Lyon POV
I watched Atami & Shawn (prefers to say his full name), in the training room, brawl it out. Atami had upper cut Shawn in the gut & sent him back a few meters, it didn't seem to have fazed him cause he came charging back & punched her in the face. I cringe at the feeling & look away, that was until I heard them laughing
"You cheating son of a bitch, you touched me before we started fighting, didn't you?" he shrugged his shoulders
"Maybe, maybe not." I look up & saw that she punched him in the shoulder before wrapping her arm around his neck, its been at least almost a week since the four siblings have arrived & they've actually helped me out of my personal bubble, from time to time I would talk but I talked mostly with the D. siblings
"So, what'd you think, chief?"
"Why do you call me chief, Atami?" she shrugged her shoulders
"Why not?" I roll my eyes at her, which she laughed at
"So what did you think chief? Who do you think is stronger, me or Atami?" I hum to myself
"Your both equally strong in your own way, but in all honesty, Atami would've easily won if you hadn't stolen her strength." I laugh to myself when I saw his mouth agape while Atami smirked at him
"Hah! Told you so!"
"He's just always on your side." she shrugged & walked off, I always marveled at their strength, agility & intelligence, it was always so amazing. I watched as Shawn pulled out one of his twin pistols & lined up his aim on the target, it happened so fast, once he pulled the trigger he only shot the middle... multiple times, with his eyes closed
"That's amazing... I wish I knew how to do that."
"Do you now?" I look up & see Shawn giving me one of his guns
"W-What? No no no no no no! I-I can't, I-I-I-I don't even know how t-to shoot!"
"Neither did he but look at him now, he's the best of the best now!" Atami yelled as she started punching a practice dummy, he handed me his gun & it felt really heavy
"Its really easy chief, first rule of the gun, it is not a toy, don't wave it around like your an idiot! Rule number two, take a deep breath before firing & know that its very loud its gonna leave your ears ringing."
"O-Okay..." I limply aimed the gun towards the target & pulled the trigger, & the result was me flying backwards
"Oh! That's gotta hurt..." I sat up & threw the gun towards Shawn before readjusting my sunglasses "Okay, maybe guns aren't your thing... how about, a slingshot?"
"Nah, I use to be good at archery. I'd practice with my uncle before..." it went silent after that, I saw something glow before something was handed to me, it was a bow & a few arrows "Where did those come from?"
"I also have to power to change things, now give it a shot!" Atami & I snorted "Oh, pun not intended." I take a arrow, line it up & took a deep breath before letting go. I closed my eyes when I felt it go through the target, I just had this sickening feeling I mis--
"Holy shit! Your a natural chief!"
"Huh?" I slowly open my eyes & the arrow I shot went right through the middle into the ground "I-I didn't know I was that good..."
"Good? That wasn't good! That was amazing!"
"Fantastic! I have never seen such a good shot before! Other then myself of course." he was shoved to the side by Atami
"Enough with the gloating, how come you never told us you were good at this?"
"No one asked?" they both gave me a look
"Sassy, I like it! Shaw! Teach him more on archery!" he rolled his eyes as she walked out of the room, he then looked at me as a smirk crawled onto his face
"I, have an idea, my little brother."
Third Person POV
Alex & Kizu were playing strip poker with Marco & Thatch & the two siblings were currently winning, well, all Alex had lost was his jacket, Kizu lost her shirt, jacket & shoes while the other two were almost completely bare. Alex was just about to win while suddenly Silver & Opal had jumped onto the table & the cards scattered everywhere
"NO!! I was so close!" he groaned & threw the cards in the air, Kizu rolled her eyes & put her clothes back on while the other two hurriedly did
"So, who won?" came a voice, it belonged to Atami
"No one, your stupid cat ruined the came." everyone backed away while the atmosphere grew colder, the calm ocean seem to have turned into rapids while storm clouds appeared out of nowhere
"What did you call her?"
"A stupid cat."
"Well, I think that your companion is a mangy mutt!" they butt heads again & growl at each other until an arrow was shot through Atami's head & the sharp blade just stabbed his forehead
"What the...?" she turned around & saw both Shaw & Leo sitting on the crows nest with a bow & arrows
"This is not what I meant by teaching him archery, I am not your fucking target!!" she yelled, they both laughed & soon Atami joined them
"Your teaching him how to use bows & arrows?!" Marco yelled
"Yeah, what's so wrong with that?" she bluntly asked as she ripped the arrows out of her head
"He's a child!"
"So what? Shaw taught himself how to use guns when he was 8, remember? Whats the matter with bows & arrows anyways? Besides, he's a natural."
"They're dangerous-yoi. He could get himself hurt!"
"& he's only a child, remember, a child!"
"Well stop treating him like one!" they all give her a look "Sure he's half our size & age but if you continue to treat him like this, he's not gonna learn anything for himself!"
"I hate it when she's right but, she's right." Alex agreed while Kizu nodded
"For a 7 year old, he's pretty much mature like he's in his late teens or something." Shaw & Leo were coming down when they heard the arguing over Leo
"Hey hey, what's with all the commotion?" Shaw asked
"We're arguing over how soft they're treating Leo!" Kizu said
"… me…?"
"Yes you darling, who else?" he sniffed
"Are you guys… worrying over me…?" the four siblings look at each before kneeling down at him
"Of course we are, we're your older siblings after all!" Shaw said
"Yeah! & if anyone messes with you, we're gonna destroy them!" Atami added
"Definitely, no one messes with a D." Alex added on
"A… D?" they nodded
"Well yeah, Portgas D. Greed D. Knight D. & Clarity D! Your one of us, Stoneheart D. Lyon!" he started tearing up after Kizu said that "We're basically family."
"& family stick together!" they said together, he sniffed but then gasped when he felt all four of them hug him, he grits his teeth before hugging them back
"Man… they do a better job then us." Thatch said, Marco nodded
"Sadly, yes. What'd we do when they leave-yoi?"
"We take their advice, its about time we stop treating him like a child & like… a pirate!"

"See! I told you it'd go well Death!" he cheered after smacking her arm & watching the elder four hug the young boy
"They're going to kill him, I bet!"
"Oh stop being such a sourpuss!" she rolled her eyes & looked down back at them again, suddenly a small smile cracked onto her face "I saw that."
