»26 Days Later«
*Caitlin's POV*
I wake up schocked. Drenched in water. "ZACHARY?", I yell. "Shhh.", I heard someone whisper. "Hello?", I look around. I'm in a small room that looks like a bathroom. I'm in a bathtub in a hospital robe. But I'm covered in water. There's no one in the room. "Hello?", I repeat. "Caitlin?", Some asks. "Caitlin??", They repeat. "Is she okay?", A different voice asks. I see a dark shadow hover over me. The have something sharp. I feel a sharp pain in my chest. I wake up fast. I feel myself. I'm dry. I heard a beeping noise. I look over and see I'm in a hospital. "Zachary?", I choke out. "He left.", A girl says. "Where are we?", I ask. "LA.", The girl responds. Right. Hurricane Harvey. A doctor walks inside. "You good to go Mrs. Kenney.", He says. I stand up and grab clothes I think are mine and change. I see my phone and car keys and check out. The girl, I can't remember her name. She looks familiar tho. "Do you remember me?", She asks. "No.", I whisper. "I'm Kylie. Your best friend.", Kylie responds. Just then everything hit me. Literally. A guy with the word "everything" on his arm hit me. But I remember everything now. I remember Zach, Jonah, Jack, Logan, Kylie, Vikki, Thomas, Corbyn, Daniel, Christina, and everyone else. I head out and drive to I don't even know where. Kylie tells me directions and we turn to 1600 vine.

I drive to the Why Don't We house to surprise them. I knock at the door and I was greeted by Jack in a panda costume giving me a big bear hug 😏
"Jack your gonna squeeze out my guts.", I wince. He let's go and I see Zach and run and hug him. "Hold my heart. Hold it tight it's falling.", He says still hugging. "Is that a song reference?", I ask. "Yeah.", He responds. "I love you.", I chuckle. I walk over to the couch with Zach and snuggle with him. I close my eyes and heard a picture being taken. "Go away.", I mumble. I heard a whisper and I could recognize the cochiest voice from a mile. "Logan goooo", I say. "How did you know it's me?", He was shocked. "I heard your chochy voice.", I respond and he breaks out into a fit of laughter.
»back at the apartment«
I decide to text Zach because I'm bored.
I laugh and Zach is going to pick me up in 15 minutes. I get ready and pack a backpack because honestly I'm probably sleeping at the Why Don't We house.
»15 minutes later«
I'm waiting in the lobby waiting for Zach. I see his car pull up and I walk oustide and get in the car. "Hi yougurt covered pretzel.", I greet him with a smile. He has a shocked expression on his face. "What?", I question with a small smile. "That's a new name.", He chuckles and starts driving. "Well what else am I going to call you? Goat milk?", I laugh. He joins in with my laughing fit. "I don't know even what to expect for these baby names anymore", He states still laughing. "Well still! You could be called a Llama these days. Maybe even a Lebra.", I chuckle. "What's a Lebra?", He questions. "A lion zebra", I say. "You're crazy.", He states. "It's not my fault I painted a zebra orange and called it a tiger.", I chuckle again. "You did that?", He says pulling down a street. "Yeah. I also painted your sister green.", I laugh. At this point I think during the entire car ride I've laughed so much im probably crying. "WHAT?", he exclaims. "Yeah. I visited Dallas while you were at a show. She wanted me too.", I reply still laughing. He pulls into the Chinese restaurant. He shakes his head. "You can't be disappointed in me. She asked me to.", I say walking to the door. He is laughing so hard he can't even speak. We enter and order food. We sit down and I order a soda. I get it with one of those umbrella thingys. I take it and put it behind Zachs ear. "Now you're a pretty girl.", I smile. "Not prettier than you.", He makes direct eye contact and we stay there for about 3 minutes until I start laughing. I take a sip of my drink. "The bubbles went all the way up to my nose.", I wince making a face. He laughs. "You could say your now more bubbly.", He comments. "Your one punny guy with a fortune.", I laugh holding up a fortune cookie. "Come on stop ducking around.", He says holding up duck sauce. "You food", the Chinese man says (not trying to be racist) we take our food and leave. "Okay no more plane jokes.", I state looking at a plane soaring across the sky. He still hasn't stopped laughing but I think that one really killed him. He fell on the parking lot laughing so hard "Zachyy cmon I'm hungry.", I whine. I put the food down and help Zach up. He drive home making joke and laughing. God I love this kid. He makes me feel so special. When we arrive we enter the house and immideatly get attacked. "FOOOOOOOOD", Daniel yells. "MY FOOD", I yell running to Zach's room with the food. I shut the door and lock it. I turn around and see Zach. "WHAT THE HECK HOW???", I yell. He points to his window and I nod. I get up on his bed and lay next to him. "Movie?", He asks and I nod. We cuddle watching a movie and eating Chinese food. I can't find enough words to explain how much I love him.
