The room was dark, the shades drawn shut as I tiptoed out of the room and into the en suite bathroom. I closed the door before turning on the light, momentarily wincing from the brightness. I leant against the counter, observing my features in the mirror. My hair was messy from sleeping and the shirt I wore was too big for me, one sleeve slipping down to reveal my shoulder. A small smile formed on my face as I studied the hickey on my neck; the smile quickly fell at the realization that I would have to cover it before leaving.

I leaned down to pull out my makeup from beneath the sink, the shirt slipping down further. The door squeaked open while I was rummaging through the random shit beneath my sink. I ignored it, knowing exactly who it was. They remained silent until I resurfaced, opening my small makeup bag.

"You're up early," he said, his voice sending chills down my spine and warming my heart.

"It's almost 10:30," I pointed out with a small giggle. I avoided looking at him because I knew that if I did, I would want to crawl right back into bed with him. But then we would be late again, and I couldn't allow that. "We have to leave soon. I need to get ready."

I heard him groan in protest and I had to hide my grin, aware of what he was about to say.

"It's your brother. He won't care if we're a little late. Come back to bed for awhile," he practically purred out. I bit my lip to contain my grin and finally looked at him.

I melted at the mouth watering sight before me.

Brandon was shirtless, most probably because I was wearing his shirt from the night before. The only clothing he was actually wearing was dark blue boxer shorts. He was leaning against the door frame, his shadowed blue eyes looking me over with hunger and desire. His sunkissed blond hair was mussed like mine, and hickeys littered his neck, causing me to blush.

"Go get ready," I told him softly but sternly, crossing my arms. It was hard for me not to giggle, though I knew I had to remain firm.

He gripped my hips gently, pulling me against him and brushing his lips against mine. "Five more minutes," he muttered.

I grinned, tilting my head back, resting my hands against his chest. "Corey!" I called out, my grin broadening. "Come handle your twin!"

Brandon groaned again, burying his face in my hair. I kissed hi shoulder, then pushed him away as Corey joined us. He raised his eyebrows and looked between his twin and I before laughing. I pouted, silently begging him to escort Brandon out of there so I could get ready.

"Usually I would support you," Corey said to his brother, an amused smile on his face. "But we really can't be late to her brother's engagement party. Let her get ready. Beside, you have to get ready too."'

"I'll remember this," Brandon grumbled. He pressed a kiss to my cheek then strolled out of my room, leaving Corey and I to laugh together. I shot him a thankful smile, then shooed him out of the room, locking the door behind him. If I didn't lock it, then Raven thought he was welcome inside whenever. I didn't exactly mind him barging in, but it wasn't always convenient.

As quick as I could manage, I shaved my legs, did my makeup, and wrestled my hair into an elegant but messy top knot. An hour had passed in the midst of me doing all that, and I dearly hoped the boys would be ready so I didn't have to harass them. I sighed in content as I slid on the smooth fabric of my dress. My dress of choice was form fitting and black. It was warm in Savannah currently, but the dress had long sleeves and the dress hit mid-thigh showing off my legs.

A knock resounded through the room as I finished smoothing down my dress. I smiled and opened it, pleased to see Marc standing there, looking absolutely dashing. His tie was loose and hanging around his neck; I had to resist the urge to tie it for him like I had when we were younger. His eyes ran over my body, causing my cheeks to heat up. He swooped down and stole a quick kiss then wrapped an arm around my waist, pulling me close.

"Ready to go?" He questioned, tucking a loose strand of hair behind my ear. My entire body thrummed, happy to be near him.

"Mhmmm," I hummed in response, smiling as he began to sway with me as if we were dancing. I giggled when he twirled me and pulled me back into him. He was going to get us in trouble if we continued.

"Marc!" Axel's voice drifted from down the stairs. "Stop distracting Sang! We have to go!"

"The boss has spoken," I whispered to Marc, then pulled away with a small peck to his lips.

I laughed as he called after me, "The only boss I listen to is you."

I skipped down the stairs, my heels in my hands. I avoided the living room, aware Raven would be in there and would want to man handle me. I smiled at the sight of Axel in the kitchen, frowning at something on his phone. I came up behind him and wound my arms around his waist, resting my cheek against his back.

"All good?" I questioned quietly, not wanting any of the others to overhear. Axel hated talking about his issues, and i was really one of the only people he talked to about his personal problems. Sometimes he would go to the boys, Marc in particular, but mostly it was me he came to.

His body relaxed into my touch and his hand came down to rest over my own. "I'm okay, dear. Don't worry."

He turned to face me and I smiled, adjusting his glasses for him slightly. His dark eyes, that were usually intense, softened and he ducked down, pressing a kiss to my forehead. I tilted my head up some, silently asking if he was really okay. He gave me a small nod in response, holding me close. The boys were really beginning to distract me from my task of being on time and we really could not be late.

"I'm going to go make sure Raven is ready to go. Can you check on the others for me?" I smiled softly at him. I was antsy to leave, to be on time for once, and I needed Axel's help to do it.

We shared conspiratorial looks and went our separate ways, determined to leave the house within the next ten minutes. I entered the living room hesitantly then grinned at the sight of Raven scowling as he tried to adjust his tie. I giggled then came up to him, dropping my shoes to fix his tie for him. His eyes flashed as he scanned over my body. I blushed and took a step back to make sure that he was looking alright.

He was looking more than alright.

"You look good, Bear," I complimented, my cheeks heating up some.

He grinned cheekily. "And you look amazing, Little One."

I knew I should have stopped him as he wound an arm around my waist and pulled me tightly against him, but I didn't. I allowed him to tilt his head down and press small kisses up the length of my neck, completely distracting me from the task at hand, which was getting to my brother's party on time. My head lulled to the side, and I grinned, gently gripping his biceps as I stood on tiptoe.

"Hey, babe," I whispered, sliding my hands up and burying my fingers in his hair. "Axel and Zain may kill you if you don't get your hands off me now."

I took a step back, Raven's grip momentarily tightening before releasing me entirely. I smoothed down my dress then settled on the couch, reaching down to grab my shoes and put them on, but before I could, Corey was kneeling before me, sliding the strappy heels onto my feet. He flashed me a heart breaking grin, and I thanked him by cupping his face and placing a kiss on his nose.

"How come you always do that to Corey, but no one else?" I heard Brandon from behind me. I tilted my head back, looking at him with a small smile.

"It's our thing," I explained. "Just like apparently our thing is you bothering me in the bathroom when I'm trying to get ready."

He shrugged, pretending to look innocent. We had established forever and a day ago that he was anything but innocent, but we were running late as always so I didn't feel like picking the argument only to have it carry on during the car ride. I sat up straight again and stood up, looking around to make sure I hadn't missed anything. It was always the last five minutes before we were going out the door that I got frazzled.

Hands rested on my shoulders, gently massaging, and I relaxed into his touch. Axel rested his chin on my head and mumbled, "Romeo is in his cage. Everyone is ready to go. For once, we're ready. Relax and let me handle it, okay?"

I leaned back into him, letting out a small sigh. "Okay," I said, smiling. "Come on, boys, let's go!"

With Marc's hand in mine, and Raven making comments about how good my ass looked, we headed out the door, my heart full of happiness and warmth.

I wasn't sure what felt better: being surrounded by those I loved or being on time for once.
