Your POV
I sighed as I walked out of the school gates and leaned against the fence while I was waiting on my boyfriend, Aaron, to come and pick me up.
It had been a really boring day filled with daydreams about Aaron and how much you missed him even though you two saw each other that morning.
"HEY HUNTER" I turned my head expecting to see Aaron, but instead I saw a walking douche bag a.k.a Clint, your ex boyfriend. I broke up with Clint when I saw him and the school slut sucking each other's faces off in the library. It had been a rough breakup since he was your first kiss and not to mention your first love.
I turned away hoping to see Aaron's car driving up in the distance but all I saw was the empty road.
"What do you want Clint?" I said halfheartedly to him.
"You" he said. Now he was so close to you that you could feel his breath on your neck. Even though you two broke up, he still had an affect on me and I absolutely hated it. His hot breath on my neck made my knees go weak but i had to remind yourself that he is no good.
"Get off me Clint I have a boyfriend" you snapped at him.
"I don't see any boyfriend around here" I could tell he was beginning to get angry. That was the one thing that you hated about him. He had a short temper and a quick mouth.
"Just leave me alone, ok?" I said weakly while I started to walk away from him.
"LISTEN HERE YOU LITTLE BITCH. YOU DONT WALK AWAY FROM ME. I AM THE BEST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO YOU YOU PIECE OF TRASH"
Slap.
There was a sharp sting across my cheek. He slapped me. I looked up at him with a mix of fear and tears in my eyes. He lifted his hand up again to hit me and I closed my eyes awaiting the blow, but it never came.
I opened my eyes to see my boyfriend throwing punches at Clint. Aaron had come just at the right time. I just stood there in shock and watched Aaron punch Clint. Blow after blow.
But Aaron knew when to stop. That's the thing about him. He didn't like to hurt people unless he had to. Clint scrambled to his feet and took off down the side walk.
The next thing I felt was Aaron's strong arms wrap around my petite torso. He brought his hand to my face and used his thumb to wipe away the tears. He placed his tender lips on mine after wiping all the tears off my face.
"Are you ok baby?" He is such a good boyfriend. "Yeah I'm ok" I responded.
"I swear if I see that basterd again I'm gonna knock his head off his freaking shoulders..." He just continued to mutter under his breath.
"Hey. It's over now. How about we go home?" He just nodded in response.
The whole way home, he had his arm wrapped around me and I laid my head on his shoulder. It was a comfortable silence.
He pulled up into his drive way and we watched Disney movies and cuddled under the 100 blankets we had on top of us. I ended up falling asleep in the warmth and protectiveness of his arms.
"Goodnight princess. I love you" was the last thing I heard before I fell into a welcoming darkness.
I'm so lucky to have him
