Natalie's POV.
theweeks later (Moving Day)-
"So this is it then huh Mom?" I said staring back at my old house. We had everything packed up and where getting ready to go to the airport.
"Yeah." She sighed. "I'm gonna miss this place."
"Me too Mom. Me too. I just can't believe that I didn't get to say goodbye to Emily! I told her to be here." I said, starting to cry.
"Aww Honey. It'll be ok. Call her when we land." My Mom said while hugging me.
All of a sudden I hear," WAIT NAT!!!!! DONT EAVE YET!!!!!!!!" I turned to see Emily running down the street. It looked like she was carrying 2 chains. When she reached me she said, "S-Sorry I'm late. I h-had to f-find these." She panted out of breath and handed me one of the chains.
It was half a heart and said, "Friends." I looked at the other necklace and it was the otherhalf of the heart and it said, "Best."
"Emily. I-I love it." I cried and hugged her. "I'll never take it off. Friends forever."
"I won't take mine off either. Best friends forever. Sister swear." She said through tears.
Then, we did our sister swear and at the end we hugged and said, "Sisters."
"Ill is you so much!" She said through tears.
"I'll call you when we land, I promise! I have to go now Emmy. I love ya sis." I said.
"I love ya too sis. Goodbye." She said.
We hugged one last time and I got into the truck. As we pulled away, I looked out the window one last time and waved goodbye to my now crying best friend. I absolutely hated leaving her.
I layed my head against the window and closed my eyes, thinking of all the times me and Em had together.
I also thought of how cool it would be if I met rockstars. Even better if my neighbors are RockStars!!!!
I was tired from crying, so for the 2 hour drive, I played my head down and fell asleep.
