There are many voices:
Your voice
Other people's voices
Compliments
Criticism
And the voices.
These voices are in your head.
They either support you or are against you.
The ones that support you tell you that you want or don't want to do something.
They are another version of your voice.
The ones that are against you are the dangerous ones.
No one can hurt you as much as you can hurt yourself.
That is why depression is so serious;
Because it is not someone else hurting you.
It is you hurting yourself.
That is why people are fragile.
That is why we have emotions.
That is why we break down.
Because we have voices.
And that's okay.
We just need to learn how to ignore them every once in a while.
