Meredith Goode was a witch but never liked to call herself one she was an orphan her mother died before she can hold her. She never knew her father so she has been on her own since she was 13 she despised the orphanage so she ran away ended up on the streets/abandoned houses until she found herself in New Orleans
So while She was walking into a alley she saw people staring at her and following her so She turned around to see to people infront of her
"Why are you following me" She said
"We know your a witch" they said
"How so?" She turned around
"Marcel told us no witches allowed in the quarter"
"Who the hell is marcel" She said bitterly
They laughed
"Um how was that funny" she said turning to leave but they stopped her
"Listen here little witch you can't be here"
"And why is that?"
"Because your a witch and your not allowed it's only vampires"
"you a vampire? How pathetic" she scoffed
"You bitch-" they said getting close to her
"Guys guys this isn't how we treat our guests" some other Guy said coming from god knows where
"And who are you?" Meredith said unamused
"Marcel Gerard" he said smiling
"So your the big bad vampire these git's where talking about"
"Listen.." he was waiting for her to say my name
"Meredith" she said
"Listen Meredith I know your a witch and you should know witches aren't allowed to do magic in New Orleans unless I tell them to your welcome to stay you just have to obey my rules here"
"Well you should know I don't dont follow rules" she smirked
"And why is that"
Meredith didn't speak just glared at him
"Okay then.. welcome to New Orleans I'm having a Party tonight your invited" he said
"What makes you think I would have any interest of coming to your party" she asked
"Why wouldn't you" He said amused from the odd girl
Meredith rolled her eyes
"Do you have a place to say?" He asked
"No" she said
"Well my boys here will show you a room where you can stay"
"Well thanks" she said following those vampires she mocked a couple minutes ago

So I decided to go to Marcel's party after all it was just downstairs since he let me stay at his house I got dressed and went downstairs
"Hello love" some guy said
"Do I know you" I said
"Everyone knows me I'm Klaus Mikaelson" he said
"I certainly don't. Meredith Goode" I said
"You made it" Marcel said
"Yep" I said
"You look beautiful" he said
"Thanks you don't look bad yourself"
He laughed
"Well shall we get you some champagne" he said

So me and Marcel was talking while i noticed that klaus guy staring at me odd
"Marcel who is your friend" some guy asked
"That's none of your business Kol" Marcel said
"Oh come on just because you brought this Blonde Whore here Dosnt mean you can make Rebekah jealous" Kol said
"Hey watch it or I'll Rip your head off-"
"Meredith don't worry he's just joking"
Marcel cut me off
"Did I hit a nerve darling?" This Kol said smirking
I walked away without a word but someone grabbed my arm
"tell me why are you here with Marcel"

While I was walking to get something to drink I felt a presence near me so I turned around

"Can I make up for what I said take you on a date?" He said
