Zane's POV
I woke up to warmth all round me. I tried to get up but I noticed that there were arms around me. I looked up to see Travis. I smiled a bit but remembered that we had school today. I started to shake him. And when that didn't work.
"WAKE UP SHITHEAD!" I yelled startling him making him sit up pulling me up with him.
"Ow.." I whined as the quick motion made me move on the couch causing my ass to start hurting.
"Sorry baby." He apologized as I got out of his grip and tried to stand.
It took a while but I eventually could walk. It wasn't that well but hey at least I could limp over to get dressed. I sighed as I was getting ready to walk out. Travis said he was going to skip school today and stay at the flower shop until I got back.
~At school~
Zane's POV
I walked into the O'Khasis high and I noticed that I started shaking. I tried to calm myself down but I also started to walk to the entrance. As I walked in my main bullied noticed and walked toward me.
"Hey nerd. What are you doing at such a good school you little emo shit?" He said.
I ignored him and limped over to my locker.
"Hey look the emo shit probably got hurt." They laughed.
They pushed me to the ground in which I handed in my ass and I winced at the pain. I slowly got up and he slapped my ass.
"Or maybe he slept with someone...ATTENTION EVERYONE he's not only emo but he's also gay!" He yelled as he pointed at me.
My face fell red because of embarrassment and I walked way.
~ Lunch Time ~
I walked into the cafeteria everyone poking and hitting me with their expressions. I felt tears go down my face.
"Why does everyone hate me?" I whispered to myself.
I walked toward my table and sat down when the bullies came.
They pulled me out of my seat and threw me on the ground.
"Fight fight fight fight!!" Everyone started to chant.
And by fight they meant beat the shit out of me.
And so they did. The started to kick me. When they stopped I got up. They punched me and I felt bruises form on my face. My cheeks and my good eye. Blood dropped from my broken lips and after another kick I started coughing. Blood was spat out of my mouth and I looked at the ground worried.
"I have feelings." I whispered as I felt tears pour down my face.
~ End of school ~
I walked out of school blood still leaving my lips and occasionally I would cough and some blood would get out. I thought about where to go. My home aka my flowers hop or...home.
A sharp pain agains my neck snapped me out of my thoughts as I realized it was my main bully chocking me.
"Let...let me go..." I tried.
He laughed as he let me go and punched my stomach.
I coughed some more before he left.
I got up and held onto the railing as I walked out of the school. I walked home and opened the flower shop door. I didn't open the flower shop today. I pushed my back against the wall and slid down. My knees against my chest and my head buried in my arms I started to sob. I cried my heart out.
"Z-Zane?" I heard my name.
I looked up to the point no one can see my face to find Travis in front of me. The lights were on and my brothers with their significant other were behind mine. I continued to sob as I jumped into Travis' arms. I started to scream.
"Why am I hated! Why was I born! Why can't I just die! No one would care....no one...would..care..."
Travis' hold on me tightened as I winced at the pain. I pulled away and we all walked into the back room. We sat on the couch and I kept my face buried in Travis' chest and he held onto me. I didn't want anyone to see my face. But then I'm pretty sure Garroth pulled Travis' arms away from my back and tried to get me to show my face. Travis soon grew worried and he tried to pulled my face from his chest. I pulled away a bit. I looked down not wanting to see them when Travis lifted my head.
His eyes widened and I felt tears leave my eye. My sight was blurry. Not from the tears but it was blurry either way.
"I-I..It's hard to see." I whispered.
I heard gasps leave the mouths of my brother as I saw Travis' eyes widen. I cupped Travis' face with my hands and I smiled.
"At least the last thing I got to see was your face.." I said as my tears continued to flow down my face.
"What happened?" Travis demanded.
I looked down again.
"Was it Ryan!" Garroth asked.
I nodded my head.
"They found out I was gay.. And they hit me...."
I said.
Travis' arms around me tightened and Kk the pain I felt was washed away and filled up with warmth.
"I love you Travis.." I said.
"I love you too Zane..." I heard when I saw black.
Travis' POV
I looked at the sleeping Zane and laid him on the couch.
"I'm not letting him go to school tomorrow. I'll stay to watch over him. Vylad can stay too." Garroth said.
"I'll stay." I demanded and I sat beside my boyfriend tending to his hatch wound and lifting his shirt to find more.
I growled looking at the bruises imprinted on his perfect skin.
~ Next day ~
Travis' POV
Zane woke up as his eye was looking a bit better from yesterday. His lips stopped bleeding after I cleaned it yesterday. The plan was Garroth and Vylad was going to the Zane's school to complain and change his school to Pheonix drop. I was going to take Zane to his personal doctor to check him up. And his eye too.
I was currently walking with Zane to his doctor as he held onto me tightly. I could feel his heart beat fasten sometimes as he would thing about something that would scare him but he would calm down after a few minutes. We soon got to the doctor.
"Hm..Zane's eye was damaged. He should be fine in a few weeks maybe a month or two. But during that time make sure he doesn't get anything in his eye and don't let bright lights hit his eye." The doctor said.
We gave him our thanks and we walked back to the flower shop. His brothers soon came back and gave Zane the good news. But then someone came into they flower shop.
"W-who is it?" Zane asked.
"Oh it's Ryan. Emo shit." He said.
I felt anger rush threw me as I threw a punch at his face. I could feel the horns on my head grow and my teeth sharpened. I was half demon warlock but I never unleashed it unless I was furious. Ryan looks absolutely scared and I got off him.
"Never speak to my boyfriend like that ever again. I better not see you do anything to him or find any bruises on him ever if you see him!" I yelled.
He nodded his head and left. I turned to Zane to find him shaking.
I walked toward him and put my hand him his arms.
"L-let me go? Who are you?" He asked.
I frowned.
"It's me Travis..I just haven't told you about my other half. I'm a demon warlock." I said expecting him to yell and freak out.
Instead he hugged me.
" I don't care if your dead! I'll still love you the same..." He said.
I smiled and kissed his forehead. He really loved me and I truly love him too. His brothers just watched happily.
I can't wait for him to get better and see him at school...
