It was two in the morning and I had just finished blowdrying my freshly dyed hair. Other then the light of my room the house was dark and quiet. My mother was fast asleep in her room and my two little brothers were out cold on the small couch.
"I'm sorry guys but this is the best I can do right now," I said before stepping out the front door.

It had been three months since I left home. I've seen my face on tv from time to time in diners and cafe's but it seems that today would be the last time.
"The police have officially identified the body found in the Mississippi river as 16 year old Emma Burton. Police found five other young female bodies in a shack only three miles south of where Emma was found. Police believe one of the five bodies to be Susan Watson, who had been out with Emma at a movie when both girls were snatched," the news caster was saying.
They aren't going to find Susan's body.
I stepped out of the small cafe and onto the quiet sidewalk.
