Summer's Pov
I wake up to very quiet snoring and the sound of a picture being taken. Then I feel someone on my waist. I look down and see Freddy's arm. How did I end up here. Wait didn't I hear a click. I look up and see Tomika taking a picture with her phone giggling.
S- If you want to be successful. Then you should really put your phone on silent.
T- I always forget to take it off of silent.
I move Freddy's arm and start trying to wake him up.
T- I got this. You go get ready. We have a plane to catch to go to the wedding.
S- Oh right
I head upstairs and start getting dressed.
Tomika's Pov
I start trying to wake Freddy up.
T- Freddy. Someone just kissed Summer and they're dating now.
F- WHO I'M GONNA KILL EM
T- No one dude. Now get up we have a plane to catch.
He nods and heads upstairs. I follow him up and go to my mind and get ready.

I put my hair into a high ponytail. I know weird but hey something new. I head downstairs and see Zack in the kitchen on his phone. I know what I'm going to do. To tell him that I really like him. I know Summer just asked me to ask him out but that's normal. The exact thing I'm not. I make a fake Instagram account and start Dming him. Yes I'm gonna slide into his DMS. Now I need a fake name. I'm going to go with Ginger.

I was standing behind him. He turned around and saw me. I grab his collar and kiss him.

T- great. Let's have it after the wedding.
Z-Sure but why didn't you just ask me earlier.
T- Well that would be normal. The thing I'm not.
He just smiles at me and hugs me. I hug back. I never want to let go.
Summer's Pov
I went upstairs and got ready. Which took me a while.

I straighten my hair and put on my white converse and go downstairs. I see Zack and Tomika hugging. Aw. I take out my phone and take a picture. This is going on Instagram. Then Esme and Lawrence come downstairs.

L- Zomika
Z&T- We hate you.
S- Nah you love us. Anyways do I need to go get Frederico.
T- Yep cause the plane leaves in 2 hours.
I roll my eyes and head back upstairs to Freddy's room. I knock on the door and he opens it.
S- Let's go we have a plane to catch.
F- Ok geez. I was packing.
S- It took you that long. You were supposed to pack the night before.
F- I was too busy helping you with the prank. That now we aren't gonna use.
S- Oh me and Lawrence took the prank down cause we remembered the wedding. I honestly keep forgetting it.
F- So you woke me up at 2 in the morning for nothing.
S- Maybe.
F- Run Hathaway Run
My eyes widen and I run downstairs. I grab my hoodie on the way and head out the door. My stuff was already in the limo. I get in and hide. Then they all come to the car and get in.
T- Why were you running?
S- He was chasing me.
F- She woke me up at 2 in the morning for nothing.
Z- Why?
S- We were gonna prank you guys but then the wedding got in the way and aren't we forgetting something.
We all just think about it for a minute and then all our eyes widen.
All- MR.FINN
MF- What.
S- Oh you were here.
MF- Yea I'm sitting in the front.
E- Mr.Finn this is a limo you can't sit in the front.
MF- Yes you can. People just don't.
He goes to the front and disappears. After about 20 minutes. We finally reach the airport. We grab our stuff and head inside. We go through bag check out and all that until we reach our gate which is gate 50.
T- I'm gonna go get a smoothie. Who wants one and who's going with me.
S- Oh get me a strawberry banana smoothie
Z- I'll go with you.
F- Blueberry
E- Mango and pineapple.
L- Strawberry
MF- Banana.
T- Ok. Let's go Zack.
They start running to the smoothie cafe.
E- Im gonna miss this place
S- Me too
L- It was fun wile it lasted.
F- You guys do know we can always come back right.
S- Me come back. I don't think so. I don't feel like running into anymore family troubles.
MF- What time is the wedding.
S- Uh it's at the beach and it's at 5 so sun down.
E- Oh pretty.
L- I still don't get why the colors are bright yellow and mint green.
S- It's their favorite colors.
Zack and Tomika come back with the smoothies. They hand them out.
F- What took you guys so long?
T- An incident occurred. I'm a clutz.
S- What'd you do.
Z- She dropped the smoothies. So we had to pay extra for the other ones.
T- Zaaack.
Z- Hey I'm not going to lie for you.
T- Fine be that way but when you need my help. Don't expect it.
FA- GATE 50 IS BOARDING.
S- Are they always that loud?
F- I guess so.
I giggle and we head back to the plane. While walking through that extremely long hallway. Esme text me and tells me to look behind me. I look behind me and see Zomika. Aw. They were holding hands and Tomika had her head on Zack's shoulder. I poke Freddy and tell him to turn around. He does the same. We both take a picture of them.
F- Now we can blackmail them.
S- I honestly was just gonna take a picture of this and put it on a shirt but that works too.
T- Did you guys do what I just think you did?
S- If it's taking a picture then no.
T- Im going to kill ya later Hathaway.
S- Blah blah
We finally get inside the plane. I decide to take window seat and Freddy sits by me. We were gonna let Zomika and Lesme sit together. Mr.Finn sat by himself. Since there wasn't that many people.
F- You ok Sum?
S- Yea totally fine. Why?
F- Well you seem nervous.
S- Ok fine I am. I really am worried about seeing my mom at the window. Since I kinda kicked her out. I honestly feel like I shouldn't even go. But I'm going for Zack and his sake. Plus I volunteered for singing at the wedding.
F- Sum even though you might be mad at your mom and she's mad at you. You know you would still go to that wedding. No matter the outcome or what happened before. Because you know that even though you might have been a mistake or something like that deep down in your heart you still love her.
S- You know you always make me feel better.
F- Yes. I am your hero.
S- Don't get to cocky Huerta it is not a good look.
F- But don't I look good in anything.
S- Sure keep telling yourself that.
We laugh. I put my head on his shoulder and start falling asleep.
F- Te quiero Summer
I lift my head up.
S- I did tell you I took French instead of spanish right.
F- Sorry I forgot. Do you really know French.
S- Only about 3 words.
F- When did you learn it.
S- This year. Guess what?
F- What.
S- I changed that class cause apparently the only language that Summer Hathaway is supposed to know is English.
F- I could teach you Spanish.
S- No thanks. It's not made for me.
F- Won't you need to know spanish for becoming a lawyer.
S- I changed that profession. I actually want to work in astronomy.
F- You really love it don't you.
S- Yea I do.
Freddy's Pov
It was fun talking to Summer. The more I talk to her. The more I realize how oblivious I was. I've known this girl for years and I just start recognizing what we have in common. I never forgot that she didn't know spanish. That was kinda the idea. Te quiero means I love you in Spanish. I can't tell her that in English so why not espanol. She puts her head back on my shoulder and falls asleep. Eventually I fall asleep too.
*Skip to end of the flight*
S- Freddy wake up.
F- Where are we?
S- A plane that we need to get off of.
I look around and see people starting to get ready to leave. I stand up and grab my backpack. Summer follows behind me with hers and we get off.
T- So how was your guys flight
S- We were on the same plane as you. You guys were behind us.
T- I know. It's just that right when we got on the plane and sat down. I fell asleep until Zack woke me for snacks.
Z- They weren't even good snacks.
T- I liked them.
E- Why those were disgusting. Who serves square slices of cheese and crackers.
T- Apparently they do and I liked them. So deal with it.
S- Tomika what snacks don't you like.
T- A lot.
S- For some reason I don't believe that.
T- Well I guess you'll just have to.
We finally get out of the plane and head to baggage claim. Summer's chauffeur would be picking us up. We get to the car and get in.
S- What time is it.
E- 2
S- We only have 3 hours to get ready and go to that wedding.
MF- I think that's enough time.
S- Uh we have to help set up.
MF- Shoot. Can this car go any faster?
S- Without a cop on our trail no it can not.
We all groan. After 20 minutes we finally get to Summer's house. We were all going to get ready there. Since it was closest to where the wedding is at.
Summer's Pov
Me and the girls head upstairs and start getting ready. The boys were getting ready in the guest rooms.

S- You're a brides maid. You have to. Also Esme you speak a little Spanish right.

T- Come on guys we gotta go.
We head out my room and downstairs. We get downstairs and the boys are on their phones.
T- Let's go boys.
They look up and just start staring at us with their mouths open. Esme goes up and shuts Lawrence's mouth. Tomika was about to slap Zack but he grabbed her hand.
S- Come on.
Freddy wakes up from his trance and we head out the door to the car. We get to the wedding. The boys start helping out. While me and the girls go to see my mom. After searching we finally find her.
S- Hi mom
SM- You came!
She runs up and hugs me. I hug back sorta. She pulls away.
S- Wow you look beautiful Mom.
SM- So do you Sunshine.
E- Hi Ms.Hathaway
SM- Esme you look wonderful. Thanks for coming.
E- Thanks and of course.
T- Hi Aunt Clara
SM- Tomika? I barely recognized you. You're in a dress and heels.
T- Well I can't always been in oversized t-shirts and converse.
S- You ready for this mom.
SM- More ready than I'll ever be.
S- Well you have 15 minutes. Good luck mom.

S- It's a surprise.
SM- I hate surprises.

We head out and see the boys again.
T- Well hello Boys

S- Happy.

I hug him and he hugs back.
T- I'm confused. What did the hero help you with now?

E- Guys we gotta get ready. Let's head back.
We head to the back where we were supposed to go. Zack's Dad was there about to go up.

All- Hi

Z- I bet that's the shortest conversation I have ever had with him.
S- I bet it is.

(MO- Marriage officent)

SM- I do
MO- Do you Peter Kwan take Clara Hathaway to be your wife?
ZD- I do
MO- Then you may kiss the bride blah Blah blah.
They kiss and people applaud. I did expect that from the marriage officent cause he was Mr.Finn. Why they choose him. I don't know.
We get off the gazebo. I look over and see Zack crying.
S- Zack it's ok to cry at a wedding.
Z- I'm not crying and why don't you cry at weddings.
S- cause they're a good thing.
T- Aw come here you big baby
They hug. I smile and walk away. I head over to the gazebo and sit down. Freddy comes over and sits by me.
F- Hey you ok?
S- I'm fine I promise.
F- Good. So when are you going to sing?
S- After my mom throws the bouquet. The worst part of the evening.
F- Why is that the worst part?
S- Cause women go crazy over it. They believe a bunch of flowers are going to write out their destiny. I mean come on it's flowers not a unicorn.
F- You make a good point.
S- Thank you
F- But you gotta have some faith and a little luck.
S- Sure cause that always works.
F- Wow. How negative can you get at a wedding?
S- I don't know.
Then we hear girls screaming. I look up and see my mom on top of a table.
S- MOM ARE YOU CRAZY?
SM- BOUQUET TOSS TIME
S- Wow I guess she is. See this is what I'm talking about Fred. It's just flowers. I mean-
F- Summer you might either want to catch or duck.
S- Why
I look up and see the bouquet about to hit my head. I scream and stick my hands out and duck. I keep my eyes closed.
T- NICE CATCH SUM
I open my eyes and see the bouquet in my hands and see girls glaring at me. Oh shoot.
Tomika and Esme walk over.
E- How'd you catch it.
S- I was defending my life.
T- Sure you were sum.
S- Tomika you know I don't believe in superstitions.
SM- I'll take that. I'm going to put it in water and give it to you later.
S- No you can keep it.
SM- Nope. Whoever catches the bouquet keeps it.
S- Well that's stupid.
SM- Also get ready to sing.
S- Oh right.
Where I was singing was the auditorium. Since the gazebo was at the beach. Everyone starts heading inside. I get onto the stage while people start sitting down. I changed into my white converse before coming on stage.
S- Hey everyone. I'm Summer Hathaway. Daughter of Clara Hathaway which I guess now is changed to Clara Kwan. Anyways I was chosen to sing for the wedding. So I hope you like it.
The lights dim and the spotlight is on me and the dance floor which was currently empty. The music starts. Ok I'm really doing this.

She runs inside. Wow that girl gets stranger and stranger by the day. Then Freddy comes out. Perfect timing.
F- Hey Sum what are you doing out here?
S- Tomika. Anyways remember what you told me in Spanish on the plane.
F- Y..Yes
S- What did you mean by I love you?
F-Uh Summer there's something I want to tell you.
S- Sure.
F- I have a cr-
He stops and runs into the auditorium. What's been up with him lately. I run in there after him. I bump into Zack.
Z- Hey Sum
S- Hey Zack have you seen Freddy?
Z- Uh no sorry.
S- It's ok thanks anyways.
I keep running but I trip over something. Than an excruciating pain rushes through my leg. I squeak in pain. Tomika and Zack Run over.
T- Are you ok?
I shake my head.
T- Is your leg broken?
I nod and then I feel myself being lifted up off the ground. I thought it was Zack but he was still standing by Tomika. I look over and see Freddy.
SM- Summer are you ok?
I shake my head.
T- She either sprained or broke her leg.
SM- I'll call the hospital and tell them you're on your way. Freddy please take care of my daughter.
F- Always.
Freddy carries me to the car and we get inside. Tomika and Zack came. Lawrence and Esme stayed at the wedding cause my mom asked them to.
T- How bad does it hurt?
S- Uh really bad.
T- I've always wanted to know what it felt like when you brake your leg.
S- Why
T- I don't know. I just always wanted to.
