My parents allowed Lucas to stay in the room with me for a while.
"How are you feeling?" He asked me holding unto one of my hands
I nod my head yes and my eyes began to shut.
"Are you tired?" He asked
I nod again and he kissed my forehead. "Good night" He whispered, I sighed and drifted off to sleep.

It's been two weeks and now I can finally go home. I feel amazing knowing that I have good lungs. It sucks because I have to take medicine everyday for the rest of my life.
"Are you ready, baby girl?" My mother asked standing at the door holding it open for me
"Yep. I'm ready" I nodded taking my time walking out of the door
Once we got home, my mom helped me to the couch.
"I don't wanna go upstairs yet. I've been in bed for too long. I wanna stay down here and watch t.v" I told her and she nodded
"I'll start dinner" She said walking over too the kitchen. I reached over and grabbed the remote. My phone went off.
Huckleberry : You home now?
BlondeBeauty : Yeah. I'm glad.
Huckleberry : I want you to meet someone. She was Kaelynn's friend.
BlondeBeauty : Oh, what's her name?
Huckleberry : Riley.
BlondeBeauty : I knew a Riley. We grew up together and had to move away when I found out I was sick.
Huckleberry : Should I come now?
BlondeBeauty : Please come now.
Huckleberry : Okay, I'm omw.
"Mom!" I yelled
"Yeah sweetie?" She called back
"Lucas and a friend is coming over.. is that okay?" I asked her
"Of course. Now stop yelling" She said and I chuckled. A few minutes later, there was a knock on the door
"I can get it, mom!" I said and she watched me walk to the door. I opened it and Lucas was at the door. My mom headed back into the kitchen and I hugged Lucas.
"Hey" I kissed his lips. He moved out of the way and I saw her.
"Maya? Maya Hart?" She managed to get out
"Riley. Riley Matthews?" I say and she pulled me into a hug. We don't pull away
"Omg, I missed you so much" She said not letting go of me. "Peaches" She added as she let me go
"Honey." I added as we finally pulled away from each other
"We have so much to catch up on" She said as we sat down on the couch.
"There goes my girlfriend." Lucas said with a smile.
