Later Liam and I were called to the sheriff station. We stood in the sheriff's office with Sheriff, Lydia, Scott, Malia and Quinn.
Sheriff dropped a file on the desk, "I'm not letting them out. We've got two bodies, covered in slash marks. They confessed to killing two people."
"Hunters." Scott said.
"People, Scott." He said. "Self defense or not. They're still here, the other guys are dead. And there's a proccess I have to follow."
I tensed at the word "dead," I don't like the word considering Brett and Lori.
"I'm gonna step out." I whispered to Liam, squeezing his arm.
I walked out, shutting the door behind me. I looked over at Parrish.
"You okay?"
"Could say that." I said, giving a shrug.
That's when Theo walked over.
"Blaire." He smiled.
"Hey." I smiled and hugged him tight. "How have you been?"
"The usual." He said as we pulled away.
I smiled at him, "I'm glad you're back."
"Sign this and you're free to go." Parrish said.
Theo stepped over and grabbed the pen. He leaned down to sign it but stopped.
"Do you hear that?" He asked.
I looked at him, "Hear what?"
"You don't hear that, not even with your powers?" He asked.
"About that..." I trailed. "I'll fill you in later."
"Are you okay?" He asked.
"I'm fine." I smiled.
Suddenly there was a burst of light from outside. I covered my eyes as Theo pushed me behind him.
"The hunters." I said.
"Get away from the windows. Put those guns away." Sheriff said, walking out of this office.
"I'm guessing you know who's out there." Parrish said.
"I got a pretty good idea."
"They'll be armed to the teeth."
"Which is why I won't be." Sheriff said.
"You're joking." I said.
"Blaire." Theo said. "Calm down."
I threw him a dirty look.
"I'm going with you." Parrish said.
"No, you're gonna get some deputies, check the exits and hope we're not completely surrounded. And keep an eye out. Let's make sure we're all on the same side here." Stilinski said.
He walked over to the door, putting his hand up as he pushed it open. He walked out, putting both hands on the air.
"I really don't have a good feeling about this." I said.
"Blaire, we're gonna be fine."
"I'm gonna be sick." I said and ran into the bathroom.
I threw up into the toilet as Theo ran in after me. He pulled my hair back.
"What the hell is wrong with you?" He asked as I flushed the toilet, wiping my mouth with a paper towel.
"Theo." I said.
"What!?"
"I'm pregnant."
He let go of my hair as I leaned down to the facet. I rinsed my mouth out with water.
"You're pregnant?" He asked.
I nodded.
"Blaire, Theo." Liam ran in. "We're doing this."
"Doing what?" I asked.
"Leaving here."
"Blaire is not going." Theo said. "She's pregnant!"
"I'm okay to fight." I said.
"You told him but won't tell our parents?" Liam askd.
"Shut up." I snapped.
"Let's go." Theo said.
We walked out as Scott came in with the two beta's from Satomi's pack.
We walked into the front of the station, by the door. Theo looked at me.
"Blaire, I don't think you should do this." He said.
"Theo, I'm glad you care." I smiled. "But kindly shut the fuck up, please."
He grabbed my hand, "Be careful."
I looked down at our hands, then up at him. Our eyes met as I got a weird feeling.
"I will." I said.
"You guys ready?" Scott asked.
Lydia nodded, Malia growled, Liam showed his claws, then they all glanced at Theo. He rolled his eyes, then showed his claws.
"You sure?" Scott asked me.
I shined my eyes as my transparent wing showed. Scott was just about to run out as Sheriff Stilinski stopped us.
"Nobody's going anywhere." He said.
We all turned.
"I can get through them." Lydia said.
"We're not gonna fire the first shot." He replied. "Now get back from the door, all of you. Parrish, get these two back in their cell."
Parrish grabbed the two from Satomi's pack as Scott walked over to Stilinski.
"What happened?"
"She gave us until Midnight." He said.
Everyone began boarding the windows and doors as Theo pulled me into the office.
"What?" I asked.
"Sit, please." He said and pointed to the couch. I did so.
"Now what?" I asked.
"Stay." He said and went to walk out. That's when all the power cut out.
"I'm not staying in here by myself." I said.
Theo looked at me as I stood back up and walked over to him.
"You don't have to protect me." I said.
"I want to keep you safe." He said. "I want to keep this baby safe."
"Why would you care?" I asked. "It's not your baby."
"Maybe not, but it's Brett's. I didn't know him all that well, but I care about you Blaire." He said. "And so did Brett. You and this baby are my top prioity right now."
"Why?" I asked.
"They just are." He said.
"How easy is it to cut the power in a sheriff station?" I heard Malia asked.
"Too easy!" Someone yelled as I saw Nolan slide across the floor.
I walked out and looked down at him.
"Look who's here." I smiled down at him.
"Throw him out." Liam said.
"No. Y-Y-You can't. Okay? Please don't. She'll know I screwed up." He said.
"He's with them." Liam said.
"Liam."
"He's right." I said and tried to go for him.
"Blaire." Theo stopped me.
"Sheriff?" Parrish asked.
"He's a liar and he's sick in the head." Liam said.
"He deserves to get the crap beat out of him." I said.
"Blaire!" Theo said.
"He beat Liam, then held me against a chalk board as his friend took a turn with Liam." I said.
Theo looked into my eyes, then down at Nolan.
"And now he's under arrest. Lock him up." Sheriff said.
Parrish grabbed him as I watched. I pushed past Theo as I followed Parrish.
"Blaire!" Theo said.
I waved him off with my hand.
Parrish chained him to a bench as I crossed my arms. Parrish walked out. Nolan pulled on the hand cuffs and looked up at me.
"Listen here you little shit." I said and leaned down, placing my hands on his knees. "You're lucky you've got the sheriff here, becuase in all honesty I'd have already ripped your throat out."
Nolan looked between my eyes.
"You don't scare me." He said.
I smirked as I showed my angel eyes.
He swallowed as he scooted back.
"Have fun." I smiled.
I walked out, but didn't see Liam or Theo.
"Where's my brother?" I asked Quinn.
She pointed to the bathroom as I walked down the hall.
"By the way, I'm still working on my anger." Liam said as he walked out.
I looked at him and he put his hand on my shoulder, he squeezed slitly and walked away. I furrowed my eyebrows together and walked into the bathroom. I saw Theo laying on the floor.
"He punched you." I said.
"Yep."
I held my hand out to help him up. He grabbed it and I pulled him to his feet.
"Did you trash talk Brett and Lori's death?" I asked.
He nodded. I punched his face as he fell back again.
"God damn." He said.
I walked out as I examined my red knuckle. I walked out into the room just as something rolled across the floor, right in front of my feet.
"Everyone, get down!" Parrish.
"Blaire!" Someone yelled as they pulled me back, sheilding me from the blast.
I looked up and saw Theo.
"You've got a good arm on you." He smiled.
I smiled back as he pulled himself away from me. We both tried to fan the smoke away.
"You okay Blaire?" Malia askd.
"Yeah." I said as I glanced at Theo.
"A distraction." Scott said.
"They said Midnight!" Sheriff ylld.
"The grenade came from in here." Parrish stopped him. "It was one of us."
"It almost blew Blaire to pieces." Theo said.
Liam ran out as he held onto Nolan. We all looked over.
"Wolfs bane." He said, holding a tiny container with a purple liquid. "He was trying to kill them."
I looked Nolan in the eyes as his fear level rose.
"Scott there something else you need to see." Liam said.
They went back to the cell as Parrish and a deputy went into another room with Nolan. I stood with Theo and Quinn when arrow shot through the window. We all ducked our heads.
"What the hell." I said and walked over to it. I pulled it out of the wall as Malia, my brother and Scott walkd ovr.
There was somthing on it. I pulled it off and unfolded it.
"Oh my god." I said.
"What?" Malia asked.
"That's Brett's number."
"They're trying to rattle us." Lydia said.
"It's working." Theo said.
Everyone looked to me and Liam. I tear slid down my face as Liam showed his beta eyes.
I pushed my way past everyone into the office, my brother and Theo following. I sat down on the couch as I leaned my elbows on my knees. I stared at the piece of cloth that was once Brett's.
"Blaire." Liam said.
"Out of all things they choose Brett to torture us with." I said.
"They're just trying to make you mad." He said and sat next to me. "They want us to march out there and fight."
"I don't want to fight." I cried.
"None of us do."
"I want to die." I said.
"Blaire, don't say that."
"Its true Liam." I cried. "I don't get why you guys die and I don't. I don't want to be an angel anymore. I want to be a human being, who dies."
"Blaire, do you realize that your brother would be dead right now if you were a human. I'd probably be dead too." Theo said.
"I just want to be with Brett again."
"Liam." Scott stuck his head in.
"I'll be back." Liam told me.
I looked at Theo.
"Theo, we need you too." Scott said.
"Go." I said. "I'll be fine."
Theo squated down, placing his hand on my knee.
"Take some deep breaths, I'll be back."
I nodded. He got up and walked out, along with Scott and Liam. Theo closed the door behind them. I looked down at Brett's number and ran my hand over the top of it.
I closed my eyes, "God I miss you."
I wiped my face and got up, walking out. I walked over next to Quinn.
"What's happening?" I asked.
"Two deputies killed themselves, they brought the bodies out there to pose as the two killer betas." She explained.
"And Nolan?"
"In the cell."
"I'll be right back." I said and walked to the back where the cell was. I walked in and saw him holding onto the bars.
"You're back." He said.
"That I am." I said. "Tell me Nolan, what makes you so afraid of them?"
He stayed silent.
"Is it the claws and the fangs? Is it because they heal faster? Or maybe the glowing eyes. Or maybe, Monroe and your little buddy are making you afraid." I said.
"You guys are mosters."
"Werewolves, Banshees, coyotes and Hellhounds can be monsters, but my friends are no mosters."
"What are you?" He askd.
"I am an angel." I said and stepped closer, placing my hands on his so he couldn't move.
"I don't believe you."
I flashed my eyes as I let my wings and halo glow.
"H-How?" He asked.
I shrugged, "Beats me, but I do have one more quesetion."
"What?"
"Would you hurt anyone that's pregnant?"
He looked between my eyes, "You can't die anyway. If you want me to talk to them for you I can."
"No, that's not what this is about." I said. "You know those two silblings, Brett and Lori, that Gerard and Monroe killed?"
He nodded.
"Brett was the father of said baby." I told him.
His eyes wideneed.
"Exactly." I smiled. "We'll talk soon."
I walked out, into the main part of the station.
"What's going on?" I asked Liam.
"They're still out there." He said. "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine."
That's when they walked back in, Agent McCall alongside them.
"Oh my god." I said.
"We made a deal." Scott said.
"And that is?" Liam asked.
"We leave town." He said. "And they don't follow."
"Scott are you sure about this?" Lydia asked.
"I'm not." LIam said. "This deal sucks."
"Yeah but it's the only one on the table." Scott's dad said. "In a situation like this, the best solution is always to de- escalate. That's why you called me, isn't it?"
"To be honest, I didn't think anyone was gonna show up." Sheriff said.
Theo looked at me, my eyes met his.
"And if we can't leave town?" I asked.
"You're gonna need to find a way."
"Okay." Scott said.
We all looked at him.
"We'll go." He said.
Parrish and Sheriff pushed open the doors as we all walked out. The hunters watched. Nolan gave me a glance as he ran back over to his friend.
Angent McCall took custody of the two from Satomi's pack. I pulled on my sleeves, becuase of the slight cold breezee. I exhaled as I saw my breath.
Theo placed his arm around me, pulling me closer to his body. My eyes traveled up to his. He looked over his shoulder at my brother. Liam nodded and Theo looked back at me.
Monroe looked at us, then we all split. Theo walked Liam and I to my car.
"You guys gonna be okay?" He asked.
"Are you?" I asked.
"I'll be fine."
"Do you have a place to stay tonight?"
"I'll figure something else." He said.
I glanced over at Liam.
"Do you want to stay with us?" He asked.
"Are you really okay with that?" Theo asked.
"I see no problem giving back to the person who saved my life tonight." I smiled.
"I'll follow behind you guys."
Theo pulled away from me, walking over to his truck as Liam and I climbed into my car. I started it up and looked at Liam.
"Maybe I'm out of line with saying this, but you guys definetly like each other."
"I would never be able to be with anyone after what happened with Brett." I said.
"I'm sure Brett would want you to love again Blaire."
"Until he tells me that himself, I'm not going to."
I pulled out of the parking lot as I saw Nolan out of the rearview mirror. He gave a wave to me.
"Why did he do that?" Liam asked me.
"Because I gave him advice." I said.
"On killing us?"
I shook my head, "On why he shouldn't be afriad. Why we were out of wack that night at the intersction."
"You told him about Brett?"
I nodded and pulled out onto the main road.
"Where are you planning on taking me?" He asked. "Princeton?"
"I don't want Princeton anymore." I shook my head.
"Then what do you want?"
"I want Texas." I smiled at him.

When we got to the house, I pulled into the ditch. Theo did the same and we walked up to the house. The lights were on inside, both of my parents cars were outside.
"You going to tell them tonight?" Liam asked.
"I have to." I said. "Because I'm keeping this baby."
"Really?" Theo smiled.
"Really." I said and ran to the front door, pushing it open.
"Blaire, Liam thank god. We were starting to get worried." My mom said.
"Mom." I smiled and grabbed her hands. "I have something to tell you."
"Yes?"
I looked between her and my step father.
"I'm pregnant."
They shared a look, "Really?" My mother asked.
I bit my lip as I nodded.
"I'm gonna be a grandma?" She asked, a smile plastered on her face.
"You're gonna be a grandma." I said.
"Oh honey." She hugged me. "We are gonna help you raise this baby and I want you to come to us anytime you need help. Being an only parent will be hard, but we're always here."
We pulled away and my step dad hugged me.
"I know Brett would have been so happy." He said.
"He is, I can feel it." I said.
We pulled away.
"Oh my gosh, we were caught up with the news we forgot to ask. Who are you honey?" My mom asked Theo.
"This is Theo, he needs a place to stay tonight. And he's been such a great friend I told him h could stay here."
"Anytime." My mom said.
"Come on." I said. "We can get you some clothes upstairs."
Liam went up the stairs first, Theo and I followed.
"You can borrow whatever." Liam told Theo as we walked in.
"I just sleep in shorts." He replied.
Liam grabbed a pair and threw it to him.
"Thanks." He said and walked into the bathroom.
"Is he sleeping with me?" Liam asked.
"There's an air matress in the closet hall." I told him. "And he can sleep in my room if you don't want him in here."
"I was just gonna stay up and pack some stuff." He said.
"I've got all my clothes packed and we'll both be driving in the morning."
"Driving where?" My mom asked.
"Liam and I need to leave town." I said.
"Well you have to go to Princeton, but why does Liam need to leave?"
"Because, Beacon Hills isn't a safe town. And I'm not going to Princeton, I'm going to Texas." I said
"Texas? But Princeton was your dream."
"My views have changed." I said.
"Where are you gonna be staying in Texas."
"I have family there, they said we could all stay there until we have our own place." Theo said.
I looked over my shoulder at him, then back at my mom.
"Beacon Hills isn't a safe place for us anymore. For Liam." I said. "And this could be a good thing."
"I'm not sure why you would pick Texas over a scholarship you've been working towards since you were in fifth grade."
"Mom, I witnessed Brett and Lori's death. Seeing that typ of thing cahnges you. Brett always hated the thought of me leaving him. But he knew it was best to get the Hell out of Beacon HIlls. Things happen in this town everyday that have no explination. Tomorrow, we're leaving for Texas. Nothing you say will change that."
She nodded, "I'll talk to your step father, but you guys come back if anything goes wrong."
I nodded. She walked out and i turned to my brothr and Tho.
"Let's get the air matress set up in my room." I said. "And then you can get to packing."

After we blew up the air matress we got Theo some blankets and pillows. I sat in my bed, the covers over my legs. Theo was washing his face.
"Were you serious about the family?" I asked Theo.
"Kind of." Hee said.
"Kind of?" I asked.
"We have a house down there." He said.
"A house no one lives in?"
"Exactly." He said. "We used to live there and didn't want to sell it."
"So your parnts are cool with us staying there?"
He wiped his face dry, "yeah."
He turned of the light in my bathroom and walkd out. He sat in front of me on the bed.
"I'm glad you're safe." He said and grabbed my hand.
"Why have you been so worried about me today?"
"Because since I met you I've seen how caring and protective you can be." He said. "And when I heard Brett died, I knew you would be broken. I saw you at the station and you held yourself together so well. I've always cared about you Blaire. You could even say love. When you told me you were preegnant, I knew I had to step up and protect you like Brett would."
"So you've been so worrid, becuase you love me?" I askeed.
"For short, yes."
I smiled at him.
"Goodnight Blaire." He said.
"Goodnight Theo."
He looked into my eyes and started leaning in, I did slightly too but stopped myself.
"I'm sorry." I siad. "i can't."
Theo pulled back.
"I feel like I'm doing Brett dirty." I said.
"I understand." He said. He stood, thn laned down and kissed my forehead.
He shut off the oveerhead light and climbed into bed. I turned off the lamp and laid down. I shut my eyes and slowly drifted to sleep.
