They met at last Heaven and Earth,
And shook hands in agree,
And made an oath that they would not part,
For ever and eternity.
Years passed but they broke no bond,
And stayed true to their word,
But tides soon turned and they drifted apart,
Their bond broken and burnt.
But they joined hands once every year,
And spoke about their family,
Heaven gave birth to the Sky,
And Mother Earth to the Sea.
