here i am once again , crying alone in the dark in the early hours of the morning . everyone else is asleep . but i , as usual , cannot sleep due to an overflow of negative thoughts filling my brain and the dams of my mind cannot handle it so they flow out in the form of warm salt water leaking slowly down my cheeks like the warm rays of the sun peeking over the horizon . it isn't something out of the ordinary . just another sad night looking upon a sad human , simply longing to not feel alone anymore , to feel alive , to know if someone else feels this way . do other twelve year olds cry themselves to sleep with the thought of loneliness and death on their minds ? or just me ? because there is a constant repetition of this situation .
