Kindness.
What is kindness? Is it sharing your drink with your sister or is donating millions to kids in need or is it looking after yourself? When was the last time you actually saw someone do a random act or when did you do something for some from the goodness of your heart? Today no one has time to slow down and enjoy the simple things, some we forget how amazing just being alive is. It can be as simple as treating some to fresh fruit or maybe give someone a simple compliment, it's going to make them feel special as well as making you feel good.
