I looked at Harry and he had a pained expression on his face. I stood from where I was sat with Niall and ran to Harry. I wrapped my arms around him and cried some more. Once I start I never seem able to stop.
"Why are you crying?" He asked, as he hugged me close to his chest.
"I'm s-scared." I sobbed to him.
"What are you scared of?" Said someone who's not Harry. I turned around and saw Louis looking at me with bloodshot eyes and his hair a mess.
"Nothing." I whispered.
"You can tell me." He said calmly, his hands reaching out towards me.
"No need, while you're here I'm not scared of anything at all." I whispered. "I'm sorry Louis." I wrapped my arms around him and his embrace was different from Niall's and Harry's it was still protective and warm, but it was... fatherly. A concept I'm not familiar with.
"What's wrong? What are you scared of?" He urged, still trying to find out why I'm crying.
"I.. I just.. I..." The tears started again, heavier and more heart wrenching as I sobbed on Louis's shoulder. "I love you guys, you know that right?" I ask him, he pulls back a little, so he can look me in the eyes.
"What's going on?" He said, placing his hands on my shoulders.
"Come on, I'm only going to say this once." I said, grabbing his hand and walking to the couch. Harry and Niall obediently followed, grabbing Zayn from the kitchen on the way, luckily for me Liam was already sat on the couch. I sat down next to him and Louis sat beside me. "I.. I've never been liked much by other girls. I've n... never had many friends that are girls. But what those girls said outside might've maybe hit a nerve. I... Don't want to be a burden to you guys, you've all come to mean so much to me that I don't want to ruin things for you guys."
"Ruin things? Charlie what are you talking about?" Liam asked me, turning on the sofa so that he was facing me.
"They... They said that... that I don't deserve you and they were right." I took a sharp intake of breath before continuing. "I'm just a pain in the but, seriously let me go on the other bus, I can take care of myself, and you guys can just carry on and not have to worry about me." I dropped my head to my hands and just started to quietly sob to myself. I felt Louis wrap his arms around me, and Liam scootch closer to me.
"Charlie, you just said the biggest pack of lies I think I've ever heard." Liam said. "What deluded you into ever thinking this way?"
"You don't think that?" I asked, tears still running down my cheeks.
"Of course we don't." Zayn said kneeling on the floor in front of me.
"You want some Icecream?" Niall asked me and I nodded. Niall came back 3 seconds later with a tub and 6 spoons.
