Phoenix grabbed her Violin and we walked back to the hall, hand in hand. We got stares which tunred into smiles and i was nervous but Phoenix just squeezed my hand and i didnt feel so nervous anymore.
"hey Jason!" i said and he turned and smiled "hey Josie!" he said and looked at Phoenix "can i have a word with you?" he asked and she nodded "sure!" she said "i'll give you a minute!" i said "no its fine i can see your daiting so it doesnt bother me!" he said and i nodded and Phoenix held onto my hand,
"okay this is possibly gonna sound crazy!" he said and scratched the back of his neck "your my dad!" she said and i looked at her shcoked "yeh how do you know?" he asked and she shrugged "i cant remember your image but i can remember your voice and as soon as you talked well they sound exactly the same!" she said and he smiled,
"can we talk about this i have some explaining to do?" he asked and she nodded "sure, lets go grab a coffee!" she said and he nodded. I put my arm around Phoenix and she kissed my cheek and we headed to Tony's.
He was working and when he saw Jason he ran up and kissed him endlesly as me and Phoenix grabbed a table "i didnt expect that!" i said and she nodded "nor did i but as soon a si heard his voice!" she said and i kissed her head and put my arm around her shoulders,
"wait this means your my aunt!" she said and i looked at her "what?" i asked and she nodded "he's my dad and he's your brother in law so your my aunt but your my girlfrined!" she said and i kissed he rpassioantly,
"im your girlfriend first!" i said and kissed her lightly and she smiled. She took her blazer of as Jason and Tony sat down and i saw some blood spots on her left arm "hey whats this?" i asked and she looked at it,
"take a guess!" she said and i looked at her "i wasnt alone last night!" she said and i frowned and kissed her head. Jason looked at her confused "what happened?" he asked worried and she sighed,
"im guessing you were at the graduation so you heard my weird speach!" she said and he nodded "im confused about that aswell and where was Jane i didnt see her in her year group?" he asked and she cringed and ii kept a hold of her,
"em dad i need to talk to you about that!" she said hanging her head "dad when Jane was just eleven we were walking hoem from school and well she was hit by a bus and didnt make it, im sorry!" she said and he looked at her in shock,
"w-what?" he asked and she nodded "we were playing chase as always and i was a bit behind her, i always let her out infront to make it for show and she turned the corner and i heard the screatch of brakes and whe i turned she wa son the ground and a bus driver was looking over her!" she said and tears shed from her eyes and i kissed her head,
I looked over Jason who was in a bit of a daze and Tony kissed his head and gave him a hug. "im sorry babes!" i heard Tony say as Jason nodded. Tony let him go and Json nodded "how did your mum take it?" he asked and she smirked,
"netter than the way she took you leaving, before she just screamed in her room cursing you endlessly i remember that, she delt with it so much better as she left me endlesly to fend for myself, takes drugs, and is a prostitute but hay every family has its quirks!" she said thorugh tears and i hugged her and she cried onto my shoulder,
"what?" Jason asked and she let me go and wiped her tears "sorry she gets me mad but i shall give you some more context!" she said and he nodded "okay so when you left, she blanked me and and Jane and spent alot of time in her room with a nice bottle of vodka screaming so i took care of Jane and by the age of eight i knew how to cook properly,
She would say she was staying at a friends house for the night which ended up being two nights. Then after Jane left she didnt even say anything and just left and it wasnt ofr the night anymore it was for two or three.
They grew longer and longer and the longest she has been away is four months. When she is home its only for the night and she is drunk out of her mind and she is sometimes high aswell. At first i didnt know if she was a protitute but she definetly dressed liek one, i didnt know until we were arguing and the first thing she said to me was her fucking charge,
I currently pay the gas and electric bills, she pays the rent and it has gone down by alot and i dont want to know how but i have an idea. Now this has never happened before but it did this morning when she came home, i hadnt seen her in a week,
She wasnt sober she was drunk and i smelt pot of her-" she undone her cufflinks and rolled up her lseve and i gasped, there were cigarette burns on her arm,
"i had an argumant with her and she got mad, this was my last straw and i told her i was moving out and i was never talking to her again, she just shrugged it of. Theres currently three duffel bags on my bed filled wiht all my stuff waiting for me to move out!" she said and Jason was looking very angry,
"you dont know how proud of you i am at the moment, i may not have been there and i now wish i was and i would have helped and im going to if you let me but i am very very proud of you!" Jasopn said and he looekd as if he was going to cry,
"why werent you?" she asked "your mum wouldnt let me, i called things of with her and got the divorce and she got custody of you both and we agreed that i'd see you every weekend but she never came with you both so i went to pick you up but she always made excuses for you both and after a while she just said to me i wasnt allowed to see you both and moved away without me knowing, i found out from your neighbour!" he said and she nodded,
"i then got an email from your mum and it was how you both were doing. It does explain why she suddenly stopped talking about Jane, i did ask but she never said!" he said and she looked at him "what?" she asked and he nodded and brought out a booklet of paper,
"incase you didnt believe me, here. Its all the emials she sent me right up until last weeks!" he said and she shakingly took them out of his hand. She read all of them and cried when she got to a certin one and read them through sobs and i hugged her,
She looked at last weeks and held it while shaking "s-she read my r-report card!" she said and burst into tears and i hugged her and she held onto me "its okay!2 i said in her ear and she calmed down a bit and cleared her throat,
"you want anything?" Tony asked her and she nodded "you got any cold pizza?" she asked and he nodded "yeah..."he trailed of and she smiled "i'll take it!" she said and he left to go get it and i rubbed her back,
"you okay?" i asked and she nodded "just completely shocked!" she said and took of her glasses and rubbed her eyes and Tony came back with a small plate of cold pizza "ah thanks!" she said. She then got up and wlaked over to the ice cream bar and got chocolate sauce and put it on the pizza with sprinkles, nits and marshmallows and a large dod of nutella and sat back down and we all just looked at her as she bit into it,
"see if i didnt love you as much as i ddi i would have ignored you completely!" i said and used my thumb to wipe some nutell of the edge of her lip and she smile d"love you to!" she said and i smiled "hey i have a bone to pick with you, how come you never told me about her. I told you when i fell in love with my teacher!" he said and Jason smiled,
"love you to!" he said and they lightly kissed and Tony went back to glaring at me "shut up Tony!" i said and shook my head "menaie!" he said and i rolled my eyes "dick-head!" i said and he hit my arm and i hit his,
"dont hit a girl!" i said and he stuck his tongue out "oh act your age!" i said and he hit my arm "poo head!" he said and i hit his arm "dick-head!" i said and he hit my arm again "meanie!" he said and i kicked hi leg "shut up!" i said and Phoenix and Jason cleared there throats,
"as much as this is very,very amusing i think the violence should stop!" Phoenix said and we nodded "this isnt over!" Tony siad and i hit his head "hey that hurt!" he said and i smiled "good it was suppose to!" i said and Phoenix shook her head,
"people these days!" she said and Jason laughed a bit "so tell me about you, are you still a model?" she asked and Tony looked at him and Jason smiled "you knwo about that?" he asked and she nodded,
"when the lady would rant she said hwo she was dumb to fall for a swimsuit model and how she fell for you abs and the muscles!" she said and Tony's face "a-abs?" he asked and Jason nodded "i had a six pack the whole deal!" he said and Tony gulped,
"yeh he isnt the only one who has a six pack!" Phoenix said and smirkingly took a bite of her pizza "w-what?2 i asked and she smirked "you heard me!" she said and i looked at her trying to hide the fact my hornones were screaming for her,
"clearly you two havnt had sex!" Tony said and i rolled my eyes"douche bag!" i said and he smirked "how long have you been daiting?" Jason asked in his father voice and Phoenix looked ta him shocked,
"god you sound like a man when you talk!" Tony said hornyily and Phoenix and i looked away as they made out. Phoenix cleared her throat and they parted "we've been daiting for nine months!" she said proudly and i smiled,
"and you havnt had sex?" Tony asked shocked "dude my birthday was last week we wanted to keep this as legal as we could and most of the past week we had shit to do so no, we havnt had ex!" Phoenix said and he nodded,
"we had sex withing the first month and i was seventeen but you know were rebels!" Tony said and Jason smiled. Phoenix was about to say something but her phone went and she looked at the caller ID and raised an eyebrow and answered,
"hello?" she asked "yes who's speaking?" seh asked and there was shock on her face "w-what?" she asked and gulped "as in the-~" she was about to say "th one in America?" she asked and sighed "yes i know there isnt another one!" she said "yes my geography is good i did take it last year and passed!" she said and fiddled with a suger packet,
"yes i think i should have took it again to!" she said and rolled her eyes "what do you mena?" she asked shocked "but i couldnt have!" she said and bowed her head "yes i remember now no need to go over the application!" she said "what does this mena now?" she asked and there was a long pause "so i dont have to?" she asked and my phoen went and i mouthed sorry to her and answere dit,
"hello?" i asked,
"Josie its me John the head!" John said,
"oh hi John, what can i do for you?" more liek how did you get this number?
"well i have a job oppertunity for you!" he said,
"right..." i trailed of,
"its in America though, you'd be lecturing students in a university, it isnt well known its not Julliard or anything but it is good and my brother was asking em if i knew anyone, he's the head music lecturer and i thought of you and how you mentioned you wanted to be a music lecturer. Im texting you the application details but think about it!" he said and hung up,
What the hell? I tunred back around and Phoneix was still on the phone but hung up "who was on the phone?" Jason asked Phoenix and she looked at us all "you wouldnt believe me if i told you!" she said,
"try me!" said and she nodded "okay so one day i was high at school and this was after the head got me into the orchestra. So anyway he called me into his office and i think he talked about universities because the next thing i remember i was filling out a university application, and it must have been a music university cos i remember filling out and answering music questions and the phone call proved it, its out in America though!" she said and we all looked at her,
"The only American music school i know is Julliard but other than that i dont know so im passing!" Tony said and she nodded "i wouldnt pass so easily, you got it on the first go!" she said and we all looked at her shocked,
"if i wasnt high i would have laughed in his face but i was high s i was being stupid so i went and applied for Julliard, and that was them saying i got in as a violin major, if i want it and then they go and say i have a fucking scholarship because i apparently had a good recognintion from my head, how the fuck that worked i dont know!" she said and i loked at her,
"could you guys giv us a minute?" i asked and they both nodded and lef tme and Phoneix alone "look ive not made a decission cos i wanna talk to yp-" i interupted her "take the offer!" i said and she looked at me,
"but yo have a job here!"she said and i ndoded "see the phone cal i took there, it was the head his brother works in America and needs a music lecturer the head heard me talking about how i originaly wanted to be one and just text me the application details, i wasnt gonna take it but now im not so sure!" i said and she smiled,
"is this seriously happening?" she asked and i nodded "if you take the scholarship and i take the job we'd both be moving to America!" i said and looked through th application "the job isnt pernament the contract is for six years apparently!" i said and she smiled,
"about the same amount of time i'd be in university for!" she said and i nodded "are you taking the scholarship?" i asked and she nodded "are you taking the job?" she asked and i smied "yu!" i said and kissed her passionatly,
"can we come back now?" Tony asked and i smiled "sure!" i said and Phoenix's phone went of again "sorry im very popular!" she said and answered her phone "hello?" she asked and froze and not in a good way,
I saw her eyes change into anger and her fists clenched into balls and her knuckles went white "how did you get this number?" she asked through gritted teeth "oh really!" she said and it was full of sarcasm,
"i dont believe you!" she said shaking her head "seriously you expect me to believ that your in a clinic after all this time?" she asked and i had a feeling i knew who it was and by the looks so did Jason and Tony,
"and why should i?" she asked and there was silence "well i am a bit busy!" she said "well i have plans!" she said and then she groaned "im with dad okay!" she said annoyed "what?" she asked and looked at Jason,
"its mum she wants to talk wiht you!" she said passing Jason the phone and he cleared his throat "Rowna!" he said into the phone and looked out the window and i rubbed Phoenix's back and she rested her head on my shoulder,
"you what?" he asked in disbelief "have yu thought that through?" he asked "inclueding him?" he asked "are you sure i-" he was interupted "well if your sure then!" he said "alright bye!" he said and hung up and passed Phoenix her phone and they just looked at her,
"she's finally lost it!" Jason said and she nodded "why?" Tony asked "she wants us to go meet her at her rehab clinci she ighned into today, inclueding me and you and any girlfriend of yours!" Jason said and me and Tony looked at him,
"what?" we asked and they nodded "mad!" Phoneix said "roadtrip!" Tony cheered and phoneix nodded "you up for going?" she asked me and i smiled "i shall contain my nager towards her if its what you want but give me the nod and i will kill her!" i said and she smled,
"roadtrip!" she said and Tony cheered!
