barista!calum learning your order by heart because he had a crush on you and every time he saw you nearing the shop he’d make sure to start brewing your coffee so it was ready the minute you stepped in the store and at first you’d find it a bit creepy tbh but then your cup started coming with cute little notes like “you’re gonna do great today” and “i believe in you even when you might not believe in yourself”. you wouldn’t know it was calum who was doing it tho, as he made sure to keep it a secret. until one day where he was off work with a flu and your coffee wasn’t waiting as usual and you’d ask an employee about who was missing that day and when they told you, you couldn’t hide shy smile and a soft blush because truthfully you’d always had a bit of a thing for calum and knowing he’d been the one trying to make you smile every day made your heart flutter and your tummy tingle with happiness
