I've watched him slowly die
But I never let him see me cry
I'd tell him that I knew that everything with be alright
but I knew that he'll soon see the light
Now I lay my hand gently on his head
so cold and pale
like a ghost lying in the his box-like death bed
But I still refuse to cry
