By the end of the week i was haiting this place, the memories were to much and i wasnt liking it. I kept bumping into Delia and we would stare at each other awkwardly, it didnt jelp she was my Maths teacher!
Yeah, they cant get a new one so for the last year she has stepped in cos they cant get a sub and considering she was a Mtahs teacher it makes sense, its torture to me though!
I walked in my building with Carrie and Delai and an elderly woman were getting in the lift and Carrie had already asked them to hold it before i could say anything. We got in and the doors shut "you need to cheer up!" Carrie said and i looked at her,
"what?" i asked and she nodded "you've been on a downer since Tuesday!" she said and i looked at her "im getting up at half- six in the morning i dont feel human so sorry for feelign in a downer!" i said as i leaned my head back against the wall,
"cheer up your mums comming with your dad in an hour!" she said and i looked at her horrified and shocked "what?" i asked sternly and she nodded "yeah they called, i answered and told them your adress!" she said and i looked at her,
"you told my parents, where i live?" i asked and she nodded slowly "do you realise the problem with this, me.. where i live... siad over an unprotected phone... to my parents!" i said and she looked at me "im sorry just spit it out!" she said and i glared at her,
"Carrie im a fucking FBI agent and yes i did just say that in a fucking elevator and yes i did just swear now you just gave my adress to my parents, granted nothing wrong with that but ti was said over an unprotectred phone and since i got here ther ehas been a black van folloing me, now do you see the fucking problem!" i yelled and she gulped,
"crap!" she said "crap indeed Carrie!" i said as i paced the elevator and Delia was looking at me worried and so was the elderly woman. My phone went and i groaned,
"what?" i yelled
"nice way to speak!" Cargil said and i clenched my fists and had a look of anger,
"Cargil this sint the time, so make this ver, very quick!" i said through gritted teeth,
"just wanted an update!" he said,
"i'll talk to you later!" i said and he sighed,
"fine!" he said,
"wait when's Lola getting here?" i asked "here we go!" Carrie said and i glared at her "what you have an obsession!" she said and i saw Delai look at the elderly lady who gave her a sympathy look, okay...
"it isnt an obsession!" i said to Carrie who looked at me "how many times have you phoend Cargil about this?" she asked and i shook my head "whatever... now whens my snuggle muffin gettin here?" i asked Cargil "there has to be law against saying that word!" Carrie said,
"Morris just brought her in your building he's on the ground floor!" he said,
"what really?" i asked,
"yes now goodbye!" he said and hung up.
I saw we were passing the eighth flloor "sorry ladies were taking a de-tour!" i said and stopped the elevator "what njo!" Carrie said and i nodded. I pressed ground floor and we went down and i could feel myself getting excited 2obsession!" Carrie said but i ignored her,
We got to the ground floor and the doors opened and i was thrown to the ground by Lola, my dog. She was a German Shepherd and hudge "Lola get off!" i said and she stpped back and i got up and i saw some relief on Delais face, okay...
As soon as i was standing Lola's front paws were at my waist and she was looking up at me "aww who's a good girl!" i said scratching under her chin and she wagged her tail "that dog needs control she tore my seats out!" Morris said and i looked at him,
"do you blame her, your seats itvch!" i said and Carrie nodded "sorry Morris but im with the kid!" Carrie said and i glared at her "just cos im a level under!" i said and she smirked. Carrie's level seven while im level six,
"whatever!" he said and left and the doors shut and Lola portectivly looked up at Delia and her mum. She stood alert and i sighed "word of warnign she will now sniff you endlessly!" i said to them as Lola starting sniffing every where,
"oh hello!" the elderly woman said as Lola's front paws went at waist height with her "Lola get down there safe!" i said and she looked at me "there safe!" i said and she got down but she was still alert "its what you get for taking a dog of the FBI!" Carrie said and is hook my head,
"shut up!" i said and Lola growled at her and Carrie glared at her "so your really an FBI agent?" the elderly lady asked and i remembered she was here and i said all that stuff "crumbs!" i said and Carrie smirked "good one!" she said and i punched her tit and yelped,
"yes, yes i am and you kinda cant tell anyone!" i said and she nodded "im Yvonne, Delia's mum!" she said and i shook her hand "Hayden Jones and this si Carrie my lovely besfriend, unfortunate for me!" i said and she laugehd lightly and shook Carrie's hand,
It was queit for the rest of the ride but me and Delia kept glancing at each other. They got of at fourteen and we continued up to my flat. We got in and Lola started sniffing round the place looking for anything,
When she lay on the sofa i knew it was safe "so whens my mum comming?" i asked slightly scared which made Lola sit up and look at me. I sat beside her and she lay her head on my knee as Carrie sat infront of me,
"ten minutes!" she said and i nodded "you staying or going?" i asked and she looked at me "i live here with you so im satying!" she said and i nodded. I got changed into some grey joggers and a baggy black t shirt and put some trainer socks on and went back through just as the door went,
Lola started barking and clawing at the floor "Lola, sit down and be calm!" i said as i walked over. She sat back a bit but was alert, i sighed and shook my head and i opened the door and my mum and dad were there,
"hey mum he- Lola get down!" i said as Lola started barking and acting crazy "Lola sit!" i said sternly and she instantly sat "go to bed!" i said and she stayed staring at my mum "go.to.bed!" i said and she walked of to my room,
"come on in!" i said and they walked in and Carrie was sitting on the couch, she looked up and smiled "hey people!" she said and my mum and dad sat on the couch opposite "hello!" my dad said and i smiled,
"this is my good friend Carrie, she's working with me and stuff!" i said and she nodded "im of to watch Netflix on your laptop!" she said as she ran away "leave my laptop alone it has work on it!" i said but she had alreayd shut my door and i shook my head.
"she seems nice!" my mum said and i nodded "before you start we just work together and this job cant really have me daitign!" i said and she nodded "fair enough!" she said and they sat back a bit looking more comfortable and relaxed,
"so hows work?" dad asked and i nodded "alright, got some leads on what im doing there but i keep bumping into Delia ad its annoying, it keeps brining up unwanted memories which is bringing up feelings blah blah blah!" i said and they nodded,
"what feelings?" my mum asked and i shrugged "the usual, first i said i wasnt gonna talk to her, i talked ot her and she made me happy and made me laugh then i say i'll avoid her, now i keep bumping into her everywhere and she's my maths teacher and every time i see her or lok at something it reminds me of her!" i said and they nodded,
"so how you feeling towards her at the moment?" my dad asked and i shrugged "i still love her, i thoght i was over her but im nto, crumbs!" i said as i burried my face in my cushion "Aww!" my dad said and gave me a hug "meanie!" i said as my mum laughed,
"its okay sweetie, she's not your teacher so maybe you should give it a go!" she said and i sat up "but its my job, i cant though you seen my medical history i cant put her through that amount of worry!" i said and they both frowned,
"see when i was in the army..." my dad started "i was in the army for two years before i met your mum. I liked her alot, i didnt know it was love at the time but my friends knew and they were eager for me to get with her more but because i wa sin the army and the thought of me dying one day made me say no until my friends held me at gun point,
I was still adimint on saying no so they gave up but it did make me think, i knew i liked the girl and i knew she liked me and i could be missing out, and anyway she liked me still even though i was in the army and i did ask your mum out and you and your ssiter came along and if i hadnt then you wouldnt be here so tyake the chance Hayden, there's something between you two we can all see it!" he said and i shrugged,
"i'll think about it!" i said and they both hugged me "guys!" i groaned and they laughed "we love you sweetie!" mum said and i sighed "crumbs!" i said and they laughed and let me go "so how long have you had Lola?" mum asked and i smiled,
"four years, she took a bullet for me and i stayed with her until she was better and she was let go as a dog for the FBI and was going to the pound so i took her in and she's been with me in all my missons and has saved my life afew times and vice versa!" i said and my mum smiled,
"and how about Carrie?" she asked and i nodded "i met Carrie and my other friend Mitch which reminds me i need to call him, anyway i met them when i first joined they were iin my group and we got on and have done since!" i said and she smiled,
"so your doing good?" dad asked and i nodded "doing good!" i said and they both smiled "good thats what we want to hear!"mum said and i smiled "how do you get tested for you job, it must be kinda hi-tec and all that?2 dad asked and i frowned "its hard to explain, someday i will show you all but its hard to explain and it is kinda hi-tec!" i said and they nodde,d
"well sorry sweetie but were gonna have to go, we couldnt stay long im afraid!" mum said and i nodded "its okay!" i said and they both smiled "now i want you to atleast talk to Delai and figure something out whether its friends or lovers talk to her!" she said and i nodded,
"okay mum!" i said and she smiled. I walked them to the door and hugged them bye "bye mum, bye dad!" i said and they smiled "see you soon sweetie, stay safe!" mum said and i nodded "you too!" i said and they left. I sat back opn the couch staring at the floor,
Maybe dad was right, mayybe i should talk to Delia i mean i still love her, thats evident by anyones standerds. I never thought i'd love Delia again but i am, i cant date her though i dont want to put her thorugh that worry,
But if i dont i'd be breaking my heart and that hurts more. Agh, why does life and love have to be so complicated why cant i be a wolf, they have set mates and its so much easier rather than being a human where you muck it all up and it gets all messy.
