going out
Lucas decided that we should all go out to eat or something. He was pretty skeptical about me going though.
"Lucas. I am fine. My doctor said if I want to go out, I can. Now stop worrying." I said to him and he continued to stare at me
"Can you just believe me?" I asked him and he hesitantly nodded "Now get out of my room" I smiled and pushed him lightly out of my room
I got dressed and met Riley and Lucas downstairs.
"I'm ready. Mom! I'll be right back!" I yelled to her
"Okay, sweetie. You guys be safe!" She yelled back and we left.
Lucas stopped somewhere before we went to our desired destination. I noticed a guy walking out with three other people. I stare down at my phone.
"Hey guys. This is my girlfriend, Maya. Maya, this is Isadora. Zay. And Riley's boyfriend, Farkle" He said pointing to them
"I've heard so much about you. You are pretty" Isadora said talking from outside of the car
"Yeah. That's great now get in the car" Riley said from the passenger seat and I snickered.
They got into the car and Lucas drove us to In N Out. They all got out of the car and I sat in the car and Lucas came around where I was.
"What's wrong?" He asked me, placing his hand on mine
"I just need to take my time." I explained and he looked directly into my eyes "I'm okay." I reassure him and he pecks my lips
"I love you" He said quickly
"Love you too" I answered as I finally got out of the car. I got to know Farkle, Isadora and Zay a little better.
"So, you had to carry around an oxygen tank?" Zay asked and I nodded placing a french fry into my mouth
"I hope you are doing better now" Farkle says with a small smile.
"I kinda am. Not having to carry around that tank anymore." I explained and looked at my phone. I turned to Lucas and whispered to him, "I need to get home to take my medicine."
"Um, well okay guys. Maya has to get home. I'll take her home and I'll be right back"
We all said our goodbyes and Lucas took me home. We were in the car and I leaned over and kissed him.
"Love you bunches" I say before I got out of the car and into the house. My mom came and handed me the different medicines I had to take. I swallowed them with water, one by one.
"Thanks mom."
