First of all, I need to say thank you. Words can't even express how grateful I am for all the times you're there for me. I would have said "for all the times you've been there", but that makes it seem like it's in the past and that just doesn't work for me because you're always there and I know that you'll continue to be there. Thank you so, so much. I owe you everything. You've helped me in ways that no one else has or even could. And of course I have to give you the millionth reminder that I'm here for you as well. Always. Secondly, I don't say this often, so I'll probably never live it down: I love you. Seriously, you're such an incredible friend. You're one of the best friends I've ever had. Honestly, I've never met anyone like you. You always come around with your lame humor just when I need it. Most of the time, you're the reason I can have a smile on my face despite all the shit I'm going through. You make me forget that I was even upset. I'm not used to people caring about me to the extent that you do. You make me want to be a better, happier person. I don't know what I'd do without you, sir. You walked into my life and changed things up. You made a difference, and I can never repay you for that. I probably wouldn't have made it through my problems in tact if you weren't here. You're the one person that I can really talk to, and that means so much to me. You're more of a friend to me than the people I see everyday at school, and that's an odd thing to wrap my head around. How can someone who lives 9 hours away mean more to me than the people I see everyday? I wish we lived a lot closer because it sucks being separated from a best friend.
