He cautiously ran through the bushes before coming into a clearing. On the far side was a boy on the ground, he had a pearl white horn in his pale white hand, the tip stained with a black liqued. He looked over the boy to see a wound in his left side. Searching the clearing Ty saw a black serpent like creature advancing on the boy, giant fangs bared. Ty dashed in front of the boy hands raised.
"Expaltrum!" Ty screamed shooting a flame a black at the serpent thing, knocking its head clean off.
But to Ty's supries it kept advancing oblivious to the black liquid pouring out.
"Aim for the grey plate, that's its heart!" The boy said weakly.
Ty only nodded and changed his stance.
" Morbius!" For ice spears hit the serpent thing as it reared up on its tail, striking the grey plate.
The creature reared back before crumpling to the ground in a pool of black. Certain the thing was dead Ty ran to the close to fainting boy.
Dropping to the boys side ty began to work on the wound with careful hands.
"Exlir." Ty mumbled, running his index finger over the wound. A white light flowed from his finger and healed the boy quickly.
The boy was close to fainting as ty finished healing him.
Tiberius moved to put the boys head in his lap to let him regain his strength. He took this opportunity to observed the boy.
His hair was a silver colour that went to about his shoulders.
He had high cheek bones and luminous grey-blue eyes that still seemed a bit distant. The boy had pale skin and light pink lips.
The boy had a muscular frame but was still skinny in size, he was about as tall as Magnus.
The boy was wearing a white shirt that was stained with silver blood and a pair of blue jeans.
He was handsome, but so was John and so was Magnus. Damn why'd guys have to be so hot?!
Shaking his head to clear his thoughts he heard a muffled cry from above, somewhere in the trees.
"Janey." The boy whispered and pointed to the trees before closing his eyes again.
Ty laid the boys head on the ground and started to climb the nearest tree. He reached the third branch before breaking.
He heard muffled sobbs comming from the branch above him and started climbing once more.
At the next set of branches he saw locks of platinum gold blonde.
"Janey?" Ty asked scaling down the branch to find a little girl clinging to the tree. She was sobbing but the resemblance to the boy was definite set aside from her gold locks.
"Janey? Is that your name, are you Janey?" Ty asked getting the girls attention.
She looked tereifes and started crying harder.
"Janey my name is Tiberius, I'm not going to hurt you. Is that your brother down there?"
He kept his voice low and soothing. Janey nodded but stayed where she was.
"Janey your brother is okay he's just sleeping I took care of the monster. Your safe, do you want to get down and see your brother?"
"Yes but I don't know how to get down. I'm scared." Janey's voice was a wisper, almost inaudible.
"It's okay. If you come over to me I can help you down, okay?"
" Okay. " She kept her eyes on Ty as she scotched along the branch.
"Janey I'm a warlock and can shift into animals, so if I shift into an eagle and fly you down on my back would that be okay?"
"Okay just don't drop me please!" She pleaded.
"I won't." Ty promised and with that he jumped out of the tree and shifted into a large eagle.
He hovered by the tree wheil Janey climbed on his back.
When she was on he carefully swooped into the clearing and landed letting Janey slide down his wing. Once on the ground she ran and craddled he brother in her small arms.
The boy was still knocked out and ty put a hand on Janey's shoulder.
"Janey what's your brothers name?"
"Raul he's fifteen, and a unicorn the strongest of our kind." She said a bit louder now.
So there unicorns, that explains the silver blood.
"Janey where are your parents and do you want to tell me about yourself?"
Janey looked at Ty with a great amount of sadness in her grey-blue eyes.
"Our parents are dead, they died last year when our town was destroyed by evil creatures, that was the beging of the black takeover. I was only four at the time when Raul took me and fled. Our home was in rubble and ashes. We've been on the run ever since." She started to sobb.
She's only five and lost her parents and her brother is taking care of her.
He was shook out of his thoughts when Raul started to move.
"Raul!" Janey cried throwing he arms around Raul.
"Janey your okay! There was a boy here he saved me, I'm so sorry did he leave?" He whispered to his sister.
" No I'm still here. Are you okay, can you walk?"
"Yes I think so. Thank you for saving me and my sister!" Raul said standing up.
"No thanks necessary im, Tiberius. I'm a warlock, and Janey told me about your situation, please come stay with me and my family. You both look hungry." Ty pleaded.
Janey looked up at her brother and was latched on to his arm.
"That's very kind thank you." Raul scooped up Janey and they started home.
It was sunset by the time they made it back to the house. Finn, Miguel, Raven, Grey, Stella and Magnus were all in the sitting room when they entered. Finn was pacing, Magnus was beating his fist on the wall and grey was trying to calm him down and Miguel was sitting with the two girls.
"Guys what's wrong?" Ty asked with Raul and Janey in tow.
"Tiberius, where have you been!" Magnus said crushing him in a bear hug.
"Magnus I was out on a walk, I -
" Damn you Tiberius, no call, no fire message no nothing its almost dark!"
"Okay I'm sorry let me explain."
"Who are these people." Grey asked looking at Raul and Janey.
"Everyone sit down and let me explain."
They all took a seat but Magnus held onto Ty's hand, afraid of letting go. It took an hour for Ty to tell the story and introuduce Raul and Janey.
"Of course they can stay with us, I'll stay home with them while the lot of you are at school tommorow. You should all get to bed as it seems the little one has." Finn chimed.
"They can sleep in my room and by the look of the bags Magnus and Stella are staying the night."
Ty said observantly.
"Yes the girls are sharing a bed, grey wanted his own and me and you are sharing the spare one okay?" Magnus said in a slightly harsh tone of voice.
"Okay, I'll show Raul and Janey to my room grab my stuff for school and meet you in the spare room. Good night everyone." Tiberius said moving down the hall.
"This is my room but use anything you need Raul. Theres extra blankets in the closet in case Janey get cold. I just have to grab some stuff then I'll be out." He turned grabbed his backpack, a pair of PJs and his uniform for his big day the next morning.
Raul had tucked Janey in and turned back to ty.
"Thank you so much for saving me and my sister."
"I'm just glad I was there to save you."
"Well I'm looking foward to getting to know you Tiberius." Raul said sliding his hand down Ty's arm
"Good night Raul." Ty nodded and headed out the door to the spare room he was to share with Magnus.
Ty opened the door slowly. Careful to not be loud and wake up Magnus if he was sleeping. However to his supries Magnus was sitting on the edge of the bed with his head in his hands. His toned body was shaking ever so slightly with his black curles falling in a cascade towards his face. He looked famished and upset.
"Hey Magnus. Are you alright." Ty sat beside him and put a hand on his shoulder and felt him flinch a little.
"You dissapear for over three hours with no note. No one knew where you went. I could sense your power in use but I couldn't track you. None of us could and then all source stopped. I-i was soo scared. I didn't know what had happened to you. At first I thought that maybe you had ran off with Jhon. Stay away from that basterd. Promise me." Magnus turned his head so he was looking at Ty.
"Magnus I'm so sorry I made you worry and I'll stay away from Jhon I'd that's what you really want." Ty said rubbing magnus' back.
Magnus jumped up and engulfed Ty in a hug. Ty squeezed him back and gave him a light peck on the cheeck.
The older boy blushed a light shade of pink as Ty let out a small giggle.
"Alright it's the first day of school tommorow we better get to sleep."Magnus purred in a hushed voice as he pulled back the covers.
"Wait are you just sleeping in your underpants?" Ty said blushing.
"Yep be happy I'm not sleeping skyclad. We're boys it's fine. Now come cuddle." Magnus complyed patting the bed beside him.
Ty smiled slightly to him self as he climed under the covers and cuddled with Magnus. He was happy to have his best friend by his side. Some people thought they were a couple but for now they were just best friends. For now? What was he thinking. Sighing in audibly he cleared his thoughts.
"Good night Magnus. "
