stop yapping and get looking" Said Blanc joining to which Vert sighed

"Sure why not. After all a great gamer explores new lands for treasure and items, I wonder what we'll find. Let keep finding the Mascot our primary goal, and investigate this land as a side mission"

"For once...you and I are on the same page"

For the next 40 minutes, the trio explored the dead and abandoned land but it was soon becoming clear there wasn't much to look at. A lot of the building were reduced to rubble making them impossible to look through, statues were in piece, left off sprinklers oozed small bits of water but all signs of life had vanished.

Blanc was doing an aerial view of the place, and upon coming down to change into her human form "Whatever hit this place...was something major" said Blanc a little anxious "I just do a full scope, this land is about 10 – 12 miles wide and long and out of them all...only a couple buildings are even standing"

"I'm...a bit disappointed really" said Vert "How far are these intact buildings?"

"About ten minutes to the west of here. Can I ask any more clues to where this Mascot here?"

"I'm not sure why...but the feeling has not got any stronger. It's almost as if it's being blocked somehow. What do you think Ter...Terra?"

Terra was stood with eyes closed, seemingly zoned out "Terra what is it?" asked Vert

"Can't you hear it?" he asked them "That sound..." they both quietened listening closely to the land

"What sound?" asked Blanc "I don't hear anything"

"Exactly...there's not a single sound. There are no people of course...but there aren't any animals, insects heck – minus the moss or odd weed – there's no plants. There's...no life" both girls realised this "And what's more...it's hard to notice but there's no wind...or even sunlight"

Both girls looked at this grim fact, and looking up saw the sky covered in thick grey smog like cloud "Now that I notice it...you're right Terra" said Vert a little unnerved "This whole land...seems void of any life"

"I was wondering why we hadn't met a monster" said Blanc "What the hell did happen here?"

"I don't know...come on let's get to these intact buildings" said Terra having lost his excitement "There's a difference between exploring a new land...and walking through a literal lifeless city"

"I agree with you" said Vert "Blanc lead the way...I've suddenly got a chill"

Blanc laid them to the only intact buildings, the first presenting itself as a museum. Compared to the other places, this one was stood strong with only the occasional hole and dent. It was two floored with a smaller third floor in the middle "This place seems to survived the...event that wrecked this place" said Vert

"And judging by the name of it...is our best hope for answers" said Terra pointing to the name

"The Famous Flashback Museum" said Blanc reading it "Well let's head inside"

Their hope for answers in the museum...faded upon entry. The place was ransacked, with pottery, statues shattered and paintings ripped off. They were in a large open foyer, a hallway to the left and one to the right with two stair-wells above "The outside might've lived...the inside not so much" said Terra groaning "Is there nothing here?"

"it seems to be so" Vert looked down the hallways "As does the hallway"

"Well...here's something they couldn't take" said Blanc gesturing them forward "It's one of those audio-podiums...here's hoping it works" she pressed the lone button, weak lights coming up until a just working woman's voice sounded though with words missing

"Welcome all----to our marvellous town. Here in our -----we all strive to benefit man---kind"

"It's barely got any power" said Terra "come on...just give us a name or something here"

"We offer---of all kinds for that is the---wish of our---ruler"

"Ruler? That's a clue" said Blanc

"Under our...divine ruler we all strive to---ma---th---to..."

"Dam it's nearly gone" said Vert

"Come you piece of crap!" Blanc said annoyed "give us a name!"

To a surprise for both of them, Blanc punched the sound podium, making it spark "Blanc! I know you're frustrated but..." said Vert before

"With that---enjoy the---tour. Glory to the land...of...Tari and the...dess who...rules..." and with the sound died

"Tari..." repeated Terra turning round "the machine managed to say...this land is called...Tari"

"And the mention of the ruler...dess...must refer to Goddess" said Vert suggesting "for it did say divine ruler earlier"

"Wait...Tari, Tari?" Blanc said going right into thought "I've heard the name...but it was so long ago"

"What do you know of it Blanc?" asked Terra to which Blanc replied but not very sure

"Before I started my nation, I once read of a land that predates mine a century or two but with vastly superior technology. I can't clearly remember if that land was called Tari...but I do recall the land was ravaged by its ruler and a large scale rebellion. Other than that...I don't know"

Terra looked really...awestruck while Vert spoke up "There was...a land that was made before yours and Plutia's? That can't be right"

"How can you be sure?" asked Terra "None of us has lived since this lands birth...all I can say with certainty is that if it's true this land was here before Lowee, it was indeed a long time ago. Recall Arfoire...she mentioned she was sent here but Share energy was non-existence and she wandered this dimension for years before Planeptune or Lowee – either one – was first made"

"And if this time did have a Goddess, like a CPU goddess" said Blanc "than she croaked a really long time ago" it was then

"Hey...hey...you can you hear me?" Terra heard a towards masculine woman's voice "Hey, hello?"

"Huh...who's there?" asked Terra making the girls flinch "Hello...anyone here?"

"Can you hear someone?" asked Blanc to which Terra shushed them down

"Wait you can hear me!? Finally. Right get me out here, I'm on the third floor in the attic"

Terra looked up "What is it?" asked Blanc

"Well it's either I'm going loony from the lack of people" he said to them "or there's someone here"

"Wait there is!?" said Vert "But I didn't hear it"

"Neither did I" said Blanc

"I'm sure I did" said Terra "The voice said she was on the third floor in the attic"

"No harm in looking" said Vert "come on"

Hurrying up the stairs, the second floor ransacked like the first, Terra went up to the third floor and found a doorway in the ceiling. Blanc transformed to White Heart and opened the hatch to which a ladder fell out...and broke upon landing. Blanc grabbed Terra's hands and lifted him up through the hatch with Vert flying up behind them.

To their presence the dark room lit up...lit up with a few lights showing a empty room with the exception of what seemed to be a tall dome wrapped in a blanket "Hey, Hey...calling all idiots from across the land. Helpless life in here"

"Can you hear it now?" asked Terra

"I can indeed" said Vert

"Hey Morons, idiots, bitches, Bas***ds whatever" called the voice in a crude and vulgar manner "Get me the hell out of here"

"Alright, alright we're coming!" Terra went over to the curtain, and pulled it up to reveal a small doll sized girl in a glass jar "What...the?"

"About friggin time...jeez took you long enough"

The girl was not much bigger than the elder Histoire, if identical size. The small girl had lightly tanned skin and blue eyes and can usually be found with a wide, open smile. She has very very light blonde (possibly white) hair that is chin length and appears messy. She wears a red and black ear piece. She is shown to come from a purple and pink themed book and has sharp blue and purple wings.

She wears a black dress with red and white designs on it and a big pink gem at the center. Connected to it are black chained pieces to attach to the jacket/cape worn below her shoulders, which also have white detailing and pink gems. Around her right arm is a deep red ribbon.

The girl seemed rather tomboyish in looks and speech "Oh...what-do-you know light!" the girl said sighing "I've only been calling bloody eons, did you need to scrape your faces off the pavements?"

"This one has a good manner of speaking" said Vert

"So then...what have we got?" the girl looked among everyone "The Goddess of White, with a horrid temper and a washboard body, and a blonde girl with cow lump and a MMO addiction"

"Who are you calling a washboard!?" Blanc said angrily

"I just call it like I see them...and for the last one its...whoa"

The girl met eyes with Terra before she groaned "Can I ask...kindly remove the jar from me please and pick me up?" though she used manners her tone came off as rude "I'd rather not talk to you through the glass!"

"Oh sorry" Terra remove the jar and lifted up the girl by the tome "Better?"

"That's more like it but don't expect a thank you" the girl looked up and down "My, my...this is a first. An actual Male CPU...jeez times have change"

"Wait...you know I'm a CPU?"

"It's easy to see at a glance who you are...and that you're a cut-off from the Fallen Goddess Uranus"

"How the heck did you know that?" asked Blanc

"Sorry, no interest in wash-boards...I'm talking to the boy here" Blanc had to hold herself back as hash-marks went over her head "Now, now...you'll only get smaller frowning like that...but that's impossible. There's nothing there to shrink"

"You little bitch! I'll kill you!" Vert had to hold her back

"Ha-ha-ha-ha...you're hilarious. I haven't had a laugh in years, like loads of years"

The girl looked up to Terra with a big grin "the name's Croire like the way, what's your?"

"I'm Terra...Croire" Terra replied

"For the last time my name is...! Oh" Croire was about to shout but shout "say my name again"

"Hmm...Croire?"

"You...pronounced my name right? That's something I definitely haven't heard in a while. Alright you've definitely earned some of my interest...I've been bone bored and you're the most entertaining thing I've seen and I can tell by your stupid expression you've got questions"

"Well...yeah first of all" Terra had to ask as he looked at her "Do you know someone called Histoire?"

Croire tilted her head and grinned "Why do you ask?"

"Well your small, have wings, are on a tome" said Terra "and are...quite a bit smarter than you let on" Croire closed her eyes and chuckled

"I'll take that as a compliment. As for Histoire...yes I know her, me and her can be considered cousins"

"Cousins?" asked Vert almost involuntarily "So you're of the same...family?"

"I put it more down to same method of birth" replied Croire "Each of us are existences, born and splintered off from different Goddess. Histoire's role is to oversee the dimension recording the history of the world. My purpose is not quite to record history as it flows...but as it changes"

"But as it changes?" asked Terra

"You're probably aware but...there does exist more than one dimension. Well I can freely travel between them, recording all the major events within my own tome; though I do still record history to some extent. Events can include a peace treaty, civil war, planetary devastation, heck even the dimension itself collapsing. The bigger or worse the better"

Terra realized that Croire...wasn't too interested in being good natured but put it aside "So you record changes...does that include this town too?"

"Yeah what happened?" asked Blanc "This entire town is dead...in-fact you're the only thing we've even found alive!"

"I suppose I'll answer that one from you...because no doubt you'll ask the same Terra. This is the town of Tari, a town that predates Lowee and Planeptune by at least 150 years. It was ruled by a Goddess of no name"

"Huh...she didn't have a name?" asked Terra

"She never gave herself one, that is a CPU name. Her human name was Rei Ryghts. She was powerful piece of work, able to fend off armies all on her own...but compared to the rest of you namby-pamby girly-girls interested in ponies, love, boyfriends and dates" she then added "Excluding you in those remarks Terra...this one had a much more entertaining method of rulership. Iron rule"

The three flinched as Croire continued, as if recalling a happy memory "Rei ruled with a cold sadistic nature, preferring to rule by fear and terror. Soon the entire town of course rebelled...and the mother of all civil wars happened it was amazing to see"

"But...why would this Rei woman start a woman?" asked Vert "To my knowledge Share energy that powers us is from the faith of the people"

"Yeah I know...gut-wrenching positive feelings, and good question. That woman had a few screws loose I'm telling you. Now as the war broke out of course Rei reacted. She first sealed me here...to make sure I couldn't help anyone – like I would anyone – and...yeah you've seen the town"

Croire spoke in a really peeved manor "that crazy bint sealed me in stasis and have been trapped here since. Though I myself was unconscious...my tome still recorded what happened"

"What...did happen?" asked Terra

"Let's see..." Croire closed her eyes, humming before chuckling and saying to herself 'Oh that's rich. Where's the popcorn?' "Well skipping over the...expected stuff...mass extinction"

"What!?"

"This whole town...was actually powered by Faith, not the Goddess. The people here worked out how to tap into the energy...with it they kept this town afloat high in the sky away from monsters and like. They were aware of the land below and my data says they even opened a teleport link to tether to an appropriate power source"

Croire opened her eyes, and lost her smile "When the people ran rampant...the town lost its energy as their faith was lost and soon plummeted into the ocean"

"And...they all drowned or something?" asked Vert

"Nope, they went by a far more boring means. This land...literally teeters on the edge of your dimension...near falling into the void. There no life can exist...period"

"So when this city landed...the people vanished" said Terra bit somberly

"It was only by a small twist of fate that a single energy tether, to the land of Leanbox, kept this land from vanishing completely. Kinda glad though...or I'd be dead too"

Croire sighed "But oh well that's life, and the history of this land"

"So...we're bordering the void huh?" asked Vert a little anxious "No wonder no life exists here"

"Now then I have a question for you...what the heck are you doing here?"

"We came to find the Mascot of Leanbox" said Terra "We stumbled to this land by accident"

"In that case why don't I just show you? I can tell you precisely where it is"

"Wait you can?"

"On the condition you transform. This is first time in my recordings I've come across a Male CPU, and I need to put it down"

"I would...but I lack the energy right now to do so"

"Why is that? Actually don't ask hang on"

Croire closed her eyes and after thought "Wow...that's quite a backstory, an off-shoot of another Ego, fashioned by a Fallen Goddess. Then you dueled the other Fallen Goddess Arfoire and...ah that's why" Croire opened her eyes and hovered out of his hands "So you took a beating huh? Well I can fix it...call it the thank you for getting me out of there"

Croire thrust out her hand to bath Terra in a light of green. Terra immediately found his strength and spirit return to full "There we go" said Croire with a smile "I've restored your body the energy it lost...and stabilized your existence too"

"Huh...stabilized?" asked Terra "actually hold onto that question...can we do it outside?"

"Sure why not but" Croire hovered down to Terra "I'm not flying there" Terra took Croire and put her on his shoulder holding her tone in the other "You're smarter than you let on...you got what I meant without me asking. Well then outside"

Terra went to the hatch with Blanc taking his hand, easing him down through the hatch before simply flying him through the air to the bleak outside world. Croire looked out "Jeez...reading it is one thing but seeing it is another" she even hovered onto her opening tome to look "It really is a barren land here" she then turned round "go on then question"

"What did you mean by...stabilizing my existence?" asked Terra "What did you mean?"

"I just made you a proper living CPU, no biggie"

"Wait what? So...I wasn't alive in the first place"

"How to explain it...ah there we go"

Croire hovered down "I've merely cemented your place in this dimension – and the one attached to this dimension - as a CPU. This means you're not just an off-shoot persona in a borrow body, this life is yours to live"

"And...what difference will that make?" asked Terra

"Well to make simple...you can gather faith like the rest of the Goddess' and be a freelance CPU or become a candidate it's all the same thing"

"Wait...so Terra couldn't gather faith before?" asked Blanc

"Unlike now Terra here has actually been, you know, working out and training. Saying he did gain faith energy from all you girls...but while this won't make him stronger he'll have a bigger energy pool to draw from"

"So...I'm now a CPU or candidate?" asked Terra looking at his hands

"Now...make with the change" said Croire "Come on...already bored waiting here"

"Then...If I show you could you take us to the Leanbox Mascot?"

"Meh why not...but then I'm done"

"Alright, Processor unit Set!" with a column of light Terra emerged in his female Azure Light form "there you go"

Croire jumped and lit right up, going up to him and hovering round him "Wow! This is something I definitely thought I'd ever witness...a transforming Male CPU. My record do indicate there exists only one other in a dimension unknown...but that's not important. Right then...make the lift and head Northeast. I'll show you where this Mascot is than I get gone"

"Alright then" Terra put Croire on his shoulder and tome in hand before flying North-East "So just keep heading straight?"

"I'll tell you when to change direction just keep flying" for the girls behind their opinions of Croire weren't high

"I understand why the little twerp was kept sealed up" said Blanc

"I doubt it was for her rude behavior" said Vert "It must be because she possess' a power she abuses. Still her level of fascination with Terra...is a bit off-putting"

"I think it's more like she's found like a new event she wants to see. She's only small, she's harmless. Come on let's the Mascot and go...I don't know about you but I'm finding it hard to breathe now"

"No as well"

"And with that...we're at the end of the chapter. Well folks Theodore here to sign you out. Now Croire isn't a made-up character, she did appear in Hyperdimension Neptunia V and Megadimension Neptunia. In the first game she wasn't sealed away. Instead she stored some of the dark power of Rei while she was a CPU and gave it to her years later. For the latter...well that'd be spoiling a future plot point. Her name is related to Grimoire which stores information, she's not really a Pun on anything. So with that...we move onto Ultra Blanc for the preview"

"Hey everyone...thanks for listening, now it's time for the preview. Next time on Neptunia's LC MK 2: As me, Vert and Terra claim the Mascot , Enfive meets the human Arfoire discussing their plans for the future...but it soon becomes clear that Arfoire has a final plan of sorts. Of which even Enfive is surprised with...towards horrified. It's then as Terra and ourselves return home...we head to Planeptune where our own little surprise wait. Stay tuned for Chapter 56: Prelude of the Finale. See you then"
