Magnus POV
I sat up and smiled Alec is sleeping and his hair is messy and I giggled. he always made me happy. I walked into the living room and a portal opened and I screamed in surprise
"MAGNUS!!!" my sister screamed stumbling out and falling into me and the portal closed behind her and she falls into my arms. that was Kathleen running and stuff and I can't complain she is my twin after all.
"What's wrong kat ?" I ask worrying her legs were like water she wasn't standing
"ALEC" I scream in panic. I held her in my arms tears in my eyes. Alec comes running into the room and he just blinked.
"Magnus please help me," she says faintly a tear roll down her cheeks. I whip the tear off her cheek
"Alec please get Maia she's dying please " I plead carrying her over to the couch
"Okay be right back," he says drawing the speed rune and runs off.
Alec POV
"Maia *pant* it's *pant*magnus's *pant*sister," I say way out of breath
"Kat?" Maia says worry in her eyes. A thousand things are going through my head why did Magnus send me to get Maia? how did she get here? what is happening?
"Alec we have to go NOW!" Maia says with urgency she sprints off

Skip to Magnus's apartment ====================
Magnus POV
"your gonna be okay," I say tears in my eye I start rocking her in my arms.
"BANG!" the doors fly open and Maia an Alec come running through them.
"Kat!?" Maia says in surprise and worry
"Maia?" Kat asked in a voice so tired and faint. her usual tan skin is now pale and her eyes were glazed over.
"Yeah it's me I am gonna help you and then we can talk about what happened okay?" she says in a calm soothing voice. she holds Kats' hand it glows with a faint light I wipe a tear from her cheek Maia makes a face and looks at Kat whose eyes were closed and her faces are relaxed "Kat!?"Maia held her hand tight tears streaming down her face. This isn't real it can't be Kat the one thing or person I loved more than alec and she is gone....
3thrd POV
Magnus's cat-like eyes show and then turns to Maia and he asks "Maia is she?" "Magnus I don't know she just seems lost in something and it's killing her!" Maia say confused Magnus holds Kat's close to his chest. Jace comes out of his room and walks into the living room stoping in his tracks when he saw Kat....
