REALITY
jamie stood in front of the fountain impatiently, adrenaline pulsing through her. she was about to meet grace vanderwaal. the grace vanderwaal.
"jamie!" a voice called out. jamie spun around and saw grace standing in the tunnel, where blair and chuck got married in gossip girl. a huge smile blossomed onto jamie's face, and she ran as fast as she could to her friend; grace doing the exact same. all the anxiety built up inside jamie immediately melted, and she was numb with excitement. she hit grace with such force that the two fell to the pavement, still engulfed in each other's arms.
"grace!" jamie exclaimed happily, feeling tears of joy brim her eyes. they held each other tighter, and heard cameras clicking around them. but they didn't care whatsoever. all that mattered was that they were real. jamie was real. grace was real. their friendship was real.
