A lost, lonely girl walks through the halls
somebody pushes her, she trips, she falls
a crowd gathers, they make fun of her
through her tears, the world is a blur
she cries every night
life's a struggle, life's a fight
tonight, she decides to end her life
She was tired of the struggle, tired of the strife
now her family is left wondering why
why this had to happen, why she had to die
this all happened because of some bullies being mean
you see, she was just a sixteen year old teen
if only somebody had been there
all she needed was somebody who cared
now it is too late
she slit her wrists, took the pills, and welcomed fate
She is gone, but one thing will remain
the sight of her family and friends faces distorted with the tears and pain
