The monster within waits dormant and out of sight,
Waiting for his chance to strike.
Even while it pretends to be a normal man,
It watches and stalks his prey,
Waiting for its chance to play.
Even though i try with all my might,
To fight the night,
It is within and flees befor the battle truly begins,
Waiting for its chance to break free,
To bring forth its pain and misery.
Help me please i want to be set free,
From this monster eating away at me.
It is winning the fight encruting me with the night,
I cannot resist its might,
Dear god send me a light.
Please set me free before it devours me,
And i cease to be,
For that is the fate that awaits me.
If not set free from my missery,
Please save my sanity.
