3 months later...
"Cas please, you don't need to do this," You tried to reason with the guy but he wouldn't understand. "Elena, I have to, I need to. You are not safe and I can't believe you didn't tell me about what was happening to you before," He looked at you with hurt and you bit your lip as you sat on the bed.
You were in Bobby's panic room right now. Castiel had put you here because after he had returned to you following the whole gaining-souls-from-Purgatory-and-becoming-God phase, Angels started to harm you and follow you around to make sure that your Nephilim child wouldn't be born.
Castiel found out 3 whole months later. Sam and Dean, and Bobby knew about it but you told them to not tell Cas at all. He found out in the end and he was beyond furious. What you feared he'd do if he knew earlier eventually became your reality, as if it was inevitable no matter what you did.
He started fighting every Angel that ever lay a finger on you, torturing them and then killing them. He was still 'God', having the souls in him but he could control them, he wasn't brainwashed by anything, but he was still the Castiel you love and know... with the addition of power to destroy the whole world.
You sighed as he walked over to you and sat beside you on the bed. He wasn't warded off because he's a 'God' now. Castiel ran a hand through your hair softly and you shut your eyes, smiling slightly.
"I care about you Elena, I love you too much. I would never be able to be myself again if I lost you," He explained then held your hand, "I hope you understand." You nodded then groaned a bit. He looked at you with concern, shifting in his seat so he faced you directly.
"What's wrong?" Cas asked and you looked at him with a smile. You took his hand and placed it on the side of your stomach, pressing it lightly. He chuckled when your child kicked his hand.
"Your daughter's saying that you shouldn't let her mother stay confined in a cold and creepy room," You told and Castiel shook his head, eyebrows furrowed. "No she isn't. She isn't thinking of anything right now, just listening to our muffled voices as we talk," Castiel responded and you rolled your eyes. He still didn't get the hang of some things.

2 days later...
"Are you sure it'll work?" You asked, looking at Sam and Dean with a serious expression. They nodded then started to mix the ingredients in the bowl on the table.
Once it was complete, Sam divided the concoction into two glasses, mixing one strand of Dean's hair into one and giving it to you while putting a strand of your hair in the other and giving it to Dean.
(Get the Harry Potter reference anyone? Hehe polyjuice potion)
You and Dean drank it at the same time, gagging at the taste. "I-I-I'm going to throw up," You ran out of the panic room, to a corner where there was a trash bin. Dean collapsed on the floor, groaning and scrambling over to the mirror that hung on the wall.
He watched as his hands started to bubble and change shape. His whole body reacted the same way, as if water boiled within him for a cup of tea.
"Dean?" You walked ahead slowly, stepping into the panic room as Bobby and Sam turned back to look with shock.
They scanned you up and down as you examined your hands. They were much more muscular and hairy, your clothes were the same though.
"Elena?!"
You looked up to find Dean... no wait, Elena standing there analysing you with fright.
"How the... Well it worked!" You said and jumped slightly, hearing your voice that sounded exactly like Dean's. The older Winchester who looked like you now smirked, "Ha, now I know how it feels to be pregnant... and have lady parts!" He looked at his bulged out stomach and poked it a bit. You glared at him.
You looked at him with an eyebrow raised, "And now I know how it feels to be a dick!" You gave him a nasty smile and he backed away with regret for saying the previous comment.
"Okay, Elena..." Sam continued to look at his brother but was talking to you... who looked like his brother but wasn't?
Let's just say that the situation is beyond odd...
"Are you sure you'll be okay?" Bobby asked you and you nodded. "Man, I wish Cas was understanding," You said as you picked your duffel bag up, "See the lengths I need to go through to make sure I can live happily? A mother needs to stay away from her child..."
The guys... and girl, looked to the floor with sadness. "Thanks Dean, for taking on the challenge of being me," You said then walked to him, "This spell is so weird..."
You looked to his stomach that held your child. The spell badly swapped your entire body, only filling your essence in each other's. "Keep my baby safe, please," You told him and bent down, kissing his stomach, "Bye sweetheart."
He hugged you then kissed your head. You smiled at all of them then walked out, hurrying to your car and making sure you drove to as far as you could.

It's only been 6 hours but you slightly regretted the decision of using the spell. You felt empty all of a sudden, missing your baby more than anything.
But you had to do the spell. You had to.
Castiel had kept you trapped in that panic room, alone, while he went out and took revenge on all the Angels. You hated his behaviour. You had to get out of that room and attempt to stop him from killing Angels.
Maybe while you be Dean, he'll listen. Playing the part of Dean was a disguise from Angels and Cas, but you could use it to change his mindset for revenge.
You sat in a diner, having some fish and chips and a smoothie. You were starting to feel like Dean, especially if some girl passes by.

"Uh, she went to get a glass of water," Bobby told Castiel but he clenched his fists. "Please move out of my way Bobby," Castiel demanded, capable of throwing the man away if he disobeyed.
Bobby sighed and glanced into the room, them stepped away. Castiel walked inside and towards Elena, who's actually Dean. He was faced the other way continuously looking at the mirror to make sure the spell continued to work.
Castiel wrapped his arms around Elena's waist, placing his head on her shoulder. "How are you doing?" He asked softly and smiled. Elena nodded nervously, freaking out inside by the embrace.
Castiel turned her around and moved closer, "I just found two more Angels who had harmed you. I'll get rid of them some time later." He leaned in and placed his lips on Elena's, then grunted.
He held Elena's hands firmly, "You're not her. What have you done with Elena?!" Castiel turned back sharply, eyes darting at Sam and Bobby then back to 'Elena'.
"TELL ME WHERE SHE IS RIGHT NOW!" Castiel growled and the others looked at each other with concern. Castiel steamed up in anger then charged at Dean, raising his arm to face level so that he could retrieve Dean's memories like how he had done before.
But Dean expected that and had a defence planned out. He took out the Angel blade from his pocket and defended himself while Castiel fought back.
"Cas... You don't... understand!" Dean yelled as he dodge some attempted hits from Cas, "Your child is with me right now, not with Elena!"
Castiel paused, speechless. "What..." He lowered his arm with the blade then stepped closer to Dean. "It's me Dean. We did a spell so that I look like her and she looks like me," Dean explained, Sam and Bobby sighed, "She hates being trapped here man! This is basically your fault."
Castiel looked to the floor, ashamed. Dean held his hand and placed it on his stomach. "I'm just keeping your child safe for now, so that the Angels and you don't find Elena," Dean told and Castiel stared at his stomach. He couldn't believe that he was fighting Dean while his child was right in the middle of it.
"I-I'm sorry my child. I didn't know you were here, I thought it was an illusion," He said, rubbing the stomach lightly. Dean stood there awkwardly but then Cas looked up to him with no expressions on his face.
"Tell me where Elena is," He said stiffly but then softened, "Please..." Dean sighed then looked back at Bobby and Sam, who didn't try to stop him from giving the information.
"Right now, she's at a diner Cas."

TING!
You looked up for a moment then you returned to eating your Apple pie. Three guys just entered the diner, nasty snarls on their faces.
They seemed to be ordinary but... they kept... watching you. You followed their movement as they approached your table. You backed up and slid you hand under the table and took out your gun from your pocket, hiding beneath the table so they wouldn't see.
"Dean Winchester... Can we talk outside?" One of them said with a grin. You though for a moment then smiled at them, "Fellas, mind telling me what this is about?"
The rather buff one pulled you out of the seat by your arm and dragged you out of the diner, towards the alley beside it. "Hey, what's going on guys?" You questioned, trying your best to act like Dean.
The guys squinted at you then took their Angel blades out. "Oh, Feathers... the trilogy," You said and picked your lips, reaching your back pocket to get your Angel blade.
"Why don't we settle this the old fashioned way guys? By talking?" You suggested and they glared at you. "Cut the crap out Elena, we know it's you!" The leader-Angel yelled and you raised an eyebrow. You didn't even try to convince them that you're 'Dean'.
And they didn't wait either.
They charged at you, blades aimed at you and ready to stab something living. You defended yourself the best you could, you're a great fighter.
But they were too many of them, three Angels at the same time was about to get a bit-
WHOOSH!
"HEY!" A voice exclaimed and you turned around. The Angels heightened their blades and charged at-
SNAP!
They fell to the floor with a loud THUD!. You turned around and gasped a bit, covering your mouth with your hand. "Elena, what on earth are you doing?!" Castiel shouted, "I am so furious with you!"
He hastened towards you then touched your forehead with your hand, zapping you to the panic room.
WHOOSH!
The guys and 'Elena' stood in there, slightly alarmed by the sudden appearance. You held onto Castiel's arm, feeling a bit dizzy.
Castiel grabbed your hand, still angry, and dragged you towards 'Elena'. He held 'her' hand too and shut his eyes.
There was a bright flash off light, and a searing pain later, the spell was reversed and you were back in your actual body.
You and Dean looked at your hands, then examined the rest of your body. He groaned a bit, the cut on his arm ached him.
"Sorry Dean, Angels attacked me," You said and everyone looked at you with a concerned and shocked face. They were about to ask you about it but Castiel spoke up.
"Could you all give us some time alone?" He requested and the guys walked out, shutting the door tight.
"I don't want to talk to you Cas," You said and crossed your arms, turning away from him. "I'm here to tell you off for not obeying my orders Elena," He argued, "I do everything for your own good and you betray me in return. That spell could have harmed our child! All you care about is you!"
You looked at him with disbelief. "WHAT THE HELL CAS?! I DIDN'T WANT TO BE STUCK IN A DAMN COLD ROOM ALL ALONE FOR DAYS TILL I FREAKING GIVE BIRTH OKAY?!" You yelled at his face and he moved back, frightened a bit, "Do you know how hard it is for a mother to stay away from her child? I wasn't away for that long but it hurt me Cas! It hurt me a lot!"
You began to cry silently, tears rolling down your cheeks. "I thought you cared about me. How could you think that I'd be happy in this... rotting hole?!" You shook your head, heartbroken then started to walk towards the door but he yanked you back by your arm and hugged you.
You nuzzled your head into his chest, sobbing. "I love you Cas but when you put me in this room, I actually started to hate you," You told then looked up to him, "I don't want to hate you."
He caressed your cheek then kissed you softly. You deepened the slow kiss, pulling away so you stood up straight infront of him.
"Come here," He said, holding your hand lightly and pulled you over to the bed. He sat on it then lay down, gesturing for you to do the same.
You gave him a questioning look but obeyed him nonetheless. Cas moved closer to you, trying to give you as much space on the single bed, without hurting you.
There was a bright flash and moments later, his soft wings wrapped around you, cocooning you protectively. He knows how much you adore his wings, they always comfort you.
His wings forced you to lay down, bringing you closer to him till your belly touched his torso.
You hummed slightly, relaxed and happy to be close to him. He wrapped his arms around you, placing his chin on the top of your head, on the pillow.
"I'm... I'm so sorry Elena," Castiel said the kissed your head, "I thought I was protecting you from the Angels but I just caused you more grief."
You held his hand and kissed it lightly, then placed it on top of your stomach. Your baby kicked and Castiel smiled widely.
His wings tightened their grip around you, it's feathers felt as soft as the clouds in the sky on a perfect day.
"I'll be happy to stay here Castiel... as long as you're with me," You said and shut your eyes, the smile on your face never disappearing.
