Ali's pov
"Hey what are you doing here?" Emily whispers to me
"I need to speak to Lauren" I tell her, pointing at one of our students who is deeply emerged in a race
"Once she's finish her race she's all yours"
"Why hello Ms DiLaurentis" Emily's student Liam says, winking at me
Emily rolls her eyes at him
"Why'd he wink at me?"
"Cause he thinks you're hot"
"Well he can keep dreaming because I'm taken" I smirk, holding up my ring
"Do you wish that was from me?"
"Liam, go away" Emily tells him
"But do you Ms? Do you wish it was me?"
"Go away or I'll get Miss McCullers to drown you in the pool. Then again she only does that to people she fancies"
"What?" He asks, wrapping his arm around my waist
"Go away or I'll drown you" I whisper grabbing his arm and pushing him away
"You wanted me Ms DiLaurentis?" Lauren asks as she towel drys her hair
Once I have finished talking to Lauren, I say goodbye to Em by softly smiling at her and patting her shoulder. She smiles back at me. Em's smile is full of joy and childhood innocence, when she smiles at you, you can't help but smile back. I've never been able to resist Emily's smile.
"Ms" Liam shouts, running towards me
Emily's pov
In my 8 years of teaching, I have came across many bad students. I even taught Addison who called me a predator, kidnapped my daughters and shot my wife but I never expected a student to do what happened next
Liam ran towards Alison and didn't stop running until both he and Alison were thrown into the swimming pool
"Fuck" Alison screams as she hits the water
A roar of laughter erupts and I fall to the side of the pool trying to make sure Ali is okay
"You little asshole" Alison screams at him
The classes laughter stops as Ali reverts back to her bitchy self
"Come here you dick. I will drown..."
"Ali" I shout interrupting her before she gets herself in jail for threatening a teenager
She pulls her soaking wet body out of the pool and I escort my class to the changing room before take Liam to Principal Hackett
"Why are you two wet?"
"There was an incident in swim class" I explain
Ali's pov
"Well that was the most embarrassing meeting with Hackett ever" I say, trying to peel my t-shirt off
"God sake" I moan
Emily chuckles as my t-shirt clings to me. She walks over to me and helps pull my t-shirt over my head
"Thanks"
"No problem. I love taking your clothes off for you" she smirks, kissing my shoulder
"You remember the last time we were here?" she asks as she continues to kiss my neck and shoulder
"Of course I do" I smirk, twisting around to return the kiss
"We need to get home to Lily and Grace. You promised them we would put the tree up"
"It's only one o'clock. They've not even finished school" Emily smiles
I struggle out of my wet jeans and untie my hair from the towel
"You could go home like that" Em smirks pinching my butt, which causes me to jump
"Wearing only my underwear? Yeah right" I laugh, putting on one of Emily's spare 'rosewood sharks' sweatsuits
Emily's pov
"How was school?"
"Awesome, Miss McPhee let me open the class advent calendar" Grace cheers
"Was there chocolate in it?" I ask
"No" she sighs
"She got an eraser" Lily giggles
"Was it a nice eraser?" I joke
"Yes. It's shaped like a Christmas tree"
"Speaking of Christmas trees. Are you excited?"
"For what?" Lily asks
"To put the tree up"
Both Lily and Grace scream with excitement and Lily continues to laugh at Grace's crappy eraser
Ali's pov
Emily returns home with Lily and Grace not long after I'm out the shower
"You feel better now?" Em asks, wrapping her arms around me
"Yeah. Ready to decorate the tree?"
"We need one thing before we can decorate, our traditional t-shirts" She tells me; going to our closet and returning with four identical shirts saying 'This Girl Loves Christmas'
"Em babe, you've had the same t-shirt since high school. Don't you think it's time for a change?"
"No. Now let's deck the halls and fa la la la la"
"Read her boobs the girl loves Christmas" Lily and Grace giggle reciting the same sentence Hanna says every year
"Exactly" Emily smiles, pointing at herself just as the t-shirt does
Emily always goes over the top at Christmas. She makes our house look like Santa's fucking grotto. However, our very first Christmas together I managed to convince her to use a pop up tree, which saves so much time and money. Until Emily became my girlfriend, Christmas was always one of the worst times of the year. My family was so broken that I used to dread Christmas, I was always scared I would be alone until one year I was; I watched as my girl crush cozied up to her girlfriend and my only true family celebrated Christmas without me. I stood outside Spencer's house in the freezing cold and watched through the icy windows.
"Who's year is it to put the star on?"
"Mine" Lily jumps up with excitement
"Mommy, can you help me?" Lily smiles at me
I sit Lily on shoulders and she places the star on top of our decorated tree. We hang stalkings over the fireplace, and decorate the entire house with lights, tinsel and ornaments.
"Time for our Christmas card photo" Em cheers
"For god sake" I mutter under my breath
Every year we take a family Christmas card photo. This year Emily decided Lily and Grace will tie us to a chair and pretend we are criminals. Which many of our family will not find humorous considering we both went to jail for murder- which we didn't commit. Emily sits me on a chair and ties me to it with fairy lights.
"It's funny cause this isn't the first time I've tied you up" she jokingly whispers to me
"Shut up and sit down" I laugh
Emily puts her new iPhone -I bought for her birthday1 on record and gets Lily and Grace to tie her to a chair; back to back with me. They then stand in front of us and hold a candy cane like a gun. Both Emily and I are wearing red and green stripped jumpsuit and Lily and Grace are wearing elf outfits with candy cane guns and a police badge.
Lily and Grace both run off once Emily says "Perfect" and leave us tangled to a chair in lights. We sit for hours until Lily and Grace finally return and phone their Aunt Hanna to help untangle the lights
"What the...what happened here?" Hanna chuckles
"Just get us out" Emily moans
Hanna cheekily smiles at Lily and Grace, and I know exactly what she's about to say
"What's wrong with her?" Lily giggles
"Read her boobs. The girl loves Christmas"
"She's not even wearing the t-shirt. Now get us out" I shout, wriggling around in the fairy lights
Emily's pov
"I'm sorry that you've had a crappy day. First you get thrown into a swimming pool and then you get stuck it Christmas lights"
"You know just because I haven't had a good day, doesn't mean we can't have a good night" Ali smirks
She grabs my hand and leads me into the bedroom. We kiss intensively, not taking a second to breath
"Merry Christmas beautiful" I gasps, breaking our kiss
"Merry Christmas" she stutters, continuing to kiss me and explore my body with her hands
