As a kid I always thought, what's the point of being so sad, negative, why put all this weight on your shoulders? Looking back now as a teen I realized that for one, those feelings I tried avoiding ended up consuming me. Two, although I told others to be happy and to enjoy life, in the end it was me who was fooling my self. And three, depression exist.
