Kiyoko's p.o.v
I groan sitting up rubbing my left eye, trying to get used to the bright sunlight coming through my bedroom windows.
Suddenly I'm pulled down by a strong force. I look to my left and see Utas calm face.
"Good morning to you too" I say. I try to get up once more but he doesn't let me.
I frown and sigh.
"Uta, I have to take care of some business soon, let me get up."
He sits up and opens his eyes looking at me for a second before getting up and going to the bathroom. I also get up and go to my wardrobe to pick out my outfit of the day.
I picked out black high waisted skirt with black thigh highs and a navy green crop top.
Soon Uta came out of the bathroom and left the room. I go inside the bathroom and get dressed also applying a bit of makeup and putting my long hair in two french braids. After satisfied with my look, I go to the kitchen to see Uta digging in my jar of eyes. I walk past him grabbing a few eyeballs and plop myself on the couch. I grab the remote and turn in the television popping a few eyes into my mouth.
"-Late this night was found a dead female ghoul and a seriously injured young man who was immediately rushed into the hospital.
'He survived that!?'
"-In other news, 48 humans and counting were found dead over the night in the 4th ward. After an investigation it has been confirmed that the ghoul known as Cheshire Cat has done this. CCG is doing a deeper investigation to locate this-"
I turned the tv off and put my head in my hands trying my best to not let the tears flow.
"Kiy-"
"Rizes dead, and it's all my damn fault! I did nothing to stop that person! I just stood there like a loser instead of saving the only person who treated me like family!" I shouted still head in my hands.
Soon I felt Utas hand rubbing my back soothingly. I look up at him to find him looking into my eyes.
"It's not your fault and if she was here, she'd say the same" he says softly.
I don't say anything and stand up going into the kitchen to make me a to go coffee. After its done I put on my shoes and grab my jean jacket along with a black beanie.
"Uta I gotta go to work I'll be back later this afternoon, make yourself at home if you'd like?" I say grabbing the door knob.
"Actually I want to take you somewhere when you get back if that's alright?" He asks.
"Sure I'd love that Uta" I say turning my head a bit to give him a small smile. I walk out the apartment and begin my way to my 'job'.

I walk inside the doors of the large abandoned building and make my way to Hirodashi.
On the way I was greeted by my many colleagues until I got to a giant wooden door.
I knocked three times and waited.
The door then opened and sitting in a large throne like seat was a man with purple hair and red eyes looking at me.
I walked into the dimly lit room.
"Hey Hirodashi~" I said
He lifted his head and looked down on me.
"Kiyoko, where've you been? You've been gone since the last mission." He gave me a stern look.
"And I'm really sorry, a really good friend of mine recently died." I frowned and looked away from us gaze.
"Who? If you don't mind me asking" he asked
"The 20th wards binge eater, Rize Kamishiro"
"Hm, that's unusual"
I nodded.
"For your unexpected absence, you will complete a mission for me" Hirodashi spoke.
I mentally sighed but nodded again.
"It quite easy actually. I just need you to collect as much information about a group called Aogiri Tree, understood Kiyoko?" He asked.
"Yes sir" I said looking into his blood red hues.
"Good gather your team, your mission begins now"
I walked out the room and the doors slammed behind me. I sighed and contacted my team.
I walked into the locker rooms and they were sitting there waiting.
"Good to see you again captain" Isumi said.
I nodded my head acknowledging her.
"So what's the deal this time?" Tomi said monotonously.
"We are to go and find as much information as we can on a ghoul organization" I said plainly.
"Ouuu~ what are they called?" Minato asks.
"They call themselves aogiri tree"
"Okay enough chitchat get your shit and let's move out" I snapped.
"Yes ma'am!"

I was now sitting on top of a tall building discussing the plan with my team.
"Minato, 11th ward" he nodded
"Isumi, 10th ward"
"Rodger that!"
"Tomi 17th ward"
"I'm going to stay in the 4th ward. I have a friend who might be able to help me. Be back here in 3 hours" I said.
They all nodded.
I dismissed them and watched them leave until thy were out of my sight.
I sighed and got of the building beginning my walk to the Helter Skelter bar.
I walked in the bar to see my old friend Itori. Once she looked up her eyes widened and the glass she was holding dropped.
"Ki....Kiyoko??"
"What the hell?! You've been missing since-" she stopped talking.
"What? What is it?" I asked, but then I felt a presence behind me.
"Oh, I didn't expect to meet you here Kiyoko" I heard a familiar voice behind me
I turned around to see Uta once more
"Yea...I'm here on business I guess" I said
We both sat down in front of a very confused and shocked Itori.
"I-I...what the hell is going on??" She asked.
After me and Uta explained everything she poured us both a drink and sat down with us.
"So, I know why Uta's here but why are you here Kiyoko? If you don't mind me asking of course" She giggled and winked at me. I gave her a small but noticeable smile.
"Like I said earlier, i'm here on business. I came to ask you some questions" I turned to her and looked at her seriously.
"Oh, well ask away then! I don't mind" She said
"Alright can you tell all you know about a ghoul organization called Aogiri Tree?" I asked her. She looked to be in deep thought for a second before answering.
"Yes I can. Aogiri Tree is a group who goes on missions to fight the CCG, kind of like your organization."
I nod as she talks
"Their leader is the one-eyed owl and their direct subordinates are Ayato Kirishima, the blood brothers, Noro, Tatara, Naki, and Jason."
I nod and mentally take notes.
"What's the point of the group? Where are they located?"
"Jeez let me get there alright" she giggled
"They are located in the 11th ward. I believe there purpose is the same as your group, to help save captured ghouls and to eliminate the CCG. But there way more hatful and violent."
"Alright" I said taking in all the information. I looked at the time to see about 3 hours have passed and it's already 3pm.
"I'm sorry but I must get going. Thank you Itori, I can always count on you." I stood up and took out my wallet taking out 20 dollars
"Oh you don't have t-"
I shut the door before she could finish and began the walk to my team.
I finally reached the top of the building and saw my team waiting.
"Well, anything?" I asked them.
They all stayed silent till Tomi spoke in a quiet but stern voice.
"I found out how to join the organization captain. I'm sorry but that's all I could find" she said
I nodded at her to continue.
"You have to go to there base and tell them you want to join and they'll ask you a series of questions. Then they will tell you to fight 2 SS rated ghouls known as the blood brothers. If you win your in." She finishes
'I have found some really interesting information today haven't I?' I say to myself.
"Good work Tomi." I paused
"As for the others" I can see them tense, "Good job for trying. You all are dismissed"
They all smiled except for Tomi and took their leave.
I made my way back to base to give Hirodashi the report.
